Called to have a tow scheduled so I could have my Honda removed from a yard. I specifically asked the dispatcher to send a tow truck with an air compressor to fill up the rear tires. Dispatcher put me on hold, asked about the air delivery, came back on the phone to tell me yes the tow truck will have a compressor. The tow truck shows up with a new driver(according to the lady I spoke with today) who didnt know what a compressor looked like. I was in a bind, and it was getting dark so I had them tow it with flat tires. I called today and was told the owner told employees that Duggers wont do air deliveries anymore even for flat tire services with service trucks. I was given ZERO remedy for my issue so now I have to pay another company 50 which I shouldnt have to. I wouldve used a company that carries proper equipment to complete a job. As a former tow/service driver this is unacceptable. Trucks should be equipped to do any job, not just easy ones that force the customer to pay more. Order a tow at your own risk.

I’ve had to use Duggers services twice due to locking my keys in my vehicle. They were very efficient both times. Gus was very friendly and attentive as well as the woman I spoke to on the phone.

If I could give a zero rating that’s what I would rank these people. They claim they will be out there to get you when you call either roadside assistance or directly. . We waited six hours and REBA who was in charge, not once but twice canceled on us she was the most horrible rudest and Nastiest woman I’ve ever worked with. She lied through her teeth saying they were right around the corner when they were not, then it was they couldn’t get to us, yet other towing services had no problem, twining Other vehicles on the same road, then it was the police blocked off the road yet three police vehicles came in to the Circle K and there was no road closures., finally at 11 o’clock at night she decided to call us to cancel us. She had no intention on sending everybody out to get us that was clear after the multiple conversations we had back-and-forth, after being canceled for the second time at 11 PM We contacted roadside assistance explain the situation, they sent out Lobos towing. We suggested sternly that they take this shotty company off their list for Towing Services. Thank God we didn’t stay with the vehicle and took an Uber back to our friends house. Lobos Towing had no problem picking my car up with no problems as Reba stated above and had my car delivered within 45 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money on this company you’ll be sitting there waiting on people who never show up, who are absolutely rude and useless Imagine one of your family members sitting there on the side of the road being promised to be picked up and strung along for six hours only to be canceled. I will not let this go I plan on taking it to the top. My rating is zero

This is how the Drivers park and treat people on the road. Blocked in by this driver who was in smiths shopping. Blocked us in! When we confronted him outside and asked “is this how your company parks to run inside for groceries?” No response from driver. Opens his door into our side. Hitting our car and drove off. Called the company and someone was supposed to call us back to no response. 10/10

I Would NEVER recommend this company based on customer service alone. i placed a request through roadside assistance at 8:40am with an estimate of 60-75 minutes. I called after the wait time and was told 30 more minutes, called twice after that and both times was told that I was one-stop away with the driver being within 15-20 minutes of my location. Waited an additional 2 hours. Spoke to 2 different people (Makayla - supposedly a supervisor) and both were extremely rude and said they provided “accurate” information even though they contradicted one another. Again, I would NEVER recommend this company based on customer service alone.

I ordered a replacement battery through 800batteries.com and it was delivered/installed by Duggars. They did an awesome job. The technician kept me informed about when he would arrive; he arrived on time (same day that I put the order in) with the new battery, and installed it in less than 20 minutes--and that included removing/replacing the passenger seat, as thats where the battery lives in my SUV. The technician was also polite and treated me like a fellow human being, and didnt talk down to me the way some mechanics do with women. The cost was reasonable, and having the work done at my house saved so much time.

Had a Jump tonight. Gustavo came to our rescue. He jumped by car. And apologized for being late. So glad he came in time before my phone died. Very Professional for sure. Better be careful when on the road driving they might try to run you and another car over on the road while trying to make a Uturn they know they cant make instead of going and turning around in a EMPTY parking lot.On 6/23/21 at approximately 9:57pm a duggers flat bed LOADED was traveling North on Juan tabo and turned to make a U turn at Juan tabo and paradise a block North of Comanche the driver made a uturn when me and another car where right there he made a Uturn making me slam my brakes to avoid hitting his truck than he proceeded to go from far right lane to far left lane nearly running over a Subaru brz than darts back to the to the center lane nearly hitting my suv once again! I called the dispatch and told her what happened and gave her the plate #since I couldnt see a truck # he didnt have his overhead lights flashing while towing the vehicle either! Better becareful one day you may be in a accident because of a duggers truck thinking he owns the road!

Towed my truck to the wrong location. I called Monday morning to let them know and they told me 45 minutes it would be taken care of. Well it wasnt a priority because they werent going to be making money on me so 6 hours later and 3 phone calls later they finally got it done.

Waited about an hour on the side of the highway with my wife and daughters and our pup, Brad arrived and was very helpful, he even had extra waters for my dog, he got our car up and let us wait in his truck with AC until our Uber arrived. I can not thank him enough for his kindness.Recommended 100%. Yeah the wait is a little long but there drivers make up for it.

After waiting on hold with my insurance for over 2 hours for a lockout service, I finally got in touch with their dispatcher who I explain my situation that I was no longer at the car since it was the middle of summer and temperatures at night are still within 90 degrees. Two hours later I get a call from their technician saying he’s at the car and I tell him I’m on my way there I live close by. It took me 5 minutes to get there and I arrived completely baffled that there was nobody there by my car so I called their dispatch again only to find out they had closed my service with a no show after specifically mentioning that it had been hours from the moment I placed the service call and I was safely at home waiting for the technician to show up 4 hours later just to cancel on me! Worst service ever, don’t waste your time calling this company for help.

Very, very disappointed called Duggers emergency road service because my daughter had a flat tire. Duggers road service could not change a simple flat tire because he did not have the proper lug wrench to change the tire. He said tire lugs nuts expand with the heat which is bullcrap so he could not assist my daughter on a simple tire change. Ended calling a tow truck. The driver change the flat tire in 5 minutes. Dugger Emergency Road is very very disappointing.

Duggers is the worst service you can use the customer service is horrible. They were an hour out to pick up my car I told one of their reps to call me before picking my car never got a call they showed up and left. I called duggers they lied and said I had the driver waiting more than 30 minutes which was a lie it had only been 10 minutes from when the driver called me that he was at my house. I do not recommend this company they are very unprofessional and do not keep their word.

I got a flat just before midnight in SE, Albuquerque and USAA dispatched this company to assist me. I was told the eta was 60 minutes which ended up being 30 minutes and the gentleman was friendly, helpful, and quick! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roadside assistance!

My mom used this towing company twice. They are very impolite and have bad customer service. They lie on the time they going to be at your towing spot. This morning the guy just passed her, so my mom took off to catch him while she was calling customer service. The lady in the phone stated he would call and he never did. They sent him to the wrong place. The first time she called they said they would change her tire and when the guy got there he said he couldnt change it due to him not having equipment but they told her they could. Waited 4 hours the first time and 2 hours the second. When I called to complain all the lady said well your safe now and getting your car towed. Some people at this place. I dont recommend them at all.

I hadnt started it since prior to this years record-breaking, amidst a worldwide pandemic, heat! To boot, when I couldnt start it, Phoenix was already registering heat wave records and I accidently left my keys at the local convenience store while waiting for roadside. Wouldnt ya know it, soon as I headed back, Axel shows up after being called by my insurance co. My ex asked him to wait a few minutes and he did! He was courteous, professional and gave us great instructions to get the vehicle back on the road. That deserves a special review of gratitude and thanks during this craziness and the weather that comes with it! I was able to retrieve the keys, stay hydrated and get the car jump started! My father left his car on Sunset Blvd SW w a broken axle yesterday, we called Duggers for a tow. As we got to location this morning his rear tire was stolen, a broken window, stolen plate and converter was cut off 30 mins before we arrived ! The driver was amazing!!!!! He put on the spare for us and loaded car on the truck. He was so helpful and extremely friendly. Thanks Again for great customer service.😊

Called my insurance at 9: 30 to request a tow being that I had roadside assistance. I guess this company was the one that they send the work to. I talked to a lady and she said They were busy and they will be out between an hour and 45 minutes at the max 2 hours. After 4 hours of waiting, and three text messages saying they were on their way I decided to call in and cancel. I called All Pro towing they were here in 25 minutes. I guess I know where I will be doing business from now on. All I have to say is if they dont have the manpower or the trucks to be there when they say, maybe they need to stop taking the jobs and keeping customers waiting for 4 hours at a time.

Looks like they ran my vehicle into a large tree on their way to the shop. Presumably didnt clear the tree and drove under it causing it to hit and substantially scratch my vehicle. Guy who picked it up was nice enough, but thats besides the point when you damage and scratch the paint like this. Definitely wouldnt recommend if you like your clear-coat.I try to take good care of my vehicle and I had literally just treated some minor scratches on my hood a few weeks before I had it towed. I did it myself, it was a lot of work and took a lot of time. Thanks Duggers for undoing everything I did, and for scratching the roof lights.

Absolutely the worst service you can imagine when you need help stuck on highway at night, technician sent to the spot to help with emergency - spent 1 minute assessing problem that we had and run back to his car and left, did not make any attempt to help or get someone from this company who capable to help ! Few things are more unnerving than having a flat tire ON the freeway. Dugger’s arrived quickly (even faster than their estimated time) and got me going again. Friendly, professional and fast. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Wow… horrible receptionist/dispatcher. Should be fired for being so RUDE. Not even close to matching their “ETA.” They probably try to quote the lowest ETA and don’t mention they *might* arrive 2-3 hours AFTER the 1.5 hour ETA.

Called to get a tow at 4:00pm for a flat tire. After several LIES about when they would arrive they CANCELLED the tow at 10:30pm and told me to call someone else with NO explanation as to why! Reba is the most inconsiderate and RUDE person I have ever spoken to. She should NEVER work in customer service!

WOW, what service!! Scott called to say he was on his way - much appreciated so I didn’t have to wait in the 90+ temp. He blocked my car on a busy street to protect it. Went to work immediately and had my flat changed in an instant. Pleasant, efficient, prompt, effective. What more could you ask for. A++.

They don’t value you if you’re using your insurance’s roadside service. They text me that they were dispatching a truck to my location, then text that he was enroute...ETA 50 mins. Then after 50 mins they text me now arriving, and 5 minutes later I get another text that they are NOW dispatching a truck to me...eta 60 minutes. When I called their dispatch, she was unapologetic and told me the truck wouldn’t be headed to me for at least another 45 minutes. I froze with my 9 month old on the side of the road for almost 2 hours waiting for them until I called GEICO and got another company sent. In short: they don’t value you if you’re using roadside assistance and the LIE to you with their texts.

Ok, so this is this first time I’ve ever had to use my roadside from Subaru - my battery died in the driveway and I called for a jump. Within 30 minutes, the NICEST guy showed up - Scott! He popped the hood and connected my car to a charger and had me all hooked up. Big smile, great laugh and told me what I could do to make sure I was taken care of through the winter. Thanks Scott and Dugger’s! Now I know who to call anytime I need help!

I have road side assistance through Verizon, they assigned a simple tire change through them. After an hour and 30 mins of waiting i called and asked if they are on their way. They said it was cancel because they have the equipment. When i asked why, what equipment do you need, i have it ( Which is included with the spare tire) The lady said I dont know, that what it is. Very unprofessional, luckily i was at my house and not stuck in the middle of road. The least they could have down was call me & say it was canceled

My car had a dead battery this morning - thankfully I was still at home when I found out. State Farm sent out Duggers Services to jump start my battery, but I decided to go ahead and replace it since it was several years old. Justin arrived in about 20 minutes (way faster than expected!) and was polite and very quick to replace my battery. Their batteries come with a two year warranty also! I came from out of town for a Dr. appointment, and my battery went dead in the Trader Joes parking lot before I got there. This company provides excellent service. I had a dead battery and was subsequently locked out of my vehicle because it had been recently vandalized and they were here within 15 minutes of calling. Scott was the technician who came out and it seemed like he was here a total of 3 minutes. He quickly got me into my vehicle and had it jumped in no time. I’m so grateful because I had plans with family and I was already running late. If a situation like this happens in the future, I would definitely request this company to help me out.

I waited almost 2 hours and every time I called customer service they were less than adequate! I had to call 3 times and each time they had to get a supervisor to answer the simple question “ when will the driver arrive?” I was never notified. The time was after midnight when I called for help. If there was an issue, I would have liked to be notified and I would have been more understanding. The driver was fine. All i can say is this company is super awesome. I locked my keys in the car and called my progressive insurance road side service and was for sure I was going to have to wait hours before getting assistance. However, it only took Duggers road service 15 minutes to get to my location and even less than that to unlock my car door. I just want to also send a shout out to Scott for his assistance.

I was having a very frustrating time with my prius and was told multiple different stories about what to do. Scott showed up and was friendly and upbeat and not at all daunted by my car problems. Had this company dispatched for roadside service through State Farm on 3 seperate occasions. Each time they missed the ETA provided and never reached out to me to update me on the status of their driver. I cancelled the 3rd request as this is terrible service.Both previous times, the phone staff was less than courteous.The techs that showed up were fast and friendly though.

Scott was very friendly and professional! He was able to menuver my car from the alley which was parked next to another car out from an awkward angle. It worked out great with both cars undamaged.It was great running into another Japanese! Especially one from the same religion! Thanks again for the help!

Driver was nice and service was quick when they got to me. But waiting over 3 hours for a tow is definitely not acceptable, especially having to wait outside in 95+ degree weather. Service provider gave me false waiting estimates more than once.

Scott found his way out to the far west side of town in half the time he had estimated, and already had the flat tire off the car by the time we could walk over. He showed us exactly what had caused the flat and was finished with the replacement in about ten minutes. Excellent service!

The 877 phone quoted me $169.xx but the battery installed cost me $191.xx. Please dont give a quote if it cant be met. Polite service but dissappointed in higher cost than quoted to me - wasnt prepared for the higher change in cost. Did the appreciate the quick installation at my home. Also I didnt receive a receipt and this was a cash transaction.

Scott from Dugger’s Road Service is an absolute savior!!! I had a incident where I accidentally locked my cat, keys, phone, and wallet inside my car while waiting outside Petroglyph Animal Hospital. Thankfully I had the car running after I locked myself out, but this was still a close call. Too close a call for any loving pet owner, especially during these extreme summer temperatures. After communicating with family via the help and assistance of Petroglyph, Scott was on the way and arrived in under twenty minutes! He said, “Oh yeah this should be an easy fix”, and popped open the door in under ten seconds. He’s truly amazing and I am so thankful he was there to help me rescue my cat before I took it upon myself to find the nearest rock as a last resort. I had a flat tire this morning and it was really stressful for me. Scott from Duggers was so incredible! I put in the request and I was notified about a minute later. Scott called me two minutes before arriving. He came out and was very polite. He got his tools and fixed my tire in about 5 minutes. I was so impressed! Tech appeared to be annoyed but complied with request. 5 stars for good job on replacing battery, 0 stars on tak(ing) the health and safety of our team & community seriously. (5+0)/2 = 2.5 stars.

Chevy Roadside called Duggers. After the allotted time, I called Duggers which was about an hour after the callfrom Chevy. Customer service said they did not have the specifics of where I was. I gave that info to her as best I could because I was teaveling and did not now my exact location, but did give the landmarks around me. They arrived at 2:08. I have a dog thats in a kennel. Driver called Duggers. He reported that they could take the dog but not me becausr of COVID. I said okay. I would get an Uber. After abou5 minutes, he said he would need to leave and he could only stay 15 minutes. I was having trouble with the app. I aked if he understood. He said he did not and that where he came from you could walk anywhere in 5 minutes. Needless to say, he could not stay any longer. It was not his fault, but you would think after I waited over an hour the company would allow a few extra minuets but they did not.

I just got done receiving excellent service from Jerry! The guy showed up sooner than was estimated, took care of everything super fast and damaged free and he was a super nice and polite dude!

We called to have the battery on a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee changed. The man came out and spent 15 min trying to jump the car first. After he finally got it he told me that he couldn’t replace the battery because it’s hard to reach and I’d have to go to the dealer, and that I now owed him $50 to jump the car.The person on the phone had said they could change the battery. I was so frustrated, I was home with my baby and was not in a position to leave. When I asked what happens if I turn the car off he said he couldn’t guarantee it would turn back on.I have called and spoken to Vanessa who said she would be calling me back to discuss what they could do to make it right because if I had known they wouldn’t change the battery I wouldn’t have had them come out and be out $50, not to mention inconvenienced. She told she would call me back. Three times now I have been told I would get a call back. Finally, after being told I’d be called “right back” today, and not receiving one, I am leaving this 1-star review.I had wished that this company would address the problem. I was always nice and professional on the phone. I am disappointed they would not make this situation right.

Scott was wonderful. We got a flat tire and managed to strip one of the lug nuts. We called road side assitance and the operator said 30 min but Scott was there in 10. He was informative and quickly managed to get the spare on and all of this in the rain.

Scott just came out to jump my Fiesta and he was awesome. He went ahead and replaced my battery on the spot since I was planning on replacing it later anyway. Talk about a time saver! He was personable and efficient- highly recommend.

Scott was friendly and professional. Although I was just going to have the vehicle jump started (dead battery issues) he offered the service of replacing the battery for me( which I didnt realize was an option). Six months later they still have not fixed my car when they damaged it nor have I even got a call back from the manager. I have called several times and never can talk to anybody Who can help. The driver stole medicine, my radar detector, went through all my things,and forced my door open which completely destroyed the whole front fender. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Scott was there within 25 minutes. It certainly wasnt as daunting as I had expected. He was friendly and courteous. -He got my truck up and running in 60 seconds. Highly recommend.

2.23.2020My ETA for a tire change was 5:11 amMy second ETA was 5:45 amThird time I called I was told a driver will call with a new ETA. I never got that call so I called back.When I called back I finally got a call back.They had no idea who I was or what I needed. He asked if I need to schedule a tire change?I got my flat during a cold winter morning in Albuquerque at 4:10 am. Had to wait in the cold in a bad part of town. No one has sincerely apologized to me. It’s now 6:28 and still no one.

My brand new car got a flat on Day 2. Scott responded to my home, was quick yet courteous and showed me all the things I needed to know about wheel-lock nuts, where the spare was, etc. Will definitely use Duggers if needed again.
