Silesha was the sellers’ agent on a house we recently purchased. She and the sellers were late on every deadline and deliverable- ORW, title commitment, and ILR (which was over a week late). Throughout the process she did not return our agent’s calls or emails, and our agent finally resorted to directing all communications through a transaction coordinator at KW. When we encountered an issue with our Friday closing she ignored our agent’s attempts to contact her over the weekend to find a solution. Although she was not our agent, from a seller’s perspective I would be horrified if our agent was missing deadlines and not returning phone calls or emails, and thus impeding what could have been a smooth and positive closing. She also failed to change the status of the Zillow listing after closing, and now 5 weeks later it still shows “Pending”. Some random person actually knocked on our door to ask if the house was for sale, so we had to flag the listing with Zillow. Her lack of respect for us as the buyers in this transaction is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

I had the best experience. They were kind and helpful, going above and beyond. They helped me when we hit snags for closing and called the title company and my lender multiple times to make sure everything stayed on track. They were also great about listening to exactly what I wanted in a house and finding it for me. We moved from out of town, and it made me feel much more at home and ready to live in my new city. I cannot recommend them enough.
