No service since 12/30/2020 paid 99 dollars and all Im getting is the run around.. dont waste your money! Even when it was working streaming was bad quality and buffering.

Dont waste your time and money. They took my money and failed to provide service. The sim card I recieved worked for a couple hours and then lost service. They werent able to fix the issue but still charged me a $60 activation fee. I suspect the main carrier locked sim since I was using a router.The response from the company below is false. Signal was not the issue. When I first set it up it worked fine and than lost service completely a couple hours later. I tried for several days to get it to work but service never resumed. Response from company was Yours may be one of those few dozen lines that are having issues. We understand if it doesnt clear up that you will need to search elsewhere and get a refund, but youll need to do that through One Wireless World as they bill your credit card.Thats another thing to note about infiniteltedata. They sign up then turn you over to another company called One Wireless for service issues. It took One Wireless 4 days to respond to my first request to fix the issue.

We live in an internet desert in rural New Mexico and have so far been relying on hughesnet for internet access which has been absolute garbage. In COVID times we are trying to work from home while coping with remote learning for our two children and our lack of reliable high speed internet access has been infuriating. That is until we found InfiniteLTE. Customer service so far has been absolutely outstanding, starting before we even placed our order. Responses to questions about hardware recommendations and service coverage came within hours if not minutes of when I sent in email questions. After I received my SIM card I had a bit of trouble getting set up and after submitting an email question at 11pm I received responses from support 10 minutes later. I’m now enjoying fast internet speeds reliably and my life is 1000% better for it. Remote schooling is far less frustrating, working from home is possible, and I have the internet angels at this company to thank for it. If you are somewhat tech savvy, and understand that there’s not a 100% guarantee that cellular will work in your specific geographic location despite coverage maps, the. This is absolutely worth a try. They have a 14 day return period, but I’ll certainly be holding on to mine, because it’s awesome.

Update, while once you purchase your data plan they tell you that they do not provide tech support. But I ran into a glitch 4 months in and I emailed them. They were very helpful and understanding and directed me where to get my help needed. EXCELLENT PPL, .THANK YOU CHRIS. SUPPER GREAT SERVICE.

These people are very responsive and helpful. Chris patiently worked with me while we had trouble with some sim cards. They were very concerned about me not being able to connect and there wasnt a time I had to sit and wonder. They emailed me right away and stayed in touch until problem was resolved. Using the service now so far seems great but if a problem does happen I know that this company is willing to help. If your looking for rural internet service that has a responsive team and shows care then I would highly recommend. Also the price is great.

Dont be deceived. The real story is there is a 400GB limit. Unlimited here means for average users who dont normally use more than this. But still a better deal than any major carrier has for hotspot.

I emailed regarding my situation to make sure it would work for me and the CEO replied, assuring me it would.He was upfront about the 250 GB threshold (before throttling) on the all-purpose plan, which prompted me to verify how much data I actually use. We live on a boat and for obvious reasons we cant have normal cable internet. Hot spots through our mobile devices was all we had and it wasnt cutting it for a family of 4 living full time on a boat. I received my Alicorn & Onyx Bundle about a week ago and Im happy to report that Ive binge watched a VERY MANY shows since then. Unfortunately, I could not get my Onyx Router to work even after following directions on how to update it. I could still get online using the Alicorn (USB Hotspot) though. I emailed the customer service in regards to this and the gentlemen was very nice and helpful and he said he would be sending a new Onyx Router out to me. I have no doubt in my mind that it will work this time go round. Netflix, HULU, Apple TV, Youtube all load up within a few seconds. I HAVE NOT HAD A SINGLE BUFFER THIS WHOLE WEEK! This is literally saying something because I had AT&T U-Verse at my house before this and it would buffer throughout the whole show or movie that I watch. My boyfriend did try and play Battlefield 5 online and there was a slight delay and a little bit of a lag (around 7pm) but he tried it out again around 11pm and it worked the rest of the night with 0 Lags! Ive been trying different things to see what gives me the best internet speeds for my nomad lifestyle (I live out of hotels pretty much) and this service is the best I have found by far! Great customer service, tech advice, and coverage is what keeps me paying my bill. Everyones needs are a little different so I will run down what I use the service for.Disclaimer* I am in excellent coverage on the coverage map, so do with that what you will.My setup - unlocked Galaxy J3 V cellphone from Verizon. Verizon unlocks their phones after 60 days of purchase from my understanding so you should be able to use this on any of their phones. I insert the sim card into the phone, it will read T-Mobile for the network, then I just turn on the mobile hotspot and it works like a wifi router.Bonus* You can cancel your phone plan if you wanted to as well because these sims let you use wifi calling and all you need is a google voice account and the google voice app to make phone calls and texts! Runs of the 4G LTE network so you should be good anywhere you would normally make your cell call from.With my setup I can make phone calls and texts while the mobile hotspot is running so I dont experience any interruptions in service at any point. I get about 10-20mbs download and 30mbs upload where I am. This is without the best bands though as well.I am a hardcore gamer and streamer and I can use the wifi to do both online with this setup and thats huge for me. However, try not to download big games on this until the end of your monthly cycle or on another network like the hotel wifi so you dont get flagged for slower speeds (never seen this but worth the mention). The reason for this is because Tmobile flags accounts more than 50gb of data overage supposedly but this never happens in my experience.Try to use this in the newest cellphone or tablet you can get unlocked so you know the tech should be there. Remember, it also needs to be on the same netword as tmobile...GSM.I hope I covered most of everything and didnt forget something major but I wholeheartedly recommend them and this service!

We love this service! It has saved us nearly $100 per month and we have not had any issues with service. It streams quickly and I am able to work from home without any service disruptions. No hard data caps!

One of the few solutions available in remote areas.Ive been able to pull a steady 20mbps down/10mbps up, and havent experienced any throttling so far. Very satisfied, and will use this for the foreseeable future.

After one year of service their customer service became extremely rude and they changed their policies without informing current customers. Very unhappy with them now. I have switched to a different truly unlimited that I can change from AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon without problem. I just see which is the best service in the area and switch out the cards to utilize that service.

Weve had this service for about 4 months now and it has worked great. We had Frontier Broadband for a couple years (2 Mbps up/700 kbps down) after trees grew up between our house and an internet tower on a nearby mountain. With the help of a REC WiFi restarter by Ankuoo, this service has proven extremely reliable (a common problem across many providers and modems is to have the system freeze up once in awhile). We have absolutely no regrets, and were lucky to have a good tower with speeds averaging 25 Mbps down/6 Mbps up, with no prioritization issues. Im glad I stumbled upon this company, as we were getting desperate!

Works Great! Chris was very helpful with assessing our needs and explaining how everything works. He has even followed up a few times just to verify our service is going smoothly.I will admit I was skeptical of this smaller company at first, but now recommend them to everyone who does not have access normal internet.Our router on occasion needs to be restarted or things will be extremely slow, that is the only downside to this. I maybe have to restart it once a week or so. Chris informed me it is more than likely a software issue and will be resolved soon.Bottom line, if you need decently priced internet in a rural area, this is the way to go.

I first want to say Christopher is very knowledgeable and honest about the service offered. There’s no bs and I really appreciate that. We live in a rural area of Eastern WA with good cell service but no regular internet options (had HughesNet briefly and would never recommend anyone ever buy that). After consulting with Chris, we decided to order the Alicorn/Onyx bundle for our 2,200 sq. ft home. It arrived faster than expected and worked great right out of the box. Easy setup, clear instructions; no issues. We have two cell phones, two iPads, a laptop (mostly for browsing/shopping) and two 4K TV’s that we stream Netflix and Amazon on daily, and have had steady service with no significant delays. We were running four Verizon jet packs and only getting moderate quality for a couple of weeks at the most each month, after which we’d reach our cap and then couldn’t watch a show or even browse the internet without horrible latency/delays. With this new service, we are enjoying reliable internet for the first time since we moved here a year ago. Highly recommend for anyone in our situation.

Stream, browse, use the internet in places where Wifi cant reach. I get 25 Mbps download and upload in a good signal area. Its great in the car too. Its like having WIFI on the go and the whole family can be on it. No need to worry about mobile data usage. The router works well too. It covers my entire house.

There wasnt any available internet at my new house, so I signed up I this to avoid the working I comes with cell networks. Im able to stream Netflix without any problems, but the speeds are less than 10Mbps (not their fault, just the t- mobile service in my area).The alicorn device does the job, but tends to not want to connect to devices that are less than full signal strength (I was able to use a workaround to use an old router I had for better signal strength).Overall, the service is good and I would recommend it for people with limited options in rural areas.

We’ve been living on our yacht in Baltimore Harbor for a month now while we get some things done to prepare for our journey south, and we use it every day. First month I abused this and downloaded hundreds of GBs and never got throttled.I get around 30-40mbps and 80 ms latency at my home using this. Great improvement from my 1.5mbps DSL connection. We purchased this as a home internet option. We had a DSL connection from ATT and paid for 4 Mbps while getting closer to 1. We also had a TMobile connection for out TVs that was great but couldnt use for regular internet because of caps. We never saw a significant slowdown in 2 mos usage. Great solution for us.

This companys service is a godsend. I couldnt get any real internet out where we live because were unincorporated. We had slow satellite internet and they capped us at 50GB and for more than I pay for this service. Were getting an average of 15Mbps down and about 8-9Mbps up and streaming is HD with no buffering. Were able to run about 3 bandwidth hogging devices at once in a large home without interference off of their wireless router. We probably used in a week what satellite capped us at in a month, and we never got slowed downonce. This is exactly the internet that weve always wanted.
