I have worked with Express Employment Albuquerque West previously two years ago and I went back to meet with them last week and they are always professional and very helpful; I will say that while I had only one bad experience with a previous recruiter two years ago, that did not stop me from going back to them and now that they have condensed and combined their uptown and Albuquerque West offices during the pandemic (and I actually did visit the uptown office probably over a year ago and dealt with some very good people there and in fact got to interview with the owner Jonathan), I think they are even more of a professional well-oiled machine at this point and this time out I dealt with both Sabrina and with Meg Quinn and she right now is my go-to person and interviewed me to update and reestablish my information from two years ago… I look forward to having them find me some good job opportunities and will continue to work with them.

They see people as cash cows. Very friendly at first but then completely ignore you once you are on assignment. Zero communication from everyone other than front desk. Dont refer anyone, its a scam. Theyre denying my referral even though it was confirmed to me and the person I referred. Go to Goodwill or Robert Half for employment opportunities.

I loved going into this place, right when I got there I was helped right away I was thinking I was going to be there forever trying to find a job but no it was something so quick I had options also on what I was looking for when I had questions they responded back right away. I needed help!!! My unemployment benefits ended and I was going on these great interviews but I wasnt getting hired. I called for information, showed up the same day, was scheduled for a sit down with Sarita, and she scheduled me for a job interview the next day.Sarita was a lifesaver! I brought my resume and I hoped that she could find me something quickly but I was unsure of the process as I have never used a staffing agency before.She went over my availability, my past work history and even made suggestions on how to interview and make my resume better.I went to the job interview and was selected to fill a temporary position. Express Employment Professionals has no respect for any of the people they hire. They use plenty of dishonest language to lead people on. You are much better off signing with a different employment agency, such as Aerotek or VIP Staffing. Luke Slupesky is a craven liar.

The best service Ive ever had from a Temp Agency.Set up appointment with Sarita Montano Thursday for June 6, 2019 upon arriving I first met with Audriana Sanchez and Debbie Porter and they were very helpful. Then I met with Sarita and in a matter of minutes she found a Temp job for me to go to beginning the following Monday June 10, 2019I completed that assignment July 2, 2019.That same day she scheduled an interview for 7/3/2019 and landed a temp to hire job binning Monday July 8, 2019.Thats real customer service.Thank you Sarita, I have a Job.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to fill out paperwork in October of 2017 and I STILL haven’t heard anything from them. They said they would help me and I literally have not heard from anyone for a year and a half. Kiana helped me. Or at least I think that’s her name. She was a bigger girl with dark hair and glasses that sat in the first office. How am I supposed to remember the name of someone I met a year and a half ago??When you call 99% of the time you will get a voicemail. It is very hard to actually get a hold of anyone here. This place a NOT professional. They all dress in “professional clothing” but they have no idea what they are doing.Also, I do not understand the hours. People who get work through an agency like this will most likely be unable to come during normal business hours.And Barry, no one wants to call you back. You all mess up. There is nothing you can say to make it better. So you might as well stop trying.

I have never used a agency to help me get employment and if the experience I had is common I will never again. First I had a appointment at 9 am, I arrived on time excited and ready to hear what they had to offer. The girl I was meeting with was obviously unprepared so I then waited 15 minutes while she printed and organized paperwork. After 5 mins in her office I was bored to death. Then we go through all this paperwork only to discover they really dont have many jobs available. Now she wants me to watch a video and do a 6th grade worksheet with math and spelling??? The interaction was a complete waste of my time. I generally dont post things but the experience was very unpleasant. Perhaps hire people with a personality, a little enthusiasm and dont waste peoples time. 2 hours later I found a job and told them to kick rocks.

Jennifer & Marshal are straight up liars. They will stand there before you and lie in your face & play the victims. The people who stand for this company at the Eagle Ranch location have no ethics, no morals and far from professionals. It amazes me that people like that have jobs and are protected by their boss like children with absolutely no manners. Marshal stood there with his voice and his hands shaking as I confronted him about his lies. The branch manager or branch owner Deborah (Debbie) defended him while Jennifer stared at me with a smirk, then Marshal & Jennifer started laughing. I have no intentions of dealing with such unprofessionalism. I gave them all my information which was total mistake. They know where I live and therefore that worries me. They are extremely racist and hateful people.
