I get unsolicited mail from this company all the time. Youd think that because I dont call them, theyd get it that Im not interested in selling my home. They obviously go through public records to see who owns houses in the area and whether these people would sell for below market value. Im sure they are taking advantage of people. I feel like they are preditory. They probably buy homes cheaply, fix them up and flip them selling them for a while lot more than the market can bear.
