I had the completely opposite experience than most of the reviews I read before I went down there. Girl on the phone was polite, indicating cash only. Went down about 4:30pm didn’t have any issues, everything I had left in my truck was still there. It was a very pleasant experience for me during a rough time. I just thought I would put my good experience with them out there!

If you dont beat them to the punch your vehicle will be stripped of your personal belongings!

I agree the LASHES chick who works the office is a lazy a--. She was only interested in her cell phone. We waited 45 mins in the parking lot before FINALLY going in right before closing....Then Lashes said oh yes go get your things. Then Almost got locked in the yard. They lease property on Central... Very expensive. They did not impress me to be the sharpest crayon. They are a local company whom has no idea what they are doing business wise.I know a lot of people in ABQ. I will be sure to spread the word...

Friendly employees... Just 1 problem the turf on the walk up to the trailer office had something that bit me and my daughter both because we had sandals on. We both got several bites on our feet.

Absolutely awful towing company. The worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of ever coming across. They stole my cell phone holder that holds it to the heater and I know it was them because I left it in the car when I crashed and when they towed it it wasn’t there. Very rude and unprofessional service. Don’t do business here.

Most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with... front office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful and appeared more concerned with playing on her iPhone than actually helping customers or at least answer questions, oh and good luck if you expect them to answer their phone. this place epitomizes scam and extortion, stay away!

Crooks and credit card defrauders.A couple weeks ago I was in an accident and this company towed the vehicle to their impound lot. It was my friends vehicle and he wanted it shipped to Phoenix so he can have it fixed. The cost to take it to Phoenix was the same as it would cost to deliver it to his house in Minnesota with another company. BUT THAT ISNT THE BAD PART!!! When I was in the accident two sealed plastic gas cans where still in the vehicle full. And not leaking. To my surprise as well. I assure you. But I also forgot my debit card and paypal card in the vehicle. I must have came out in the accident. Well the day they were bringing it to Phoenix I got a notification that it was used at a sonic and a gas station. My buddy still wasnt their from the flight yet. And I get notifications on every purchase when they happen. And they happened in the duration of the bring the vehicle to pheonix. Im not going to say for sure they did it. But no purchases the prior two days of impound and then purchases and two empty gas cans the day they transport it. Seems very suspicious. Make your own opinion. Mine is crooks and no one will change my mind on that. Minus five stars -5⭐

Went well before closing time to pay and have car released. They were busy and could not deliver until next day .Still charged me extra day. Unbelievable.

The only tow company who follows the rules.

Terrible customer service. Only giving one star because 0 is not an option.Their sign outside says they are open on Saturdays and Sundays and when we called they said otherwise. We are from out of town and had to wait an extra day to get out our truck that had been recovered the Saturday night before after being stolen. This is ridiculous. The so called dispatcher had nothing to say other that to come in the following day. Even after being told we were from out of town he still said he had no knowledge of the sign out front that clearly had business hours posted.

Call bones towing they only charge 65 within Albuquerque

This towing company said the bill was under 200 over the phone. When we got there, they said the bill was 400 and they are cash only. We did not show up with cash because when we spoke on the phone, they failed to mention that.

Rough place, rough people. Pray you end up elsewhere
