We started noticing possible activity, garbage left out and something dragged out of it, but wasnt sure if the mice were back because we had not seen or heard any. They came, affirmed that the holes were still sealed, the traps still untouched and no droppings anywhere. All good. I was good with that so long as the perimeters and all holes leading into the house (and kitchen) were sealed. Money well spent in my view.

Based on its positive reviews, we contacted B & Y Pest Control to inspect a problem in our home. We had discovered a honeycomb-like hole in our wall that was crawling with tiny insects. Their certified termite specialist, Robert, arrived within 10 minutes to inspect the damage. We were relieved to learn that our voracious invaders were sheetrock-munching ants! Robert applied a treatment to the damaged area, and we made arrangements for a more thorough ant-eradication service a few days later. We will schedule regular preventive treatments around the property, as well.Our interactions with both the owner and Robert were very positive, reflecting their professionalism, expertise, friendliness, fair pricing, convenience and promptness.
