The best US FOODS DISTRIBUTION I delivered to, they fast unloading, appt at 4 am gate open at 4 am I went in gave a door in an hour guy came out gave my papers, they are nice people

Great delivery. I had a 11am appointment and they came out and told me to back in at 8am. Unloaded paid lumpers and on my way within an hour. You can park in the street outside the facility before your appointment. I was there all night and not bothered.

They go by appts here. Only about 15 doors for docking. Lots of room for backing. Not much room for staging or idle parking. No overnight parking. Capztone are the lumpers, and they hustle

Very nice they got me in and out quicklythe only downside is you have to sit and wait in your truck while they unload you which is what I usually do the unloading and the porta potty outside not a fan

2+ hours for f#@$%*! Paperwork this place is a joke...

Will call doesnt open gates until 4am. So arriving any earlier and youll be stuck waiting. Expensive lumpers, and they take over 4 hours to unload you. they were friendly &place is easy to find.

Be prepared to relax at the docks..

Gave my a spot and unloaded me within 1.5hrs.

4 hours and counting for 3 pallets to be offloaded. Have been at a door the entire time but apparently no one can count. Be prepared to wait and waste time. The guy at gaurd shack was really nice and there was plenty room to back. As long as you have time to waste it isnt bad.

Being nice with the two stars. Appointment scheduled for 6am. Got here 2 hours early. Theyve unloaded 3 trucks and have yet to touch ours. Really? Dont schedule an appointment if you arent going to follow through with it. The only reason I gave two stars is because the old timer in the guard shake was sweet as pie! Unloaders DO YOUR JOB!

Easy in, easy out, and pretty quick. Guard is much nicer than the staff inside (including lumper service). Not to say the staff was rude but a smile would be nice.

1/4 pallet roll off with no down stacking required. Been in the door 2 hours. Unloaded in 15 minutes. I am about to just leave and tell them to email the bills

They seem pretty consistent about not putting your load locks back in your trailer.

Very disappointed when you call in for will call. Your stuff won’t be ready in time they will set you up 3-4 hrs later for pick up. Ridiculous you have to call to Denver first to place a order. You’ll also get bad produce like brown bananas, wrong products that you didn’t order, melted ice creams, small head of watermelons, expired blue/molded ricotta cheese, strawberry w molds and etc. Sales reps. Are not very helpful on the phone. Very disappointed in US food!

I got here early and got unloaded quick. Lumpers are pretty laid back. Good place with a lot of room for backing.

Overnight parking available on Street and quick unloading only take two hours 😀😀😀

Got empty in 2 hours, i was 3rd to checkin, so if u got 5-7 trucksahead of u, u will be done is 3-4 hours,

This is one of the worst us foods DC’s in the country.

7 am appointment did not start unloading until after 2 hours. Plenty space for backing.
