We love that there is a there are many levels of experience to build new systems, maintain what we currently have and provide on-site and remote support even though we are not located in the same city.

They have been with Lincoln County for a number of years and the Road Department is very pleased with their performance.

Have two recent experiences with Systems MD. Took in old PC in November to clean it up. They did a great job!. Took in new PC in January to set up and transfer stuff from old computer. Again, a great job! Prices are very reasonable, and work was done quickly. One thing I really appreciated was the communication with the customer to let me know how things were going and if there were issues. This is really important when you are without a computer and wondering when you will get it back. I highly recommend Systems MD.

I worked with Marshall to get my computer fixed -- my solid state drive was failing. He was fantastic to work with and very knowledgable. I also feel like the price was fair. Im planning on going back again, next time I need anything done on my computer.

This is a company that will charge for a monthly service agreement, then nickel and dime you to death. Watch out for the additional billable costs. They do not communicate with you and look down upon you if you are not computer savvy. Extremely arrogant people to deal with. Be careful!
