Hands down the worst example of government available. Employees here are not worth saving. They are so compromised by government inefficiency and laziness, that the only explanation is that they came to be employed here by friends or family recommendations. They are truly the bottom of the barrel of employees. I called three times about a simple question about the Employers First Report form. Not once did anyone entertain LISTENING to my ONE question. Instead I got transferred to voicemails to three different people, from three different departments. One person told me I was calling the wrong number. It would be more efficient to simply have all their calls go to voicemail or an automated system. But it seems this place is so overrun by government inefficiency, that they WANT to waste everyones time. Good luck New Mexico... the grass IS greener in Texas and California.

Ok facility. Nice and clean. Courteous staff.Ombudsmen usless though. When I asked questions they connected me to the employers attorney who told me that the upcoming court date was no big deal and to just show up. DO NOT DO THIS!!! Please contact a good workers comp attorney to protect your interests!!! The comp carrier tried to fast track the case and not let me see the doctors I needed. A struggle to get anything. As an example checks suddenly stop for no reason multiple times.I was just contacted by a WCA representative who apologized for my experience and got the details so that my experience can be used in the training and ongoing discussions with ombudsman on what NOT to do. Very rapid response to my review. Excellent. I also might mention that my initial problem is the only bad experience Ive had with WCA employees.

Jimminey CRICKETS! And other F-words!!!@#$! and &% $#÷ !!! We waited approximately 3 HOURS to see judge, we were there EARLY, Christina Bartosh Goodrow was over an hour LATE, we all sat around and stared at each other waiting to see this judge...what a horrible experience. From the injury my husband fell victim to because of breaches in safety at the construction co. he worked (HARD) for in Las Cruces, the now defunct Limon Bros. to the attorneys who dont care about ANYBODY. ....this place is a F! $#%&G NIGHTMARE. -2☆
