Not enforcing mask mandate. When I asked the employee where her mask was, she said her boss didnt ask her to wear one even though there is a sign on the door that both employees and customers are mandated to wear them. She failed to put one on the entire time I was there. Only about 1/2 of the customers were wearing masks as well. Cmon people - lets continue to take care of each other!

Very nice place to do laundry, and tonight was blessed, had a church group, very nice people and offer to pay for my laundry. Was very happy about that to as well.... 👍🏽

Good service. One of the women that works here is always being rude but the the rest are nice and helpful when i need something cleaned or anything else.

Some of the machines are 4LOADS- 22quarters/ 3LOADS-19quarters. Very Cool to Spring Clean Up & Get everything washed at once. Pretty busy on a Saturday... Be smart, come early. Most people respectful but be aware of your surroundings.

They raised the prices of their washers and most of them are out of order anyways ... They lock the doors at 8 and you cant go to ur car at all ... They were very rude to the point where as I was leaving the attendant stood not a foot away from me watching as I tried to hurry out the door with all my laundry (I had a lot of stuff btw) smh will not be coming back here ever again !!!! Sad because it use to be my favorite place to do laundry

Went here to do laundry..website says open @ 5am closes @1am..now when I got there they had 1/2 half of the laundry facility closed the doors were already locked and was told by the attendant that last wash had started ..huh..I asked why because there website says otherwise..but was told there is another place up the road..by the attendant...oooohh I was a bit furious but I said hey ok just not gonna come and wash at that place again..The 24hr laundromat was actually good..the place was clean..machines worked ..and the customer service was nice and good by the attendant.Do Not Wash @ this Place...goto the one up the road it will be worth it.

Basic coin operated laundromat, last wash is @ 8pm and youll be locked in until your clothes are done. Some machines are not usable but theres plenty more that does work. There are vending and arcade machines there as well.

Little expensive but I used the biggest washer so maybe Im wrong. But great worker at spin cycle by Lindas kindness and sense of humor made time go by quick. Ill be back.

Employee was a very nice lady she stated her name was Veronica. Every single time I went into that laundry mat while she was working the place was completely clean. When I went in when anybody else was working it wasn’t clean. Veronica is the only person who’s ever wash my clothes perfectly I went to several different laundry mats even dry cleaners and they’ve never washed my clothes and folded them as good as Veronica does. I rate this place five stars as long as she’s there.

The washing was decent but the lady there was rushing everyone and on her phone the whole time talking to someone making Shure everyone can hear her say how much she wanted to go home and how much she didnt want to be there. She was just super disrespectful and made the entire evening harable. Better off paying more somewhere else until they get rid of that lady...

I tried to go do ONE load of laundry at 8 pm and they turned me away on a Friday evening. The lady who used to work there was cool and actually stayed open until the hours posted but this new chick is rude and refuses anyone after 7:30.

I went to the spin cycle coin laundry mat to clean my clothes. It looks like all of the machines are working. All I saw was a few broken washers and dryers. The worker there was very friendly and helpful. I will probably use this laundry mat again to wash my clothes.

Ive used this laundromat for years. It used to have friendly staff and working machines.The last few times Ive been here the staff act like theyre being put out if I ask about anything. I asked one guy for a person towel so I could remove a pice of trash from a machine and was treated to a rant about what other employees werent doing.Today, I counted nearly half the normal size washers were out of order. Multiple dryers were also out of order.They raised rates, too. I saw another review saying the rates were reduced and the place almost went under, but no, the rates are higher. On top of that, some dryers will give you 6 minutes for a quarter, some 7 minutes, and some 8 minutes. Theres proof that rates changed and they didnt get everything switched properly.I hate to have to look elsewhere because this is the closest facility to my home, but Im tired of being treated like an inconvenience and having to dance around broken, dirty equipment.

This place has quite a few non working units but there were enough different types of units. The lady working there was friendly and helpful with explaining the different washing machines. The place was pretty clean.

The machines are older, but it is clean. It is less expensive to do laundry here. Had an overall good experience.

Its clean enough. Half of it is closed down for cleaning atm. Paper on the door says last wash is at 8:30 but told us as we walked in it was at 7:30 may be a daylights savings issue. Attending isnt the friendliest but shes is efficient. Change machines are for 20s only, change for smaller bills need to be taken from the clerk.Its okay. Definitelynhad better experiences elsewhere but ita not the worst place to wash laundry

Terrible Customer ServiceThe online website says they close at 1am. We drove up at 8:14 to find a tapped sign at the door that said the door are locked at 8:30 and you have until 10p to finish laundry. We walked in and were immediately kicked out and said they were done for the day.

On dec.23/2020 one of the dryers burnt/melted all of our clothes. The lady working that night was even Surprised by what happened and immediately called the owner. The owner stated he would be in the next day to evaluate the clothes. The next day came he called my wife and stated he was only going to give her $50 for The clothes that his dryer ruined and she has 10 minutes to get there get the clothes or he’s leaving. Well Evan I’m sorry to tell you that your dryer melted about $500 worth of clothes We will be taking him to court for the loss of property. Just wanted others to know that the owner Evan is a horrible person and do not use this laundry mat.

You get a better class of misanthrope at this Spin Cycle.

Prices keep being raised without any noticable improvement to the location. 3 months ago its was $2.50 for wash. Now its $3. Combined with drying your looking at $4 per wash if not a bit more

Staff was rude kept pushing us to hurry up and tried kicking us out before our laundry was dry and being washed that is wasnt their problem and their dryers dont dry that great they closed at 1030pm we were being told to hurry up at 913pm staff was on the phone when door locked behind us they looked at us with attitude the heavy set taller Hispanic guy was the. Issue the girl was but not bad

This place is not open until 1am as stated on web sight. I got here at 9pm, work on the road, dont know the area. Post me off, get with it, everything is online update your hours. It also states 24 hours.

EXCELLENT Laundry attendant! The machines were a little more than Id wanted to spend, but worked as expected. In all I spent $4.75 to wash & dry two regular size loads (one & half bushels per load). The attendant made ALL the difference! Id recommend buying or renting your own machines, if possible.

Building alarm has been going off since 6:20. Expensive machines. 30% of Everything inside is broken.

Was told to hurry last wash 8:30 got get out by 10 or else they wont get paid. Smh dryers not hot only 9 mins an expensive washers.

It’s never too busy when I come, but the dryers don’t work very good at all. It’s the closest laundromat to my place, but I think I’ll drive elsewhere next time. Clothes just take too long to dry 😔

Dryers take money, and when you tell the attendant they accuse you of “stealing” because they cant keep replacing quarters. its always dirty the attendants are always so rude. honestly save your money and go else where, this place is a joke.

Now that they fixed allot of the dryers,its a better place.And going early today we beat everybody else there.

First time at this place, looks dirty, there is no one around for help, machines sound like they’re going to explode. After these loads I am never coming back.

The facility was spotless. The attendant went by to clean about every 20 minutes or when someone finished their laundry and left.

When I got here there were 2 people waiting to talk to the attendant. After looking for him/her around the laundromat, I asked a girl if she had seen the attendant, she said the attendant left a half hour ago and said that someone will be here to take her place soon, but no one ever showed up! Wow what a business.

My go to place for laundry. Its nice that Im usually the only person in there when Im there early morning. Place is usually pretty clean.

Ive been doing laundry here for over a year now. The prices did go up a little but I mean I would rather do laundry here then at my apartment complex. When I went yesterday it was a little hot and the bathroom did smell funny but other than that this place is great to do laundry, it only takes me about less then 2 hours to wash and dry. Its really convenient to just drive over here because I only live like 2 mins away. I do recommend this laundry mat!

Was going to go here because it’s close to my home. I called to ask questions about their place, and very very very very rude lady just hangs up on me after I was sincerely super nice . If they work on their customer service maybe they would get customers . Their wickedness does not lead people to their business. The phone call was so rude I won’t ever step foot in there .

Good laundry facility always plenty of washers and drivers available.. Reasonable in price and open later than other facilities.. Got a lot to wash this is the place to go... Any time my money was taken because of the machine not working Ive never had a problem with reimbursement.. Enjoy washing...

This place has served me for years. The staff was nice and the washing machines that were working did a good clean job and the dryers did too.

This place is always clean. The staff are friendly and outgoing but it’s hot during the day they need more fans or a better AC! I go here every two weeks and wouldn’t go anywhere else but it’s too hot inside. They need to do something about that. But great place and staff 5 star!!! Please spin cycle just look into that. I have three kids and they go with me and it’s so hot inside thank you(:

My clothes were not very clean had to rewash my clothes at another establishment also a lot of washers and dryers were out order

Half the machines dont work, I seen better ones in Los Angeles and thats saying something lol was really dirty. The staff was busy talking and gossiping about the customers to some chick I assumed she knew, complaining that customers dont know know how to read. It wasnt a great experience at all.

The washing times are fast and helpful staff but they recently increased the price from a 1.50 per load to 2.50.

It’s roomy and has a lot of washers. The prices were a bit high, more than half the dryers were broken and the floors were all messed up. Not my top favorite place

I dont need to go to elsewhere to do my laundry as much as I used to, but I have always gone to this place. Its never too hot inside, plus they have tvs and arcade games to play while youre waiting. The machines work great, they are well maintained and I have never had an issue with them smelling weird after taking them out.

Stay far away from this nasty place. They use this awful smelling blood colored water to wash clothes and when told about it they say I can just use another one at my own cost.

Ive never had any problems this spin cycle proper loads capacity that I need Im having trouble with coin machine the staff is eager to help Ive actually met a lot of nice people there thank you for your service

Ive been coming here without a mask since the coronavirus started. The attendant has seen me every week that i have been here. Today, he tells me that i have to wear a mask. However, there were 2 different women not wearing one. Maybe he thinks hes gonna have a chance of getting a date with one of them by not making them wear a mask.

Very pricey. Super hot inside building. Dirty. Attendant looked annoyed everytime someone asked for help. No comfortable seating available for while you wait. Im from out of town and willdefinitely be going back to the first place I went to. Only good thing was machine I used was quick and dryer worked very well

I only use a few laundromats in Albuquerque that meet my standards, and this is definitely one of them! I prefer not hanging out there, so I drop off my clothes and they wash and fold it for me! So great, being a mom of 4, it really helps.

Excellent business being compromised by an attendant who conspired to steal my laundry. I watched as they stole my $85 blanket. I was the only white person in the place so I dare not say anything. But first the guy put his basket on top of my washer that had my blanket in it. They think I dont know it because Im old 64yrs, theft from the elderly is a felony it was last Saturday at about 430 pm so you know which employee did this. I will never go back what an evil bunch.

This place is always dirty even though there is an empty here. I think it’s expensive for the washer and the dryers are old and don’t work so well. I won’t be come back to this place.

Prices on the regular washers went up $0.75! WAY too much! Most of the dryers are usually completely down or you waste time & money hoping the ones in service actually do dry your clothes. Unless they make it a Free Dry its no longer worth it to come here :(

Going there today has really upset my entire experience. Im astonished that this place is still open for business when more than half of the washers and dryers are completely broken....I would give this place another try if they decide to fix their machinery and update them. Till then, I would not tell anyone to come here...

If you are looking for a clean laundrymat with working equipment SKIP SpinCycle on Montgomery. If you want a personable attendant SKIP SpinCycle. Dryers were full with dried clothes for the 2 hours I was there. I asked if they could do something the attendants response was you cant do anything but I know who the clothes belong to. They are in their car getting high. Good to know the attendant is useless to do anything other than gossip with her friends.

Quite and clean... The attendant put on cartoons for my kids right away. We didnt even have to ask.If washer and dryer are ever broke again. Ill definitely come back here

Filthy. Half the machines are broken. Many of the rest have bent hinges or other issues that make operating them more difficult than necessary. $5.50 for a four-load machine, $0.25 for 7 minutes ($2 per hour!!) in the dryer. Dryers dont heat up completely and take at least an hour and a half to dry a full load of laundry. For the outrageous prices they charge, youd expect the place to be clean and all the machines to work. STAY AWAY!

This is my local Laundry place. Its fine. They make an effort to keep the location clean. Often times when I am there they are making rounds to remove the lint from the dryers. Ive been coming here for two years.Its exactly what you expect from a Laundry place. The staff there, to me, has always been friendly or at worst, neutral.Its really fine. I dont know why anyone would rate it one star.

I came on Sunday 7/7/19 morning at 8 am . The female worker there was so rude. I asked politely to use the restroom and she looked at me rolled her eyes and scoffed. She never verbalized an answer as if to say I was not worth the energy of a reply.This was a strange visit because I do my laundry here weekly usually in the afternoon and the staff at those hours are great. I was actually pleasantly surprised to see one of your employees that I knew from a prior laundromat I frequented.Unfortunately this is not the only time shes been rude to me and ive seen her attitude towards others too.Please give kudos to your afternoon girls both the blond and brunette sorry I dont know their names. But on the otherhand the woman from the morning shift needs additional training on customer service.Keep up the usual customer service

Good most of the time. So many machines are out if service. And only one employee their makes it difficult when they are busy and you need help. Prices are fair I guess

Terrible. Harolds needs to reopen, it was safer and better. This town doesnt have one good 24 hour laundromat anymore. Tell that girl not to raise her girls to steal clothes and get that Busters hand out of her pants in front of my dryer. Pretty sure someone else was hoping to steal my car while she pretended she wasnt wanting to wear my stained underwear. I Left before the clothes were dry.

The staff member was really nice and helpful. The machines were clean and worked really well. My wife and I use it for washing things like comforters that we cannot wash at home.

Dryers seem to take longer than normal. Could use more seats. There are only a couple benches.

Machines not well maintained. Not enough working dryers. Went on a Sunday, and had lots of open washers but it was really hard finding any open, working dryers. Hardly any laundry carts, and some of the ones they do have are in bad condition. Otherwise, the place is a little run down but ok. Has TVs, seating, vending machines, and staff on duty. Hours are good. I prefer it to another nearby laundromat where the dryers eat all your change and never dry anything.

I was in ABQ on business and needed a ton of washing done as I had been on the road for a few weeks, really good service and very reasonable price. My clothes came back perfectly cleaned and ironed. Great service.

Place was crowded and all the dryers and washing machines were not working. Place was kinda dirty. Did not visit restrooms. Washers we used did a good job and dryer was efficient.

I usually go to the spin cycle on San pedro and Zuni harsh neighborhood way better then this one the dryers suck and cost .25 foot 7 minutes of cold air have to pay extra to wash in warm and hot water the both vending machines took my money and they wouldnt pay me back or work with me half the place was closed off over all bad experience I would rather be in the other one where the stuff actually does its job I would not recommend this location! Extremely disappointed with the equipment!

I love how i can come here and get all my wash done in one place. Always have a washer or dryer available.

I enjoy the mornings at this location because it usually is very clean and staff is helpful. However, when I come at night time, there is this one lady who is just doesnt give the same experience. She seems to try to be friendly, but comes off rather shrew. She talks to much and is always complaining to others. I come to do laundry, not to gossip and make friends.

Came here at noon. No problem getting a machine. The attendant helped me find the right washer for my load. I needed a front loader for my camp bedding. All good. (Update) Added a 4th star, the attendant was really helpful. Still, I wish there were more comphy places to sit. (And I totally get this, youre running a business here, not a lounge)

Only good part is that it is open very late till 1am. The driers are all different times for $0.25 and some do not get hot. So i always have to put in $0.75 for 21mins and another I put in $0.25 for 10 mins which gets hot. Once they fix it i will be happy and rate 5 stars.

Horrible experience. The dryer shut off, even tho we put the time for 1 hour, it didnt heat up. Then it stopped all together. When we told the lady working, she said well too bad. Was very rude and wouldnt give us our money back or help us in any way. These other ladies came i,n after we moved dryers and spent more money, and they used the same dryer. Same thing happened, but the lady gavw them $10 so they could dry their clothes. She was also very kind and had a smile for them.

Lots of washers and dryers to be used here and fairly cheap from what I have used in the past. Always pretty clean and has a movie or t.v. on at all times.

My first time here. Came in to washed some large comforters. The staff went above and beyond in helping me decide which machine would be the most economical. Came here because it was close to an errand I had just run. I live in the NW by Cibola High School, but I might consider going out of my way to come here again to wash comforters. Plus the facilities appear a lot cleaner than other laundromats that Ive visited.
