Taking your device to this place is the worse thing you can do. I’m not one to write a bad review, in fact this is my first bad review EVER and it comes to show how upset and angry I am. If you are someone trying to get something fixed, please go to a place where they will fix it correctly. Much better paying more to get it fixed correctly than paying for poor and cheap performance.

STAY AWAY!We were told by an employee at The FIX tonight that no one reads or cares about Google reviews. If you are looking at this you probably care, so please read on for details that will convince you to go elsewhere. We experienced the worst customer service in our lives coupled with a complete lack of responsibility for their actions. Two weeks ago we brought in a phone with a cracked screen for repair. They told us they had to order the replacement screen and it would arrive in a week. We did not hear from them after a week so we called and the woman couldnt find the order. She asked who took the order (Andres) and told us it would take another week. Yesterday we received a call that the glass had arrived, and we dropped off the phone, WHICH WAS WORKING. We asked if it would be done by closing at 7pm and were told yes. At 6:40 pm we went to the store and found the doors closed. We got the attention of an employee who told us the tech had an emergency and couldnt work on it, but that it would be ready by 12-1pm today. They did not call today so we called them at 4pm and were told that they could not repair the phone because they could not turn it on. When pressed as to what was wrong we were told that the tech wasnt there and they didnt know anything. We were also told that the tech would not be back until Sunday (4 days from now). When we asked for the owner’s name and number they HUNG UP ON US. We went to the store where we received the same story - they knew nothing, but they were quick to point out that their contract states that they are not responsible for damage caused by the negligence of the fix technician. We asked again for the owners name and number and the reply was Jeffrey but they said they didnt know his last name. They declined to even have him/her contact us. They returned our now non-working phone with a warped back from their worthless repair attempt. The employee then asked repeatedly how old are you? When we did not reply he said heres a 60-year-old telling a 20-year old that people will care about an Internet review. Well folks, youve heard the story - do you care?

If your phone has a cracked screen or you need any kind of screen replacement I definitely recommend coming to The Fix to get it looked at and guaranteed they Will be able to Fix it and help you out.. The screens they use are just as good at the Original screens that come with the phone ... But like all technology and Phone parts sometimes there is a funky part but if you save your receipt and bring your phone back they will get it working or replace it and the prices are very reasonable and much more affordable then going through your phones service provider... If you need cases or any kind of screen protectors this is your one stop shop for all your phone protection and replacement needs.. Very friendly Professionals that Work and perform all the screen replacements rite there in the same visit.. no need to wait for your insurance if you go through your service provider... Within 30 minutes and your phone is back up and all your anxiety from the stress of all your information being lost if you didnt back up your info to the cloud... I definitely recommend coming here first before you mess with your phones insurance and just see if they can help you out and if not then no worries but more then likely they can help you out and get you all Fixed.

I’m so disappointed and hurt. I went to go get my screen fixed and it took 30 minutes.It looked a little dark and funky but oh well. I get home to realize my mic doesn’t work and both my speakers sounded like they were underwater. I called to report the incident and told me to go over there. I went AGAIN to the mall just for them to tell me they don’t have the part it’s missing so to come back 2 days later when it arrives. I went AGAIN FOR THE 3rd time already and they fixed the mic and speaker and it seemed fine. I was at the store and my phone died and I come home to charge it. Like about 20 min passed and my phone still doesn’t turn on and I don’t have time or money no more I’m just mad because my phone no longer works. DON’T COME HERE GUYS HE MAKE YOUR PHONE WORSE 😡

Hello in March of this year I went to get my Stylo six screen replaced the front and the back I spent about $200 to get them both replaced and not even a day or two later my phone completely broke the screen was not properly put back on. the screen came off the entire phone when I went back to get help from the store the guy who was there said that they basically couldn’t do anything and to contact corporate. I’ve already sent two emails and have yet to receive a response. I don’t often do this but I wouldn’t recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to get your screen or something else fixed. I wasted $200 plus had to buy a new phone :(

They did a very nice job with my note10+. I had the screen replaced and bought a new case and tempered glass. They had the best price in the mall. They were also patient with me and re-checked twice when I thought I was having connectivity issues. Turns out the mall really just has awful cellular. I had them replace a screen on my iPad Pro 3 times over the course of 3 weeks and the issue is still not fixed. My iPad had a dead spot on it and still isn’t fixed.

*STAY AWAY*Couldnt fix my screen, i warrantied the service 2 times and they still managed to break it some more, i ended up taking the ipad and now i have a dead screen and a pretty expensive paperweight.

Took over three weeks because they ordered wrong screen. Didnt really keep in touch had to call a few times to find out what was the hold up. Keep receipt because if I didnt have mine I dont think they would have found my phone ..

So my iPad got fixed at the fix and it was great...JUST KIDDING.at first it’s screen was bulging and I saw one of its ribbon ripped.secondly it typed by its self and I wasn’t typing it.third of all its still typing by its self so I tried to look inside of it… Then it cracked.So I wish they could give a refund or fix it for free

It took them three weeks to fix a busted charging port which they then charged me $70 for. Not once during the process did they keep me updated on what was going on and i still have no idea as to why it took them almost a month to fix, not sure if it was really worth the price

I brought them my fully functional iphone with a small crack in the screen. They replaced the screen but broke the speaker. When I brought it back for them to fix what they had broken, they broke the screen so that it would not even turn on. I sent the phone to apple who said it was now beyond repair and i would have to get a new phone. As of yet, the Fix continues to deny responsibility and has not compensated me at all for the damage.

Went to get my screen fixed 3 days ago and Ive already had to go back twice. The first time my screen was defective & kept glitching. Today I had to go back because yesterday evening my screen started to come off so she added more adhesive tape. Now its coming off again so obviously the adhesive she added did NOTHING. Im so upset because I spent $100 to get it fixed and I dont have that kind of money to waste. They dont do refunds so Im just out of $100 & a phone. I will not be going back. Three times is to much, they shouldve gotten it the first. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

They quoted me the best price around town for replacing my iPad Pro screen, and they are the only place I called who had the part in stock. Took just over an hour to replace the screen, and it is working great! Youd never know that iPad had a completely shattered screen yesterday.

They are very unprofessional, they lost the sim card holder of my phone and they were not going to give me any refund for that lost piece. I had to convience them to get retribution for the lost piece but they lied about the price too. It took an hour of my time to end up paying for a phone that was still broken. Lastly, there was no manager that I could talk to, so please avoid this place at all costs.

Awesome people and place. I walked in with no appointment to get the back of my iPhone XsMax glass repaired. It took about 3-4 hours but it was okay because we were in the mall. The even call you to let you know the status and how much longer it will take. Thanks for the great repair and it looks new.

So, a couple of days ago I got my phone fixed from here. Its working perfectly fine now. Surprisingly the customer service was quite pleasant and the staff were attentive. Chad fixed my phone within the same day which was impressive because other places tend to take longer sometimes. This location also beats out other places in price. Overall, Im happy with the service I received and Id definitely recommend!!

I called around for quotes on my iPhone screen the fix was the cheapest in town. I went in yesterday, the girl was nice she said the screen she was attempting to install didn’t fit. She had to try a second screen because there was a “dent” on my phone. There was no rush i walked around the mall giving her time to do her job. When i went back the phone looked fine. I asked for a tempered glass it was only ten dollars, awesome! When i got to work i noticed the tempered glass had some excess air pockets underneath which isn’t a big deal, something that could easily be ignored. I was comparing my phone to my friends and we noticed there was a shade of color differentce from his phone and mine (same phone). Still, not a big deal, it’s minor, i can live with it. I set my phone down on my desk today, worked my shift and at some point there were two minor cracks on my brand new screen. The tempered glass was fine, the glass underneath is cracked. I called to ask what type of warranty was offered but there is nothing. In less than a day and a half i lost out on $80! I’m not in any way angry or upset but i am VERY sad, had i know i was going to lose out on money i would have donated it to a charity! I called and asked if there was ANYTHING that could be offered and i was told a ten percent discount off a ten dollar tempered glass, that’s ONE DOLLAR!💔💔💔💔💔

This was the only place that had the part for my hubbys Galaxy S5 in stock. (Other places said it would take a week to get the part.) They are incredibly professional and know what they are doing. Most repairs only take 15 minutes, BUT, plan on over an hour wait because they are busy! (But since theyre in the mall, its really easy and fun to kill time.)

I went in to get my phone front screen fixed, they accidentally broke the back glass they received the back glass and are installing it free but did not receive the case and tempered glass I asked them to order with it . If I had a vehicle or lived in ABQ it wouldnt be as bad but Im 30 min away and would rather get all of it at once overall good service .

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. brought my iPhone 8+ to get the screen fixed and it didn’t take long but when I came back and inspected the phone at purchase, the display was a different shade than usual and my home button stopped working which previously wasn’t a problem. i asked the lady how this happened and she had no response and I asked her if she could resolve this issue and she responded and told me this usually happens with replacements (which I wasn’t warned about before) i then requested I get my cracked screen put back on and a refund. the lady told me she couldn’t and i then requested again and she stared speaking in a foreign language as if she had a earpiece behind her hair. she said I would have to speak to her boss about a refund because the booth stated no refunds but I wasn’t okay with this. She then said he’s on vacation and I wouldn’t be able to get ahold of him till the next day and I said I would be back and she proceeded to speak into the microphone. She said she would give me half a refund and I responded with “ I understand you want to make a profit but this isn’t going to happen me like this but I will purchase a case or iPhone accessory so i got 3/4 of it back and got a cheap case and screen. I then scheduled and appointment with apple and this is when i learned the lesson that the cheap way isn’t the best way.Apple told me they aren’t authorized and make their profit by purchasing cheap iPhone replacement parts off online black market retailers.

I got my iPhone 6s repaired there. Very, very, very nice guys. Matt and Johnathon fixed my phone in about 30 minutes and the repair on my water damaged iPhone. I’m writing this review because I just found out that the fix is under new management. I wanted to continue doing business with them because they did a very great job on my phone!I hope where ever these guys are at I honestly hope they open their own business so I can continue business with them. Matt and Johnathon I hope and pray you guys get a shop and I will let people know that you guys are extremely friendly and that you guys are great at your jobs.

Dont go here, they are overpriced and do really poor work. I had my Note 8 screen fixed here and also had tempered glass put on it. Not even a week went by and the tempered glass and screen itself came off!!! I asked them to fix their mistake and they said the needed my receipt which I had thrown away thinking the job was done Correctly. I offered to show them my bank statement of the purchase as proof but they didnt want it. So Im screwed now

I went into this store a few weeks ago to get a phone case for my husbands I phone. we have been having issues finding a phone case that was suitable for his needs and found a great one here thanks to a woman named Elena. She took the time to hear what I had to say and find something that would work great for me. Unfortunately prior to Elena helping me a woman whose name started with an F (I dont quite remember what it was) she acted like she didnt want to deal with me and as if she had better things to do. It was frustrating to me because this is her job and she should be delighted to help customers. Fortunately Elena came to the rescue. Thanks the fix this is overall a great store

These guys are absolutely amazing! My cell phone ended up in the surf while we were on vacation. Saltwater is normally instant death for cell phones. I was primarily concerned about retrieving all of the data on my phone and wasnt at all concerned about the phone itself. Not only did they back up everything to the cloud but they were also somehow able to repair my phone. All of this at a very reasonable price. The young tech guy (wish I got his name) is a genius. When I took my phone in he took it in the back and within about 5 minutes had it apart and showed me the saltwater penetration on the motherboard. Everything was backed up and the phone was fixed the next day. Needless to say I highly recommend them.

By far the best & fastest service I have ever received from an iPhone repair shop. AND THE BEST RATE!My son dropped my phone down the stairs, & I, of course, didnt have the protective cover on it. My screen was shattered so badly I literally had to put tape on it to keep the glass together.I was expecting an insane price and to be told the same thing I was the last two times I got my screen repaired elsewhere: discount for a Yelp review, etc, Not the case.I called and advised I may arrive after 6:30. They said they should still be able to take care of me. While I was there two more people arrived even closer to closing time and they were still able to accommodate them.I received a direct price, WAY lower than other places I called. They fixed the phone right in front of me and it also comes with a warranty.I would highly recommend them to anyone! These gentlemen are professional and stand by their work. Im a returning customer as needed for sure!Side Note: the treatment of minorities working hard in this country is often disgusting. To the rude lady who walked in yelling at the worker because she cracked her screen again and voided the warranty and was upset she had to pay taxes... wow! What a horrible behaving person. The workers, though, never raised their voices or lost their professional tone and demeanor.

I came in today and one of the employees I believe her name was fatima was super friendly she helped me find a case I was looking for online for so long. When I wanted to repair my phone I expected it to take at least an hour but I only had to wait 20 minutes until she was done. Your phone will be in good hands!My phone that I thought would have been an easy fix, took the whole day. Turns out when they ran it through diagnostics the problem seemed much worse than I had hoped for. After having my phone all day, I returned to TheFix, and they told me the bad news that it was not responding to any tests and that my phone was basically dead. However, they didnt give up and kept saying weve been trying different things the whole day...wait let me try one more thing.. keeping my hope alive. The workers here are phenomenal and really do care about the work that theyre doing and even worked an hour pass their hours to get my phone fixed. Im the end it was a happy ending and their genius skills were able to repair my phone. I would recommend this place to anyone! Your phone will be in good hands!ALSO! The problem was going to cause $100 more on the repair charge, but they were so nice and kept it at my normal quoted price for the emotional distress all day. Haha, so basically they have me a free replacement piece... such a nice gift after everything.

Dont take your phone here if you want it fixed correctly. The small glass that coveres the rear camera on my phone shattered and I took it in to be replaced. They replaced the glass, but didnt clean the left over glass bits and dust that the previous piece left behind. So now I cant take photos because the lenses are covered in small pieces of glass and debris.I had to take the phone to UBREAKIFIX (wonderful experiance) to get it repaired correctly. The phone also had a crack on one of the zoom shields, which this place neglected to inform me of. They said nothing under the glass ended up getting damaged. Take your phone to a place with real professional repair people, not teenagers sitting behind a desk.

Definitely the cheapest place for a cracked phone screen. Ive had my screen replaced twice and it doesnt take long to get fixed. Once its fixed they can call you on another phone to tell you to pick it up so you dont have to wait there. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I took my iPhone 8 to be repaired because the screen was cracked. Three weeks after I got it home the phone started ghost surfing by itself and the bottom of the screen started flickering horribly. When I went in to see if they could fix the problem they created they told me that it was past the warranty date of 30 days. So I ended having to take it somewhere else and paying again. I was told by the other company that it definitely was a faulty screen that was installed. Very disappointed with their customer service and their craftsmanship!

Garbage company it seems. Took my iPhone 6s Plus here to get the screen replaced. They didn’t fix my screen and now half my screen is black. Reading through the other reviews, similar things have happened to other customers. Take their phone in and something later stops working. Company comes up with an excuse and won’t take responsibility. Save yourself some trouble and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I took my iPhone 8plus to the The Fix Coronodo location after accidentally dropping my phone and cracking my screen. I really needed my phone fixed since it was getting harder to use the touch screen and I needed it for work. They were very friendly and did a great job fixing my broken screen. The quality of the screen was excellent and he finished it in less then half an hour. This is a fast and friendly repair shop and I highly recommend them.

I recently got my iPhone 6S screen replace from this shop. The service was great and the price was great but the screens they use are very cheaply made. My home button was not changed out from my original screen so my home button did not work properly and my battery drains within about 2 hours of being fully charged. Unfortunately I lost my receipt so I am out of luck. They don’t keep record of purchases on file. There prices are good but the way they run their business is not very customer friendly. I’m going to have to go somewhere else now to get my phone fully functional again.Response to the owners response:If your the store next to JC Penny’s in Coronado Mall then I’m 100% positive I have the right store. I talked to you on the phone and you ensured me that you remembered me and that you had your assistant work on my phone. I just wanted to follow up on my last post. I went ahead and ordered a great quality screen online and replaced your cheap screen you put on my phone. Now my phone works great and my battery doesn’t drain like it did with your cheap screen. I honestly think you had a bunch of your friends and family put 5 star reviews on your google plus page because you don’t really think you run your business the way your review say you do. I have two suggestions for you. 1. Use better products when replacing screens. 2. Keep records of your customers transactions. Your lack of professionalism caused me a lot of extra stress and work. That’s why I’m so frustrated. Thank you.

May 20th, 2018 I had come in to replace my cracked screen. I was approached by a worker named Fatima who was not nice at all. Usually I’m a consumer that doesn’t care much for customer service but upon returning less than 2 weeks later because my fixed screen (that they gave me) stopped working the customer service got worse. Today, June 9th, 2018, I went in to get it looked at, thinking because I paid $90 for my iPhone 6s to be fixed LESS THAN 3 WEEKS AGO I would get some help but that did not happen. I have not dropped my phone, it is not cracked nor scratched, the screen is still brand new that THEY gave me & after showing proof of my receipt I was told Fatima could not replace it. This was less than 3 weeks ago & the screen is perfectly fine but gave out. It is pitch black. To pay $90, receive TERRIBLE customer service & irrational attitude upon not getting an exchange/replacement is outrageous. Do not go here unless you want to get treated terribly by a couple of kids in high school that fix phone screens with knock off parts that give out on their own a few weeks later.On the bright side, the services that offer to fix phones in the middle of the mall between stores are cheaper, install original Apple parts & even offer 15% discounts. I paid $65 elsewhere with a discount & great customer service.DO NOT GO HERE, they only get reviews because customers get discounted when forced to do so. Fatima needs to be replaced, her customer service is trash.

I called The FIX regarding an issue I was having with the micro USB charging port on my Galaxy Note 4. I was given a quote on the phone and the phone was fixed as promised within about an hour. I highly recommend their service!

I had a screen replaced and within 3 weeks it wasnt working. Totally black screen and u able to use phone at all. Disappointed.

I was have trouble with my charging port and I went over to the fix and Anahi fixed it for me in minutes. Definitely going back and now I recommend it to all of my friends and anyone that want good but an affordable service.

I took my iphone In to get fixed last week, great customer service they explained to me the whole process and offered me deals on protecters and cases . The employees were very polite and helpful. Got a new screen protector. AND IT CANT OFF LESS THEN 3 DAYS. called the store. And they said they can give me 5% Off. Also gave me the run around. Employees are disrespectful. I had my last phone screen protector for 2 yrs, Never fell off. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
