We worked with Emery and Dolores Maez in northern New Mexico. They were very knowledgeable about the region, specific concerns that could impact real estate, and were very helpful throughout the whole process. In the end, we found a great home in a perfect location and couldn’t be happier!

Worst experience in selling a home I have ever had. Joe thinks highly of himself and his team. Once the contract on the home was placed, it took 2 months to close and no follow up. None. Neither Joe nor his team would return calls, emails or text. When we did close the title company couldnt receive the needed documents from Joes team and she told us that they are the worst in town to work with and this was fairly normal for them. He apparently does not are about customer service or his reputation as every real estate agent I have talked to reiterates the same experience when closing on homes. This was a total disaster from start to finish and a lot of apologies from our agent who could not reach Joe Maez or his team. I cannot believe Joe Maez has great reviews on here. The reviews have to be fake. I hope anyone reading this review makes a better choice than we did.

Joe is awesome I was not even his client (long story). But let me tell you he will be honest with you about what your property is worth, he is very forth coming. He will tell you what it will sell at and what your list price should be based on a careful analysis and his connections he has within the ABQ RE community. My house ended up selling for what he told me to the penny! Joe is straight forward as sure as the sun shines down on ABQ. Dude told me he is the RE market in ABQ and quite frankly I believe him. If I had to sell a house in ABQ again there is no doubt who I would turn to.....JOE MAEZ hands down!!!!!
