I’m not sure why people talk so bad about this place or the ladies here. They tried their best, they are short staffed and under pressure. They still return the calls, schedule the appointments and they are nice. I like it, just remember this place is to help others see their kids, don’t be so hard on the ladies.

Had a very judgemental experience with Jennifer, who gaslighted and invalidated my 13 year old daughter when she was expressing her feelings regarding her previous visit. Totally unprofessional, totally unacceptable.

These employees the group of people Ive ever the displeasure to deal with in my life. They call 20 min before a visit my new born was supposed to be able to visit with my other 2 kids today. My kids had a whole say planned out and this place isnt free mind you.

This place is a complete joke, not even deserving of one star. Where do I even start?! I only agreed to this because my lawyer talked it way up, saying that they would provide guidance for my daughters father. I asked for the notes after the first visit and continued asking for them (in person, calling, emailing), I received the notes almost a month after I initially asked for them. Let me just say the note taking style is well below par.The supervision is a joke. I was never once asked to verify my identity to pick up my child, even though there was a different person at the front desk every visit. There was a time when I went to pick up my child (2 yrs) and she was in the living room area with two older boys completely unsupervised. I immediately called my lawyer to voice my concerns.Next the whole providing guidance, my childs father was not feeding her dinner (during a 3 hour evening visit) for almost all of the visits. The supervisors apparently thought this was completely fine because it was addressed until i brought it up and threatened with the mention of my lawyer.Ive been scolded for picking up my child too early even though its after her father has left. I never get any calls returned, it takes multiple emails to get an answer.Avoid this place at all costs. They DO NOT have the best interest of child in mind, all they care about is the money.

Technically APN services does not deserve any stars just read all the bad the reviews my husband and I have our children in CYFD custody and have had our visits there since January our visits are now via zoom they never answer the phone or take forever to call back the are extremely rude and unprofessional except for max DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS

Seems like the proper supervision for the visits isnt happening. My grandson, after only 2 visits with his father, is back to night terrors and waking up screaming for his mom. He hasnt been that way since the last time he was allowed to be in his fathers presence.What happens if theyre busy pretending to supervise and a visit turns into a life changing situation for a child or worse, death. APN not recommended.

APN is the worst experience Ive ever had. They dont care about children. The main goal at APN is to profit at the expense of childrens feelings. They exude unprofessionalism. They never awnser the office phone, because they are to busy texting, and talking on their personal cell phones. Meanwhile the office phone rings constantly with no answer. On the rare occasion when office phone is answered their lack of professionalism is on full display with an attitude towards the caller.

When I was there the person doing the supervision for my visit, was careless and un-knowledable of the visit. She did not pay any attention how long the visitation was for, let alone allowed confrontation between me and the other party. After this the women changed her demeanor and became unprofessional and rude towards me. I am trying to make a complaint and they are showing no concern or any effort to show that they care. I have been placed in a circle so I can properly complain about my experience with this facility and have been given the run around. Horrible experience

Call all day no one answer, leave 2 messages as an urgent no one returned my call. Why is is an emergency. Why should people trust the kids to this place. Why do they even have a license. Worst place to do exchanges, rude people ( Natalie) ahh and if you mention all this bad reviews they just said is all the bad parents. And this place smells really bad, always dirty, furniture dirty, toys dirty, just a filthy place. I give a 1 star because I couldnt give them a 0.

This company is corrupt. Biased. They make and bend rules as they see fit. Dont think for second, that they are neutral. They screen calls, dont return calls. Employees are combative.Refuse to give proper documents in a timely manner. Good luck, youll need it.

Fees are a bit much for an exchange, it is just a neutral place but how are you trying to write some anecdotal story about your child having nighmares calling for his mom, maybe its the exposure he is getting from being in your presence, if you feed that crap to a child they will eventually vomit it back onto you later... why would you do that?

Horrible service. Totally gender biased as to regulating on their own rules. This place is a circus, bunch of idiots on their phones the whole time. They dont even clean properly; who vacuums hard floors? Lackadaisical and pussilaminous staff who do not care; do not play with those grungy toys by the way...

They dont pick up when you call. They dont have there stuff together when it comes to paper work. A very poor place.

They lie on their reports and refuse to give copies of anything. They are a scam dont use them if you dont have to.

I was looking to get more information on this business as I was court ordered to take up some parenting classes with this establishment. As I clicked on their link I was directed to a Porn site several times! Apparently from the reviews I have read I am not the only one that has run into this problem. This is ridiculous that this has obviously been an ongoing problem and has not been corrected.

APN is legal human trafficking of children. Most parents are there as a penalty/punishment. That means both parent and child are being punished. APN profits on each child by charging 60$ an hour to ransom your child. The environment is unclean and kids are getting sick at an alarming rate. My child has got sick almost every visit. CYFD needs to step in and shut them down and reopen as non profit organization that is run by CYFD. Not some individual driving a luxury car and living the good life, why their employees suck at their jobs and could care less if these children are suffering or not.

No stars. These employees at APN on Lomas in Abq NM are unprofessional. My child almost got run over by a car on Lomas! All they care about are their fees and they will lie to you so you pay.Carson is an owner and is very unprofessional with the displaying of her vulgar ink in front of my kids. One employee was texting and going online during a visit. Another employee had a huge nose piercing that just dangled. How is that safe or professional?They endangered the life of my child and for that, I will see them in court.

Dirty facility. Untrained & incompetent employees. How are they allowed to remain open? I will be calling cyfd & considering legal action.
