This is how a provider is supposed to run. The team has been responsive and helpful not only during the migration to their service, but also in after sales support.You call for support, and you get a live person...and of the 2 times I had to call for support...I never heard well, the problem is on your side... They escalate the issues quickly, and you talk to people that want to know every detail of the issue that you are having, in order to resolve the matter.
