I live at the uptown horizon apts. The tech made a mess with malfunctioning equipment. Blamed his boss for it. He grabbed my paper towels and wiped his spray nozzle and hands. He put the roll of towels on my clean dishes. I kicked him out for getting bug spray on my dishes. He said..Im wearing gloves. He was late also. I left work early to be here. I had to clean up pooled bug spray on the floor. My apt. Smelled like bad hygiene body order after the tech left.

Im writing this in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic, and I am so incredibly impressed with the service and professionalism I received today. Not only were they able to come to my place today, they arrived early, and with proper safety equipment amidst social distancing guidelines. The technician was clear and concise about what he was doing and why, and let me know that the solution was safe for my cats to be near. Ive got some NASTY ants and roaches that think theyre ALLOWED in my house, so Roadrunner also left some traps for me to keep near my doors. Should I need their service again, I will definitely give them another call. SUPPORT LOCAL!
