Requested information about a listing. Couldnt be bothered to respond

I have been a customer since 2014. Toni has been above all very professional and helpful. I moved out of state for almost 2 yrs and returned as her customer and felt like I never left. Thank you couture Brokerage for all you do!

I am a current tenant of a property from this company and I am very pleased. It is a great place and also Toni and Nikki are just the sweetest most professional and compassionate people i have ever had the pleasure of renting from.

Toni is not only a spectacular Realtor; she is also an excellent property manager. She has been managing rental property of ours for five years, and is right on top of things. And, she took on preparing our house to sell...with us being 1500 miles away...instigated suggestions on what would be good to do. We took her word for it, and our house sold quickly and smoothly. I cant possibly say enough good things about Couture Brokerage .

Renting through Couture Brokerage was definitely a roller coaster ride, with more pit falls than my family would have liked. To being with, the rent was rather high with the many issues we dealt with; broken shower heads, leaky kitchen faucet, horrible did washer, the list can go one... Worse thing is as high as the rent was as tenants, we were responsible for all the utilities, keeping up the landscaping, and post control. Heck. With what my family and I put into this place, you world think we owned it. Definitely Toni and her company, as well as the owner of the house banked on a family in need of a home. Dont get me wrong, all this world have been fine if it would have been all later out honestly by her, at the time, right hand. Clearly the individual that made so many false promises and didnt outline the lease better, didnt last long. So of course when it was time to move our my family lost a God amount of the deposit. All I can say is that if your lease says carpets need to be cleaned upon move out. Make sure it actually states carpets must be professionally clean upon move out because this con artist will rip you off and charge you $300 even after you shampooed the carpets, only because they werent done to this rip offs liking. Never will I trust this company this company for renting or even purchasing a home... DO NOT TRUST THIS THEIF!!!!

My sister just got done talking to Toni she was nothing but nice my sister has been trying so hard to get a place she still has not got a place yet but Toni is really going beyond and out of her way to do what she can to help her i dont know if she is going to get a place still but she tried and still is trying I would recommend anyone to talk to Toni thank you Toni my sister will be getting back to you soon everyone she is great and properties are great.

I had the absolutely worst experience of my life with this company. If google would let me I would give negative stars. It started off with me renting an apartment and when I moved in the place was completely filthy. I couldnt believe they would allow someone to move in with the place looking like that. I had to spend the first two days just cleaning instead of unpacking and setting up a place for my kids and I to live. I will give them credit, even though I had to ask for it, I was discounted a little off my next months rent but I had to provide pictures of what the place looked like before I cleaned. The bath tub was completely black from the previous owners nasty feet fungus and who knows what else. I rented the second floor apartment due to needing a place to live ASAP. I asked when I moved in if someone from downstairs moves out if I can switch apartments and I was advised yes. Well after about 3 weeks of living there the lady below me left. I emailed Toni the main lady and asked if I could move into that apartment. She said yes but the lady left without any notice so they had to wait till they got custody of the apartment. I figured that might take a week or two so I decided not to unpack anything more and just live out of boxes so I didnt just have to repack it anyways. I was looking forward to moving downstairs because I have a severe knee problem and the stairs were getting harder and harder for me. I have a 8 month old I had the carry and I was getting scared my knee was going to give out and I was going to drop him. Well another tenant that lives downstairs has been there the longest renting from this company. I kept having issues with him parking in my parking space. I tried dealing with it on my own multiple times but nothing changed. I finally messaged Toni about it asking for assistance and well lets just say they have favoritism towards that tenant and she in return took things out on me. She called me and was extremely rude and very unprofessional (I have recorded phone calls of the conversations). Keep in mind it has now been well over a month since that other lady left and I was told I would be moving downstairs and I was still living out of boxes. So because I finally reached out for help it bit me in the butt. I got a notification from Zillow stating that bottom stairs apartment was listed for rent. I messaged Toni asking about it. Toni very rudely told me shes taking what she has been telling me for over a month back and not allowing me to move anymore without any type of notice. I had to find out on my own they were renting that apartment out from under me. I advised of my knee issue and she told me to get her a doctors note and she would revisit me moving down there. I called my doctor right after I got off the phone with Toni and they advised to give them 24 hours to get that note. The next morning they called and said the note was ready so I text messaged Toni telling her right away the note is ready but I was working and couldnt pick it up right that second. She then message me back stating they are already processing two other applications for that bottom stairs apartment and she rents first come first serve. I then mentioned I was waiting for that apartment for over a month and I got her the note as per her request so shouldnt I be considered the first person. She once again went against her word and told me again she wasnt going to allow me to move. Finally she told me she would just allow me out of my lease without any penalty due to my knee and I couldnt do stairs anymore. However this now left my family and I with no where to go. I then was advised I have to clean the apartment before I move out (keep in mind it was given to me in absolute filth). I then was told I have to provide her 30 days to give me a letter stating shes releasing me from my lease and to give me my deposit back. I couldnt even have 24 hours to provide a doctors note but I had to give 30 days to get my money back. Absolutely no professionalism at all. DONT WORK WITH THEM!!!!!!!
