I was stuck on the freeway (I40) twice and got awesome service very quickly and efficiently! Would recommend this company very highly. Dont hesitate to call when your car breaks down and you need to be towed. Seems to also be a more economical towing company than many here in town. I have used them on more than one occasion and would never call anyone else and pay a higher price to be towed here in town. Its worth the wait for their service.

Started calling this number on friday where he said he would be by in a few hours to get a car. Never showed called again today on sunday he was in church would call me back i called 3 hours later he answered and hung up on me. Bad buisness practice.

Called because someone parked in front of our driveway and blocked us in. I was told someone will be right there. An hour rolled by and I called again to check in. I was told Hes on his way. And before I could ask for an ETA, I was hung up on. Another 35 minutes rolled by with no call, as I kept (in the rain) people from parking in the spot the tow truck would need to pull the car away. Finally, the owner of the car showed up and drove off. Never heard back from the business.

Rick towed my car illegally from my apartment while I slept. he told the police it was a repo he did this under the instruction of my psyco neighbor not the landlord. he told me it was illegally parked then he gave the car back free of charge but guess what the front end is all damaged the steering is messed up now and the rear of the car was all scratched up bad. very bad tow driver

Kept ignoring our inquiries. Said he was on his way never showed up. When called he wouldnt answer and when he did he just hung up. Very unprofessional.

If could give no stars I would the wet back, he sent to Tow my vehicle illegally out of my driveway broke my steering column and whatever keys they used never came back with my car the main problem I have is Im the only person with copies of keys to my car so what did they use to break my steering column the other problem I have is I never authorized them to touch my vehicle in the first place.

Called to get a tow today. Was told o would get a call. Waited an hour and called back with no answer. Called Macys towing and they were there in 15 minutes
