Compassionate, Caring, Warming, and Understanding are some of the words to describe the experience I had at Greenview Medical. I called for an PTSD evaluation and the next day I have was seen. Dominic was welcoming, he gave me paperwork to fill out as I waited for my scheduled appointment. Not long after Monica came and greeted me. We spoke about some of my conditions and was approved! First of all last year was great with my visit to Greenview! Im only writing this to inform all of the new law since Greenview failed to inform their patients! In 2019 I received my medical card & then a message in Oct of 2020 that it was time for renewal for 2021. So I called 4 times & left 4 messages & 4 email messages to make an appointment to come in when we arrived in Albuquerque but my calls & email requests were never returned!!!! They have my phone # & email address but didnt bother to inform me that New Mexico passed legislature stating the only renewals would be to NM residents only!!! So we drove 1000 miles with the costs of gas & hotel rooms only to learn when I walked in without an appointment that I could not make on the phone to be advised regarding this new law!!! Please check your files & inform others in the same boat!!! It only takes a bit of hand movement on email or telephone to save a person a thousand miles & $1,000!!!!! Fortunately for me my state just approved medical cannabis for 2021! Until then Ill travel to California where they honor my out of state medical card!!!!

Great place for people in need of a medicinal cannabis card. They were very helpful and informative of the whole process and they do all the work for you. Thanks Greenview AND to Merry Weed dont blame Greenview for the lack of your common sense that you cant be a out of state resident to get a NM card.... ummmm there is no states that reciprocate with cannabis card its illegal federally so different states have different regulations..There has never been a law saying you can be a out of state resident and get a NM weed card. Its up to the person to know the laws or contact a legal advisor but it is not right to shame a company for you not researching laws when they have helped many people who are suffering in this state because it a NM cannibis place not California.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Greenview! I was referred by my dr to look into medical cannabis licensing and I had NO EXPERIENCE, not even a clue how to get started. After having one of the worst experiences at Zia health and wellness (told my documents weren’t good enough because the woman in the front couldn’t understand the medical terms and was unwilling to go over my digital docs with me or answer any of the questions I had. AND NOT WEARING A MASK!) I came to Greenview and Im thankful that I did. Dominic was kind, patient and nonjudgmental, he answered as many questions as he could and referenced the Nurse Practitioner for the others he couldn’t. Monica the Nurse Practitioner is knowledgeable, thorough and very kind as well. She went through ALL my records with me and printed out the information that was needed for my application. The office uses covid safe practices and its very pleasant to be in, clean and private. Monica even went a step further and looked into my diagnosis and advised me on ways that I could medicate to maximize the benefit for my personal needs and preferences. This office totally turned my bad experience into one that Im happy to share with my family and friends. Super professional, if I couldn’t rate them higher I would! USE THIS LICENSING LOCATION!!!! You will not be disappointed!

Absolute phenomenal service, kind Nurse Practitioner who actually cares about people. Have chronic pain due to severe spinal arthritis and process was simple to apply via Greenview. Excellent service!!! A way better experience than the place I went last year! My renewal was quick and easy. I had all my questions answered. The price is the cheapest in town. They even mailed my application! I didnt have to take my application to the post office like before so I had more time to get things done in the day. The entire process was taken care of. Only been to 2 medical practices for cannabis card and this was by far the best. Friendly, caring, and going out of the way to really please the customer. Practitioners fee was the most inexpensive in the city and the added bonus of mailing application (by priority mail) for me, that is really top notch. My future renewals will be with this facility from now on.

Greenview does it all! From new patient enrollment, annual recertification and PTSD evaluations. There conveniently located on westside and staff and medical practitioner are awesome. I called an got an appointment the next day, plus prices are great! Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Greenview is AMAZING! Location is subtle and doesnt have obnoxious signage to tell the world why you are there. Very clean and quiet with a friendly and chill environment for those with PTSD to feel comfortable.The prices are some of the best in town. Not only are they more cost effective than other locations, they will put your application in the mail for you. You will walk out of the meeting with a tracking number that you normally have to pay the Post Office extra for (even MORE SAVINGS!). Most places have you spend the time and money mailing it yourself.They provide you with a time frame of when to expect your license. They give you a phone number to call if you dont get it within that time. You walk out of their facility with peace of mind that all is done in one convenient visit. One stop shop and you just go home and wait for the state to do its job. They even send you a follow up email after the standard waiting period to remind you to check your mail and what to do if it hasnt shown up yet.Greenview goes out of its way to do more than anyone else ive visited in the years ive had my license and had to get renewed. I will certainly be going back and recommend to anyone that this is the place to go!Keep up the amazing service Greenview, cant thank you enough for the wonderful services you provide!

For a very fair price Monica understands the needs of the state and processes the necessary information so that Medical Cards can be obtained and renewed. It is good how she travels to Hobbs and Clovis to fulfill the needs of Eastern NM. I was appreciative of the way she called and reminded me of the status of my card and her schedule so I could easily renew.

It was very matter-of-fact, got in there with all the paperwork in order, lots of medical history, and the reviewer only took the most recent stuff. She windowed out the applicable material, filled out the forms on my behalf and got a packet together to go to the NM Medical Cannabis approval board, and basically sent me out the door with an item to go into the mail, ready and certified. All I had to do was pay $55 and take an envelope to the Post Office. I got my card in about 2 weeks...guess the State is working fast!
