The counselor and front office seemed to be very nice, however, the billing supervisor would NOT budge on the proper billing procedures. My potential provider is not Medicare approved, which is my primary, but the billing supervisor was RUDE and would not entertain the possibility of looking into the proper way of billing.

I am very satisfied with the services provided by this office.The lady I see (zoom) is highly professional and has helped me over some very tough times with my family, covid, and my siblings caring for our 89+mother. Mom had lots of kids in state and out of state.I consider her and my therapist (at this office) a blessing.Sincerely, Louie

Judy Wilmore is the most understanding and relatable therapist Ive ever been prescribed. She listens and always has solutions. My relationship and mental health have been improving since our visits.

This company cancelled my first appointment TWICE WITH LITTLE OR NO NOTICE. This caused a big problem for family members that showed up for counseling and not getting along. I would not recommend this place.

My sons therapist is amazing. We have never had better. The front desk works well with us as well.

If you truly need help avoid this place at all cost. They will say they care and then totally blow you off. Thanks so much for helping my son when he really needed it. You could have just been honest in the first place instead of playing your stupid games with peoples lives.

The receptionist refused to listen to what i needed, Repeated the same thing 2-3 times, then put me on hold to later inform me that she would be contacting my insurance on my behalf and let me know how things turn out. I find that a complete overreach and found them to be unreceptive to my needs, which was for a basic form to be filled out. If I was paying out of pocket I would not chose this facility. It concerns me that this is an approach they would take towards somebody they didnt even have a client basis with yet.

Avoid this place. Rude and judgemental employees at this location.

My therapist Riss is amazing! I was extremely nervous coming into this and she made me feel safe and comfortable with opening up. She gives great advice and guidance and highly value her services. I highly recommend Riss and Health Families in general! Great place.

Called to make an appointment felt like I was intruding on her lunch break or something, was trying to explain stuff to her, she took it in a different t direction so I just hung up out of being super annoyed, therefore I went to a different therapist

Steer clear of this company! In January, I booked a session with Robert Lewis using EAP benefits from my employment. He didnt seem to even want to see me since it was only going to be for 8 sessions. He was late for our second appointment, wouldnt look up from his laptop during our session, and had a very judgemental vibe to him....yes, Robert, my mom is a lesbian....no, Robert, that does not mean that by default, I am a lesbian....smhThe admin for this place doesnt seem to understand how to file their claims correctly ....they charged me for regular sessions rather than the EAP sessions...so Ive spent about 5 months now trying to get them to file their claims properly.

I just love it here! The counselors, staff are amazing and all over vibe is awesome! I would so recommend to anyone!

My first day with my kids here and I love the guy therapist were seeing. The vibe I get from all the other employees is awesome.

Very unprofessional and inappropriate interaction with a student therapist there. Calis....cold....calculated...rude and disrespectful. Gave no help to me or my family. Terrible experience that has shocked me into no longer seeking help. No one at this place cares...at all. Subpar service.

They dont care about you personally at all. They care about the money and that is it! Waste of time unless you have money to burn.

This company has helped me a lot. I was nervous going in and didn’t know what to expect but I ended up leaving feeling heard and cared about. My therapist was extremely empathetic, patient, kind and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well.

This place is great and very welcoming! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My therapist helped me a lot in my time of need. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs the help and I look forward to my next visit.
