I tried to give this place a chance but so far they are unresponsive, very cold. I dont feel helped or welcomed when I come here. I dont feel like they are truly here to help. I call pretty regularly and rarely get the place to answer.

I will not get the hour spent wasting my time back, so I’m writing this review so others don’t waste theirs. This job hunting project could have been taken care of in 5 minutes, but instead took over an hour! I repeatedly asked about details of the position I was applying. No information available at the front desk. With reservations, I filled out forms in their computer system, thinking this will not take long. I was wrong. I had to finish all the forms in order to hear about the position they were hiring for. (The only thing I could think of was they get paid for each person to fill out the forms in their computer.) When I finished over a hour later, I had my “interview” with Mark. He spoke of a position I would have turned down in 5 seconds if I had been given a description at the beginning of this long and wasteful process. Hey Ash (the owner presumably) save the hard working people of Albuquerque the time and effort and be upfront about the positions your hiring for. Oh and by the way, I get paid $15 per hour at my current job. I’m charging you that amount to recoup the time and money lost. You can send the check to the address I left on my computer forms I filled out. For those who go to the end of long reviews to get the answer your looking for, DO NOT GO HERE TO LOOK FOR A JOB!

To be honest Ive had better service. The front desk staff tend to have an attitude which made me decide not to continue services here. There are better agencies in town.

Just randomly walked in and got the paper work done which didnt take long and spoke to Ashley who found me the job i wanted almost immediately and now ill be starting that job soon. Its a great place to find a job at. Ashley did exceptionally well, listening to all my questions and was able to find exactly what i was looking for. She definitely made this a whole lot easier.

Slow to no response. I went to Riven Rock staffing like everyone else to get employment. Went through the process got done in about an hr half. Once I was done was told I would be called back. So...no call. I call them ..”no result yet, well call you”. Few days pass...I call again “they are in a meeting I’ll send them an email” still no call back( I’m pretty qualified so that can’t be the problem)... I should have known something was up with this company. While I was going thru my process people were walking through the door asking why they haven’t got a call back. I don’t know man something sketchy here. Paid reviews maybe? Look through the comments...this company is junk

Great staff! Very friendly and welcoming. Able to start the paperwork process online which made the process convenient and easier. When actually in the office was able to finish and was out in an hour! Highly recommend this company to anyone.

We staff through multiple staffing agencies, however, RivenRock is by far the best. Austin is amazing at communicating with us. He responds to emails very quickly, and whenever we need him to look into something for us he does it promptly. The candidates we have through them are currently working out great, and we really appreciate the process they follow to find good candidates. We have shifted most of our staffing opportunities to them. Thanks Austin!

These people sucked me into their office drama and did not help me at all. after the whole dramatic issue the supervisor gave me his word that he had some job placements for me and i never heard from him again. worst experience ever trying to get help.

This place is awesome! The staff were all very friendly and efficient. They gave me everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Everything was amazing!

Unbelievably unprofessional! I responded to an ad they placed on Indeed. Ben calls me up to do paperwork and interview. I show up early, professionally dressed, resume in hand. After spending an hour doing the paperwork, Ben informs me that the position was filled about a month ago! But says I should still finish paperwork, have the interview, and see if something pops up. So, I do. Finish that, he says give them a couple of minutes for the interview. Then comes back and says she has phone calls to make, doesnt know how long it will be.....its already been 2 hours and 15 minutes. UNPROFESSIONAL, from start to finish.

I was introduced to their staff by a friend and was blown away to meet such incredible genuine people who want to help and care about the people they work to serve. When I walked in I was greeted by Charlynn and was treated with professionalism and respect . I had the opportunity to meet the entire staff and was equally impressed. I look forward to working with Charlynn and the whole Riven Rock team. I would highly recommend and will continue to refer people to this excellent company.

Dont waste your time here. I got a call from George saying to come in. I went in and they had me fill out all this paperwork. He tells me he got me a interview with the police department and will text me the details. I never recieved a text so I called the next morning and the front desk told me he was out for the day and he will call me back. Next day and still no call. I call again and she says he is in a interview and will call me back in 10 minutes which he never did. Very unprofessional.

I went there recently, filled out the application and that was it. When I asked about the actual position, the receptionist just kind went DUH... Unprofessional. Didnt even get to meet a recruiter to discuss any other work.

Walked in and spoke with Austin. He was very informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions and I could not have asked for better customer service.

Austin the recruiter has treated us very fairly. We have been happy to work with this company and would recommend them.

Group was great. Needed sorting help in pinch for out of state Customer, and they did a great job.

Issues with this place after my original recruiter left. Sloppy lack of communication and didnt take responsibility for not responding to calls. Finally had to call back because no call back after a week. And they gave me that they couldnt work with me. Real professional... should communicate on a better level and protect your associates.

Heard about them from my mom so I went and applied took 3 hours due to a lotta repeat questions, I got a job however its a job I cant stand and Im only making 11$ a hour while if I applied for the job directly I could be making 19.50 so they take 8.50 outta my pay essentially for 6 months, I called to see if they could get me in somewhere else they said yes they could probly get me into the city next week but at 9.25 a hour insted becuse there massive bacicly finders fee and I said yes, i call they tell me nope wait 6 months at this job u hate becuse of our reputation Im just thinking doesnt it hurt your reputation worse if I quit and u dont find me something, becuse Im not staying somewhere I hate for 6 months so it looks bad on u both to the client and the employer, its cruddy I need to make enough money to survive on but places like this arnt worth it, I could go to Roswell be making way more money and a way better job in the oilfield, dont go thru this place apply directly for the jobs they offer

Best Staffing company in town! I have worked for a few different agencies and RivenRock is the best by far. I had a few payroll problems with the previous company I was at. Catherine Olinger who works at RivenRock called me when I had forgotten to turn in my time card. She wanted to make sure I got paid! Now thats service! Thank you Catherine!

By far the best staffing company i have worked for. The staff is very helpful, genuine and do everything in their power to find employment for you.

Unfortunately I’ve been with them for a few years and they’ve been all over the place with getting me my checks and contacting me they don’t really have a lot of control over there. And the the receptionist at the front Wendy is by far the most rude person to be the front line of customer service.
