Had this weekly service for two years. They were okay. Some weeks were great and others the floors would look awful. Finally found Audrey who did a great job. When she left... it went downhill from there horrible cleanings... then they upped our weekly charge bT $40 without telling us. I asked for our money back and they assured me it would happen. I canceled my service because it is NOT worth that kind of money and I NEVER received a refund of the $80 extra they charged without my knowledge. I could never recommended this company.

Used them for my air bnb . They stripped the beds and threw linens in a pile on the laundry room floor and left them. They were suppose ck wash and dry linens and replace them . They threw whatever on the beds after the stripped the beds. Left crumbs on living room coffee table !! They were in and out so quickly and the poor cleaning and did no laundry showed. Thank goodness I had someone come behind them to check before guests arrived!! Asked for a refund have not heard back almost 3 wks later and out of the blue the charged my card a second time and can’t get them on phone horrible service will never use them again

Maidpro did such a great job on my place. Im decent with keeping things tidy but Im lazy when it comes to real cleaning. Tonys team handled all the things I tend to avoid (mopping, dusting, scrubbing etc). They were efficient and very professional. Im definitely going to use them on a regular basis.

I called them to schedule a cleaning, was told i would receive a call to confirm, they didnt call, I called them to ask why and was told they would be at my house between 9 and 11, I asked to cancel since they never confirmed, was told I would be charged a cancellation fee, I did alert the rude woman on the phone that they never confirmed, she apparently has hearing issues, after checking google reviews, I now know that this was a blessing, this company is more a fraud then anything, BBB has a D rating for fraud. Buyer Beware, Do not give them your credit card, they will steal your funds. read the reviews... I cant recommend this company highly enough! Im a busy working mom, and I just dont have time to clean. When I get home at the end of the day, I want to enjoy my time with my kids, not scrub floors and toilets. My quality time with my family means everything to me. Our regular housekeeper is Audrey, and shes fantastic! She always goes the extra mile for us. I love that we were able to find someone we like and request her personally. Our dog is picky about housekeepers too. She gets nervous when other people come into the house when were not home. She seems to be very comfortable with Audrey. Other pet parents will understand! Owner was refurbishing his Crews after losing a few who tried to take away business lists etc. so Tony actually called on me reviewing what he had been doing to stifle the problem and asked If I’d retry a new crew Which i did back in late May ‘20.Stephanie arrived in a timely manner and was friendly And personable and seemed to quickly grasp my comments and a little instruction etc all. She seemed thorough and was prepared with all her supplies and equipment and I look forward to the next appt come July

Very sketchy management and billing procedures. Wont use venmo or paypal-only a recurring credit card charge. the one good cleaner they had eventually spent the entire time on the phone dealing with unhappy customers. They would not respond to phone calls, texts, photos. all phone numbers are sent to full voice mailboxes. They even had an employee lie to us about her name-turns out she was an unhappy employee. The last cleaners did next to nothing and the company wont respond. Cancelling my credit card now is my only hope to never see this company again.

One of the best decisions I have made is to hire MaidPro! They are consistent, reliable and they do an excellent job on my house every time! I use them for my personal residence as well as short term rental properties and they have never let me down! Very pleased I found this trusted company for my cleaning service needs.

This company is bad news!I was using this company every month since January. They always did a good job. But then something went awry. They charged my credit card for a September visit without cleaning anything. I asked by text what was going on - no response. Now they are blocking my text messages. And their voice numbers are disconnected. Makes me think they went out of business without notifying their customers. Stay away!

The cleaner was great. But the owner cashed my check and charged my credit card for the same service. Told me he would refund card, clerical error. He has not and is now unresponsive to texts and mailbox is full. Ripped off.

As people have previously stated, this company will fraudulently charge you. 7 months after I discontinued the service my credit card was charged. I was able to get ahold of someone once and he said my card would be refunded. 1 week after that conversation I did not have a refund, when I called the phone number that is listed on the website it says it has been changed/disconnected. I ended up having to go through my credit card to resolve this. The next month, I was charged again and the same thing, I could not get ahold of the company.Very unreliable company. Learn from my mistake, do not use them.

Tony and his team were terrific. My sinks and tub look amazing. Really friendly, on time and did an amazing job. I have used other services in the past and they are miles ahead of any other service i have used. Definitely give them a call. If you have used other services in the past I think you will notice a big difference.

I use maid pro to clean our place every other week. We have 3 cats and a dog so you could imagine all the hair. They do a very thorough job every time. On their first visit I asked for a special deep cleaning of my fridge and oven which they did for a very reasonable rate. It’s been easy to schedule and the overall customer experience has been great. I’d recommend them for sure.

I met the owners of this company, and they are very compassionate and caring. Its clear to me that they value their clients and importantly, their employees. Im a good judge of character, and I can tell the owners are individuals of integrity, and this comes through in their services and their people. I can also tell you that some of the very negative reviews these past few days are not actual clients of theirs -- they had a disgruntled manager leave them, who had her friends and family write bad reviews. BEWARE FRAUDULENT CHARGES!I only had Maid Pro out to my house one time, and they did an average job. I decided to cancel any ongoing cleanings.Months later they began charging me again despite not using them. They ignored communications and did not provide a refund for these fraudulent charges. I had to block their charges through my credit card to get them to stop.I would avoid this company. Average cleaning and shady business dealings.

Do not under any circumstances hire this company to clean. They did a very poor job of cleaning our home. The ladies were pleasant but rushed and left numerous things dirty. I found dust on many surfaces and piles of dirt on my downstairs floors. The most irritating part of the process was payment. We had to give a credit card number to book the appointment. When services were complete, we paid via check. Later that night, we were charged again for what we had already paid in person. We have contacted the company three times and twice told the charge would be removed. It has not and NOW I have to fight with my credit card company to get the charge removed. This company also lied to my credit card company and said the work was performed BUT neglected to say we had paid by check. I can tell you I have much better things to do with my day than fight this battle. DO NOT HIRE THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!

We tried out MaidPro to see if we wanted to use them regularly. I believe our house was larger than they anticipated and as a result there were some good sized misses. After conversation with Tony, the same person, plus a 2nd person was sent back out to talk to us, see what the misses were and to correct any problems we had. We have now scheduled them again for July and will probably do so monthly going forward. The person who came was very professional, hard-working and meticulous.

Do not ever use this company! The owner is dishonest and left my house subject to being burglarized because he put my house key outside my house where anyone could get it. He had agreed to meet me at the office to give it to me but didnt show up and didnt respond to my phone call or a text. He didnt respond to future phone calls or texts either. He then charged me for a cleaning they never did. When I threatened to sue if he didnt return the key and give me a credit, he said he would mail it. I explained that it isnt really safe to mail a house key to the house it belongs to. (If the mail is lost, anyone who finds it has the key and the address the key belongs to. - makes sense right?) So instead of bringing it to my office as requested (or meeting me as previously agreed), he left the key outside of my house when nobody was home. When I let him know that I would hold him fully responsible if anything happened to my house, he responded, Lol. This is not an honest or professional person. It is no wonder that the good cleaning people keep leaving his company.

We started off with a very good experience having MaidPro clean my parents home. The first visit was excellent so we set up for recurring service. The 2nd service was average and definitely a stepdown from the first cleaning. Then the credit card charges for services that werent done started to appear. When I noticed the first charge, I contacted the owner who assured me he would get it removed. Now 3 weeks later, it is still not removed and I got charged again for a 2nd service that was not done. Contacted the owner several times and while he has stated he will address these errant charges, it still is not done. Really poor service.Very disappointing after such a great start.Avoid this company.

Fantastic experience with MaidPro!! I initially needed someone in a short time frame to clean my mothers house. My initial contact was with Sherry who is just a delight, besides being totally accommodating. She was able to schedule the cleaning immediately and the end result was fantastic. I was so impressed with the job they did at my mothers that I scheduled a cleaning at my own home. I did not know you could get my house so clean and I have had other professionals cleaning my house for several years. They did a beautiful job!! I have yet to receive my house key back I cancelled three four weeks ago I asked the owner Tony several times which he wont return phone calls no ones ever in the office for me to go pick it up which how is business even being run when no one answeres or at the office I referred my sister who has also canceled they are still charging her card we are ready for legal action I will never come back I highly recommend staying away they cant keep our key and keep charging services not being done so unprofessional...

I am a busy physician who never has time to clean! I have been hesitant to try cleaning services in the past but Tony at Maidpro was very professional. My rating has nothing to do with the young ladies that came to the home to do the service. They were great!The rating has to do with the fact that the company decided to charge my card AGAIN a month after the 1-time service.I had only scheduled a 1-time service. A month after that service I received a call from one of the cleaning ladies telling me that she was on the way to my house. I told her NO, because I had never scheduled another service. Obviously, they didn’t clean my house. BUT I was still charged for it!I called Tony several times trying to take care of the issue, but of course somebody other than him answered the phone every time. And every time I was given the same response, ”he’ll call you back”. Guess what? I never got a call back.There seems to be a trend of fraudulent behavior going on with this company. There are reviews here in Google, Home Advisor, and Yelp from other customers that have had the same thing happened to them.Will never do business with them again! Buyer beware!

How do I give ZERO stars?! Let me start by saying I got a one-time cleaning, and the workers that showed up did a really good job. But I will NEVER use this company again, nor would I recommend them to ANYONE.When I set up for the one time cleaning it was all done via TEXT with someone named Tony. I made it clear that I was not ready to enter into any recurring schedule until I tried them out. After the first service I never called them back, nor did anyone contact me to see if I liked the service and wanted to continue.Two weeks later, there was a charge on my account for another $102 dollars. I called to ask them to reverse the charge (which, btw, I NEVER authorized them to keep my credit card on file) and they said it was because I should have been charged another $102 dollars because thats how much a one-time service costs. Wow!Can you imagine going to the store and they tell you your item will cost you $102 dollars, and then they take another $102 dollars MORE out of your account and tell you, Yeah, we should have told you it was $204 dollars, but even though we didnt tell you that up front, we still have your credit card on files, so were going to go ahead and authorize ourselves to take the money out of your account. Were not even going to call you and tell you that we made a mistake in our quote, were just going to take your money.SERIOUSLY?! Horrible customer service. Their exact words when I asked them to please be professional about their mistake and reverse the charges... The decision has been made. You can dispute it with your bank.BUYER beware. They may have good hardworking people, but their business practices are shoddy.

Here I am 4 months later and I get a random charge for a cleaning that never happened on Sept 1st, so I now join the many people going through a credit card dispute because the owner said he would refund my money and has not. Buyers beware.

I stopped doing business with MaidPro in December; however, they continued to charge my account. It is nearly June and I am still trying to get my money back. The owner does not take phone calls, so the only way to . get your money back is through credit card disputes. My address was not correct on my receipts and I have proof via text that I did not want to use their services. Maidpro has produced fraudulent receipts with incorrect information in an attempt to keep my money.

PLEASE BEWARE- This company did not show up when scheduled, and then began showing up randomly requesting to be let in by the office staff of the complex, which fortunately did not comply. Upon review of my credit card statements, the company changed my card multiple times. When confronted the new manager told me that she would take care of it, and that this unfortunately had been the case of many clients. Now, two months later, after having to talk to counsel, and being ghosted multiple times by both the office and the owner on his personal cell phone, I have been advised to dispute with my cc company, file a complaint with the company with the Consumer Financial Credit Burrough, File a complaint against the Business Licencing Board of NM, and file at the NM Attorney Generals office. It upsets me that something that could have been so easily handled has caused so much pain and wasted time by so many people. I can not urge people strongly enough to wisely research this company before giving them your credit card, or allowing then codes or access to your home. I have no idea how well they would have cleaned my new place but now unfortunately the merit of the company for me is not based on this. What a waste of so much time and energy on my part, and how sad to not give a company easy business and support!
