I was very displeased with the cleaning service as of late (last cleaning was 9/30/2021). There is an individual who comes with the group of women and does not clean correctly. First part is the dusting, this individual dusts using a feather duster which we all know doesnt pick up dust it only moves it. The second, which is the most disgusting part was finding this individual cleaning the outside of the toilet with the toilet brush using toilet water to clean. I told her I do not want the brush used since of course we all know its used to clean the inside from fecal matter. she told me the toilet bowl has all the cleaning chemicals so its fine and that she follows up the outside cleaning with a rag.I am further upset with the amount of money I pay and the cleaning crew is only allotted an hour and 45 minutes to clean a 2500 sq ft home. They rush with the vacuuming and mopping, dont clean windows, miss obvious things like bugs on a windowsill. if they finish early, they dont stay the full allotted time to at least do extra cleaning.I believe there should be a training manual on how to clean. In addition, I think its bad management to expect a crew to clean a 2500 sq ft home in an hour and 45 minutes and expect the cleaning to be top notch.

This team did a fantastic deep clean for our apartment in two hours. They got all the spots I don’t like doing and then some. The bathrooms and kitchen look amazing even with this being a 30 year old property. The home smells so fresh with a soft mint smell of the green cleaning products. Chose them originally because not using toxic chemicals in my house is very important to me and for our dog. I absolutely will use them regularly. Highly recommend.

Sandia Green Clean is a good company. Their customer service has been awesome. The cleans themselves have been hit or miss. Ive had about 4 or 5 months of cleans and I’ve had some stellar experiences! But also some cleanings that weren’t so great. Overall, I think this company is solid and worth using their services! Feedback is essential, t hi ugh, to their business being able to fix any issues that might arise. They did everything possible to fix issues I had so I recommend them overall.

They did an incredible job! Very thorough and great attention to detail! I think there was a miscommunication because I had a sign on the bedroom to keep door closed cuz of the cat so it didn’t seem to get cleaned, but that was my mistake for not being clearer. Otherwise very happy with the service and will definitely use again!

We first used Sandia Green Clean last year for a deep clean before our baby came. Now that our baby is crawling and walking, we’ve hired them again for a biweekly clean. The house is spotless! The office is great at communicating- very responsive and organized. The cleaning team does a great job cleaning our home. Our house gets quite dusty but they manage to get all the surfaces. Our copper sinks, which are so hard to clean, are always sparkling. They go above and beyond like moving the shoe rack out of our laundry room and cleaning there. Highly recommend! Our family likes using a cleaning service for several reasons. This is by far the best service I have ever used.

The house was spectacular once I got home. Our floors give us fits because they show every paw print and streak, but they did an amazing job. Also, the communication was beyond good. Ive never had any company from ANY service sector communicate this well. They sent me texts two days before to verify times, address, special cleaning requests, etc. Then the day before to verify the one hour window for their arrival, and then even the morning of to let me know they were on schedule and exactly what time they would arrive. Great company, would highly recommend.

The team at SGC that came out to our house did an amazing job. We have been painting the new house we moved into, trying to do yard maintenance that hadnt been done since move in, plant a new garden and take care of new baby chickens. My husband and I hired Sandia Green Clean because we’d heard they use earth-friendlier cleaning agents. The team (of 3) was running late at an earlier job; SGC was excellent about keeping us apprised. The team took longer than the estimate at our house, too, but 1) we expected it because our house was really dirty, and 2) the longer cleaning did not affect the price. The 3 got right to work and kept on working until the house shined. They supplied everything they needed. The SGC office kept in touch with the lead cleaner - and with us - in case anything came up. Payment was via online link sent by text - quick & easy. We’ve signed up with SGC for regular cleanings, which brings the already reasonable price down even further. Three cheers for Maria, Sonia & Sonia, those 3 hardworking women - AND for environmentally minded businesses like Sandia Green Clean!

They were very efficient in the cleaning of my house. The bathrooms were cleaner than theyve ever been. Completely satisfied with the service provided.

The first “deep” clean will be amazing. If you read the reviews you’ll see that’s who’s leaving the 5 star reviews...the first-timers. So if you want just one clean...they are the company. But WARNING: After the first clean it is the most unprofessional and disorganized company you will ever deal with and it will never be as clean as the first time, despite the promise that every clean is a deep clean. It’s not. Don’t waste your money or time. With their prices apparently having gone up, there are better and cheaper companies in town that do a better job. Sandia Green Clean requires all communication via text, but they don’t answer and whoever is in charge of texting is the most unprofessional and often unresponsive representative they could have hired. The cleaners are fine enough, but the are often late and do not communicate this with the customer in advance. Today they were almost an hour past the window they are given to arrive. If you are not super clear in your standards the clean will not “clean.” One time they even forgot to dust and vacuum and then on the next clean said it was because their vacuum wasn’t working the last time. (To be fair, they did credit me a portion of that clean, but only after I reminded them of that promise AFTER they charged me the full price for the next clean). All in all the cleaners and I could probably get along fine and they do a fine enough job if supervised and given specific instruction, but the customer service has got to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. If you ask for management or the owners to contact you—they don’t and customers can only communicate through unanswered texts. After 7 cleans and 7 separate chances to improve the customer service, I’m done and would not recommend this company unless you want to pay for the biggest headache of your life.UPDATE: I was specifically told by Claudia in an email (see attached) that I will receive an email from Brandon Schoen one of the owners regarding [my] experience and [my] google review. This in response to a request I made last week before posting any reviews. The owners never contacted me. Instead, a response to my review was posted here and on FB. This is a perfect example of a company valuing appearances over quality customer service. Thank goodness I was able to find a cleaning company with better customer service standards. I stand by my review.

We requested a clean the Friday before a realtor visit on Monday. The quote (which was for just under $500) included baseboard cleanings, vent cleaning, light fixture cleaning—the works. When we got home, we discovered that those things hadn’t been cleaned. What was cleaned was done very well (vacuumed, entertainment center, etc) but the countertops hadn’t even been wiped down. It was certainly not worth nearly $500. Either there was a miscommunication somewhere or the cleaning crew was ready for the weekend (we were the last cleaning for the week).

The three team members that came to our house were polite, professional, and fast. They did a spectacular job on the initial clean of the place.

The team also explained that they would be working on the shower door and sinks and toilet in the master bath each time they came to make all of them sparkling clean. Sandia Green clean did a PHENOMENAL job on cleaning our home. The house was spotless and smelling fresh. I was also impressed by their professionalism and their scheduling, they showed up on time and sent me a text messages when they were on their way and when they were done. We have two dogs that shed and they were able to leaving the house dog hair free. They even removed all the couch cushions to remove all the dog hair. The entire process with them was easy. A remote quote from a skilled estimator (Matt), a terrific startup call (Claudia), and a tremendous team. They stayed around until the work was done- not until the estimated time was up- and returned my home to looking almost new again. The pricing was reasonable and the add ons (fridge and oven clean) were both fair and worth the price. Have have had team 2 for a while and I absolutely love them. I get the same awesome ladies every time and the same time. One of my favorite things about this company is the low turn over of employees. I don’t want different people in my home every other week.

Sandia Green Clean is well organized, great at communicating to confirm arrival times and send reminders and the office is really easy to deal when rescheduling. The crews are really pleasant and friendly and do a good job. They take a little extra time to arrange couch pillows in a fun new way or fold a bath towel nicely so I feel like my mom has been tidying up!

Weve used Sandia for about two years now. We love that the staff is punctual, friendly and do a great job. We also love that they text you and remind you of your cleaning day and when the crew is on their way. Lastly we love the natural cleaners - no chemicals. We have three dogs and a parrot, so thats important to us.

The Sandia Green Clean team did an AMAZING job on our home! We are a military family that had orders to move during this crazy COVID-19 times, which made everything more difficult and stressful. Sandia Clean Green sent a person out to go over what we wanted to have done for cleaning the house. The job was to do a complete clean, floor to ceiling, of the house to get rid of residue cedarwood oil that was used to fumigate the house (after a friends dog brought bird mites into the house). They provided very useful information and arranged for a team to come two days after the inspection. We had to delay that by another day to get special cleaning agents that would not cause allergic reactions to our daughter, who is highly sensitive to many chemical cleaners. Clean Green was very accommodating in adjusting their schedule and were great to work with.The team that cleaned our house was very professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. The team was conscious of our daughters allergies and used the cleaning agents we had bought. The house is cleaner than it has ever been. The team did a superb job and as a result we plan to have them come back monthly to do regular cleaning. I gave the team a five star rating, but they really deserve six stars!

Team3 are my regular ladies they are the best! They even get along with our dog, and she dislikes everything, except food. Great service! We decided to switch to this company after bad experiences with a previous company. I love that they send a text when theyre on their way so we can be prepared. The team that cleaned were very friendly, and they did an amazing job. The curtains fell in one room while they were cleaning, and they told us immediately, which we appreciated (the curtains fall there all the time because theyre on a tension rod, so it wasnt a big deal, but we appreciated that they let us know right away.) I also really love the special touch of leaving a flower on our table as well. Looking forward to many more cleanings!

I have been consistently pleased with the work Sandia Green Clean does in cleaning my home. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because there have been a few pretty major miscommunications between myself and the main office. Perhaps this was early in the start of the business, but alas, I am still mindful of it. I have been called hours before the cleaning looking to either reschedule or cancel if I cannot unexpectedly change my cleaning time. When I schedule a cleaning for a certain time, it is very inconvenient to have that moved because I have other obligations. It was explained to me my appointment needed to be moved because other customers canceled/rescheduled and they cannot have the cleaners idle for an hour or more waiting for another cleaning appointment. This concern should not be placed upon customers that are paying for a service. I have also had items broken during cleanings and discovering them without a word from anyone. I was at one point considering the use of a different company, but decided to continue with Sandia Green Clean. In short, happy with the cleanings, but disappointed in customer service and communication.

They take care to live up to their name in terms of reliability, conscientiousness, reliability and professionalism. Just had Sandia Green Clean for the first time and so impressed. What set them apart from everyone else was their friendliness, how thorough they were with the deep clean and how we felt that we could totally trust them in our home. Loved the green products, especially with little kids at the house. The deep clean was so incredibly thorough - cleaning spots and areas that I was sure would have been extra but was actually just a part of their normal service.Highly recommended!

We are very impressed with Sandia Green Clean. Scheduling was simple and they were able to come 2 days after the initial call. The cleaning team did an amazing job from baseboards to ceiling fans and everything inbetween. They were able to remove hard water stains that I thought were permanent. They cleaned our couch so thoroughly that they found an assortment of small toys and an iPhone we thought was missing!
