Way too expensive for the quality of service you get. Called for a re-spray due to still having problems after my initial treatment. Bugs are everywhere, I get it. The man who came for the re-spray told me there is little to be done about spiders and proceeded to act like he was spraying my baseboards, without actually spraying much of anything. As a former exterminator I understand you cant get everywhere, but even my long open hallway was dry directly after he left that area. There were a few spots where I could see some chemical was applied, but very little was actually done and those were few and very far between. That being said, there is plenty to be done for spiders, such as Delta Dust under the baseboards into the wall and around sinks in those gaps into the wall where spiders main water sources are. This was our normal spider treatment at my former company. I asked the man if he would be able to do that and he said he was just here to re-spray, which he didnt even do. I had them back out again thinking I just had a poor interaction with this one applicator. Second time around similar to the first, except this time I was told they focus on the outside and dont do dust. I was told their product has a ninty day grantee and the service has sixty, but to allow a couple weeks to allow it to work. After a couple weeks of still having problems I called again for a re-spray, but was told there was only a thirty day grantee, and I had missed my window by a couple days. Decided to go with a different company instead of another service call.

I was not present for Justins visit but my wife was. She said he was helpful, professional and thorough. And after spraying my wife noticed the cockroaches sprinting for the garage which was open and she said Justin in the process of leaving, got out of the vehicle and sprayed them as they fled. She really appreciated that and in turn, so I did I. So, thank you Justin, for going that extra step for your customers!

Great service. They come when they say they will come. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Every time Ive had to call, someone picks up the phone and helps me. I have never had to wait longer than 2 or 3 days if a pest problem came up. I would highly recommend them.

They are by far more thorough (2 plus hours instead of 30 minutes than gone) and more knowledgeable than all the others. Service is every two months instead of three. When your tech came out to the house I didn’t hear the doorbell or my phone ring, so the tech left a message. I called him back and he was able to come back and get the job done. I appreciate his flexibility and willingness to get the job done. It was nice that he was able to get me taken care of the same day and not have me reschedule, that was huge. All the guys that have been here are always extremely professional and willing to explain what they are doing and ask if they need to concentrate on any area. The guys you have coming out are top notch people. They are professional, clean, well spoken, knowledgeable, and very identifiable as who they work for and who they are, which is nice for people who might have safety concerns. We have used these guys since we moved into our house and found ants. They came out and took care of the problem. Since then, they come out every two months to make sure there is no problem. When anything pops up from weather, we can call and they are their to spray and they bugs are gone. They are professional, polite and friendly.

Honestly, at first, I was not very happy with Preventive Pest Control. Each time they came to spray, I felt as if they rushed to do their job and were not thorough. Also, after each spray, there were so many sugar ants and centipedes and strange, huge, weird black spiders. They were all over the house! I was told that the first two sprayings this would happen, but then later it would get better. Well… it didn’t! So this Thursday Sean from Preventive Pest Control came to spray. I told him how disappointed I was with the company and how the guys before him always were in a rush to do their job, especially for what I pay. He was very kind and listened to my complaints. Then he explained how they only have so much time for every home they spray. He must have seen how frustrated I was and said he would do extra thoroughly work. He grabbed his shovel and found three huge colonies of ants! He sprayed the heck out of each colony and also saw the source of what was bringing them. My neighbor has a fruit tree that these ants love. UHG!!!! I REALLY was happy with Sean. He came into the house and sprayed every corner of the house, both inside and out. His the guy I want each time. He is truly an asset to his company. I was very pleased with his work.

Do not use this company for any services. Sign up for there services and they do not deliver. Call their office and was told that we had to be the ones call to make an appointment. Office personnel informed me due to covid that they have not done any servicing but yet wanna change me for services!? Manager was no help either and was rude.

We have used Preventive Pest Control for several years as maintenance on our home. Sean is our current tech and he is very nice and professional. All of the techs we have met have been extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They know their bugs. We also have a rabbit and they are careful to not spray near the bunny pen. We have dogs but have never had a flea in the house thanks to Preventive Pest Control.

Ive been using PPC for over 25 years at my home. Ive only needed interior treatment for ants 2 or 3 times and not for at least 3 years. I started noticing small ants in my kitchen yesterday and was lucky I already had a service visit scheduled for today. 2 techs came and spent more time outside than I can ever remember, as the usual visits are less than 10 minutes. I was impressed with the attention to detail outside, followed by an inside treatment, blowing the non-poisonous powder into the walls, to hopefully take care of the ants. When the new tech spilled the powder in the kitchen, the senior tech did an ok job cleaning up, using wipes, however I now have a light haze on my bamboo wood floors I will need to address. I think a small cordless vacuum would be a good addition to the service vehicle, as the powder would have been quickly removed without any residue. I do appreciate the attempt to clean up the mess and the politeness of both techs.

Isiah Perez was a great salesman, everything he said the tech would do was done. I requested the service on Thursday and the tech was here on Friday. the tech was thorough and friendly.

When I moved to New Mexico, I didn’t realize how serious the cockroaches could be. I had never dealt with them before so I was really freaked out and called PPC and the girl who answered I think could hear the distress in my voice and got someone out within 24 hours to do my first service. I was still struggling with some roaches after my first service which I expected because the place had never been treated. I called back to schedule a follow up based on the remaining issues and they got meScheduled right away. Just had my second service and am already feeling a sigh of relief. Both service guys were so soft spoken and calm, made me feel so much better and both explained exactly what kind of timeframes to expect activity and cockroach death and what to do if the problem persisted. As a female home alone sometimes, have a male in the house can feel scary but honestly I felt so safe and comfortable around both service guys they sent out. Every time I’ve called the office, the people are super nice and never sound stressed and genuinely sound like they care that I get help with roaches. So thankful to have found a recommendation for them on reddit, especially as a NM newbie!

I would hire them again definitely. Daniel and his coworker could not have been more respectful. They wore masks, they cleaned up after the job and put things back. It is never a joy to have termites and it is a major expense but I think we will be covered for at least 5 years. The joy of home ownership!

My family had a real problem with ants and roaches entering our house for years, but none of the services I tried could get rid of them. This included Terminix, from whom I got a refund due to a lack of results. We also tried to get rid of them ourselves with no luck.Finally, I decided to do better research and try a company with good online reviews. Im so glad I did! There hasnt been a roach all year and the ants were gone too, which at this point seems like a major miracle! There have been two very small recurrences of a few ants getting in, but they promptly came over free of charge to retreat and that took care of the problem.I cant say enough good things about this service. My only regret is that I suffered with the bugs for years before finding them!

Preventive Pest Control billed me for a service I never asked for or received back in 2016. I dispusted the charge then and thought it was resolved. Five years later, I get a notice that they sent this to collection.

I havent been happy with the scheduling, as we have a set day for a tech to come out and over the last few months it always gets messed up BUT the customer service reps have always been so nice and helpful to make sure they fix it. My main reason for the 10 was for our tech today, Michael. He went above and beyond and really did a thorough job! He should be the one who teaches new techs. We use Preventive once a month and I would definitely recommend them.

I had them do an inspection of the site where we were remodeling a very old house. They did the inspection sprayed and have been doing maintenance ever since.Their technicians are knowledgeable, likable and efficient. So early this spring a door to door rep came to my house and convinced me to switch from Greenway Pest Control to Preventive Pest control claiming that it was cheaper but just as good if not better of a service. Greenway treated every 3 months and Preventive every two so I figured why not try it. I cancled my service with Greenway and switched. Preventive came out and treated my property a week or two later and assured me everything would be great. Two weekes later I was seeing spiders, ants, centimeters, and other insects. Called preventive and had them come back. Next treatment scheduled and they came back to treat the propert once again. Same issue and had to call them back shortly after to come spray again. Long story short, whatever they are spraying is not working and so i called the office to figure it out and was told I could cancel my service and pay 150 dollars plus tax to cancel my contract. Are you f!#%&g kidding me. Im expected to pay for not only a product that does not work but to pay to cancel a contract that I was swindled into signing. STILL WAITING ON CALL FROM THE MANAGER WHO OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE . THAY ARE CROOKS. Spread the word and do research on companies before you sign. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Our professional that came today was Taylor and she was absolutely amazing. So thorough and so sweet with my children. She explained the products and how they worked. Would not use this company bunch of liars and cheaters. The salesman who came to the door said we could cancel anytime we wanted to . Then we go to cancel they say there a one year contract. Which the guy said was no contract, just to get us signed up. So I had to pay 180 dollars to cancel the service. Which is still cheaper than paying them 80 dollars every month and have to deal with these cheats. If you sign up with them I would take picture of everything you sign .
