In my past experience, dealing with realty companies is a bit impersonal and stressful. This was not my experience with Peerless. Karen and Glenda are two of the sweetest ladies - they made feel as if I was really taken care of. Did a space viewing at my convenience, as well as lease signing and key pick up. They also responded to all of my questions almost immediately. We saw a home and then rented a home all in the same week. Everything was very easy with them, and I felt comfortable through the whole process.We had a situation where my landlord was unable to clean the space and replace the carpet before we moved in, so Peerless did it for her. You can tell they really value the people the rent for, and the people that they rent to. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
