Worth the wait, best in the business! I know the past couple years have been rough for everyone in some way. But Ill be happy to wait for when Robin is ready to sit down and tackle my taxes. Cant thank you enough!

If I had to wait 2 years for Robin to do my taxes instead of finding someone else, I WOULD WAIT 2 YEARS! There is a reason why he is SO busy, SO backed up. It’s because he is the best at what he does. I know for a fact he works over 70 hours a week, His level of commitment to his craft is astounding! Yeah, it may be frustrating to have to wait a month or two for a callback just to schedule an appointment a few more months down the road. Well TBH, it was only frustrating the first time, until I received my return!!! Trust me, there is a reason why you have to wait so long... I have never looked forward to doing my taxes until I had Robin prepare them! Robin is so skilled at what he does, I almost don’t want to give him a good review just so I can deter new clients and I won’t have to wait longer than the year before. However, I get so frustrated at the bad reviews, I had to say something. All of you people who want to complain are fools and you should just go to Burger King so you can have it your way...

Well I hope this will force a response from him if nothing else but I am not holding my breath. My wife and I have given him our paper work and been in contact with his office since the since 7/16/2020, which by the way he canceled the appointment and asked us to bring the paper work to him, but since then it has been a one way street. All we have ever received is an automated response that he goes on to talk about his dedication to us an that he working crazy hours 7 days a week to help every one, your own silken words catch you in web of lies. He has not show a ounce of dedication, he cant even responded in person, even email after email. Now you might be wondering why not call and speak to him directly, would love to but his voice mall has been full for what seems like forever, at least be professional enough to empty that from time to time. If you care at all you will respond to this review and try and make this right

I was referred to him by a friend. I called and received an answering machine asking to leave a message and please do not call back as they are busy and will call back as soon as they receive the message. So I did this and waited a month before I called back. Today a lady answered the phone, shockingly, and I told her I left a message over a month ago and was still waiting to set an appointment. She advised me he isn’t taking on new clients and they are busy with returns until November. Not a good way to do business and I will never try their service again.So apparently the owner replied back to me advising I was caller #1252. Which means he did get my message and chose not to return the phone call. Still very unprofessional.

I have never had such a thorough review of my tax history. This guy KNOWS his tax code and how to maximize your returns legally. Aside from that, he is super personable and and all around good guy. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Robin made a mistake on my taxes and delayed my tax return a year I am still waiting for my 2018 tax return. When I called and emailed he completely ignored me. My family and I are very disappointed in his professionalism.I dont recommend this service to anyone.

Robin is very thorough and informative. He is friendly and easy to talk to, I will definitely be using him from now on!

Robin makes filing your taxes palatable experience. If you havent allowed Robin to help you with your taxes, you are costing yourselves a lot of money at the very least.
