Went in for a flat repair was told it cost $22.47 which I had no problem with. However when it was time to pay I gave the gentleman $30. He then gave me $7 back. I proceeded asked where my change was. He told me, “Because of the pandemic I don’t have change so I don’t have to give it to you!” He didn’t bother to ask if I had the exact change or make any attempt to resolve the issue. The man said, “there’s nothing I can do about it” and walked away. I had the change in my car too. I have never had such terrible customer service, they definitely have lost my respect and recommendation.

The young man that assisted me checked the air on my tires. Did not charge for this service, said it is a courtesy service. Friendly service!

1.I open an account and was promised 10% discount. I didnt get it2. I was told that the lug nut broke off. But it was a lug nut stem so now thats going to cost me $65 to fix.

Just got back from my second visit to this store in two weeks. They are awesome! I dont typically leave a review but this store merits it. My wife has been driving through a bed of nails lately (only explanation). She has had three different flats and this store helped take care of all of them in less than 20 minutes each time and for an extremely affordable rate. I am giving them all my tire business from this day forward.

Rude service. Bought a tire n 20days later it went flat due to a malfunction. No nails or holes in the tire. Peerless refused to fix or exchange my tire telling me I had to buy a new one after originally spending $366. I than went to discount tires where they confirmed the tire was just defective. Not only is this Peerless location rude and have no customer service after verbally cussing me out to leave. Not one person had a mask on. Do not go here.

At first i was pleased with the service i received. Then 3 weeks later the wheel fell off while my daughter was driving. First thing Peerless Tires told me was its my fault. My fault! They installed a new tire and rotated them. 3 of the 4 were mounted correctly. 4th fell off while my daughter was driving! I will never use this company again and I will also spread the word on their negligence and poor customer service/response

These guys have great prices, seriously. Blows discount tires out the water. Do your self a favor look at the brand NEXXEN 65k tire tread warranty and for 2 years from nexxan. And the staff are great. Oh and very inexpensive.

Great salesmanship and service! The two employees (one is new manager) were super helpful and nice! They did a great job recommending service and products! They were not pushy at all! My husband and I really appreciated their service! I would recommend them any day over the bigger box tire places!!!!

Wonderful guys. We were traveling from California to Kansas had lost tread on one of our 5th Wheel tires so we pull into the store and bought tires. They were very knowledgeable of our needs, courteous, and friendly. They had all tires replaced and balanced and us back on the road in no time.

Had problems with low air in one of my tires and they insisted that it was a sensor issue and nothing else was wrong, went down the road to the peerless on 4th street and they found a nail it in just by inspecting the tire.

Got me a great payment plan and left with new tires in no time. Wonderful place.

By far the best tire shop in the city. I shopped around for places closer to me but the price here was the best. Keep in mind $20-$40 is a great savings but what makes this place priceless is the service!

Don’t waste your time here. There is nobody on duty and debit card driven pumps that are glad to take your card and don’t pump any gas. I think it is a big scam.

I went last year to get new tires. I did not feel like I was getting help. The manager just wanted to make a sell. And was just disappointed with their customer service. I went back today 9/31/19 because I got a flat tire and to see if they can replace it with the warranty I had. And when my husband and I walked in. The store looked dirty. All employees were just hanging out. Even a FedEx guy was just hanging around. I hadnt seen the other manager from last year but a different one. And he didnt seem like he wanted to work because his customer service was horrible. He did not want to warranty our tire. He said he would just fix the part where there was a nail in it. He was giving us attitude. I will never go back to that tire place anymore because I get disappointed and unsatisfied with every manager that works there.

Lots to see and do. Busy. Fun. Parking is ok. Theres many places you can walk to. Great for summer.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Id it was a minus stars I would give them a minus 100 we buy 4 tires with a warranty of 50 thousand miles, we drive 10 and the 10 was HORRIBLE noises, sound like my car was breaking apart, the brand was FUZION, The manager Mike came with every excuse possible for him NOT to honor the warranty, he even show me where the tire was missing the rubber in the middle and say him self that the should of never happen, and he still didnt honor the warranty. I decide for my own health not to keep on trying to make him honor the warranty it was making me very upset, so we went and buy new tires somewhere else.
