I just received my IKEA delivery. Robert and Mica were great. They quickly unloaded my purchases (and they were big) and went on their way. They also made a fuss over my little dog, Pinon! What pet owner doesnt love that!!!

Robert and Nicko delivered my IKEA cabinet and it was a great experience, called ahead of time to let me know they would be arriving and followed up multiple days before the cabinet actually came!

WARNING! Worst Freight Service I have ever dealt with. Best tip I can give someone dealing with Pilot, if there are physical, visible damage to your delivered product? Send that package right back with them, do not sign anything and immediately call customer care of the company who you bought the merchandise from. My Samsung 75 Inch 4K Smart Tv delivered to my home with box physically damaged with visible holes. And of course, Tv visibly cracked. However, company is legally not at fault. And it’s a headache trying to get it returned.“Lesson Learned!”

I could not review this service poorly enough. Avoid Pilot Freight Services like the plague. I purchased a $1,2000 TV from Wal-Mart and the idiots at pilot could not consistently tell me when it would arrive. First, they told me Tuesday, so I changed my Tuesday schedule, then they told me Wednesday, which I could not do, but they made an appointment for Wednesday anyway. Then, they told me Tuesday again. I called multiple times, was hung-up on twice by Dottie, referred to Wal-Mart, who they blamed for their misinformation and told me theyd contact me three times and only contacted me once. On one occasion, I was told Id be contacted in a few moments by a supervisor. I called back four hours later to be told that there were no supervisors in that day. Finally, the TV showed up today, Monday, (you guessed it) broken. Now I have to wait another two-three weeks for a television. Luckily, I wont be touching Pilot Freight Services with a ten-foot pole. Neither should you. If there were a review lower than one star, Id use it for Pilot. My dealings with Pilot have been easily the worst business transaction of my life, and I used to be a Comcast customer so, yeah. Stay away from Pilot. Youre better off delivering the item yourself.Pilot is unreliable, unprofessional and inept.Stay away, stay away, stay away.
