Well when I first got there at 4:45 am the security guard working was very rude and disrespectful. After a hour and a half of calling my dispatch and the broker and the company customer service number I got let in the gate the new shift security guard was great and respectful and knew I had already been there he took care of me and got me in, the shift supervisor Mike was great also and everyone that was around was awesome good places one bad security guard the overnight shift. Most of all workers are awesome.

This place is the definition of hostel workplace, constant threat of termination. the culture created within this Fedex is unreal. nepotism runs deep through this place.....

I had a series of bad experiences with FedEx freight involving my only delivery from them. They set up a delivery time and then didnt show, it was a Friday so it blew my whole weekend work plans. Then, trying to get in touch with them at the local facility proved impossible. I suppose that, given the current circumstances surrounding deliveries, some understanding is in order, but when it impacts you, its a little difficult.

Very secured facility....but simple process if you belong there.Loaded our pallet of stuff for us and back on the road.

I drop my trailer they got me right in took about 1.5 hours is all good people

250 miles wait 11 hrs, load cancelled. Nobody even called to let me know. BS $200 TONU.now Im wasting more time waiting til morning to get another load. 24hrs and 250 miles WASTED.

Security guards are not FedEx employees and are not paid by fed ex.

On my experience, so terrible! Dropped off my trailer, after 5 hours I saw that theyre pulled out from the dock. Hooked up trailer, check the doors, oops nothing inside. Called to the shipper, he said load bin cancelled .I asked why nobody letting me know about this cancellation, he said we forgot. This is my experience, hopefully will be different for others

I do night shift security here. Everyone here is just hard at work making sure what needs to be somewhere gets there

Great freight company. Always going above and beyond delivering excellent service.

Very simple pick up on large items, they make it very easy. Go through security & walk in the main office, sign in & notify them why you are there. They will direct you to the loading area where your package will be brought out to you on a forklift & loaded into your truck or onto your trailer & away you go.

This is what the did to my shipment. Absolutely no care in handling your merchandise.

Found my load bar stolen after pick up at this location. Do not leave any straps, load bars or any equipment in your trailer when u picking up from them. I Was charged by my company for missing equipment

Sloooooow Unloading. Appointment 4:30 am check in 3:00 am drop trailer.Got unload 12:00 pm . Took them 7 and half hour unloading wow

Weekend pick up can be tough. Front office closed.

Patricia went above and beyond, she helped us get a critical shipment for one of our customers pulled out of a trailer so it could be picked up.thanks
