I was working with a law firm client of mine who recently onboarded with Ardham for their IT managed services offering. There was a snafu with some Microsoft licensing being correctly assigned to one founders computers which made his laptop unusable during a critical business timeframe. I received the phone call from this founder and immediately reached out to Ardhams support team. Within 1 hour, the director of Ardhams support team, Chris Mains, called the founder directly (late evening-after hours) to understand the situation and quickly provided a work around; while the Microsoft licensing needed to be resolved with MS directly. It was refreshing to see the level of service and responsiveness despite the size of this business and our mutual client. Ardham cares about their customers, they are responsive, and I will continue to refer clients to them for IT needs.

Challenging to work with.

Ive been working with Ardham for a couple years now as our IT provider. I really enjoy how strategic and forward thinking they when is comes to presenting new technologies. I trust this company to do the right thing for us and help us do what we do best.

My laptop screen suddenly went black in the middle of a crucial work project. I googled “IT help” and Ardham came up as the closest place. When I walked in the staff was very friendly. They was super helpful and did some trouble shooting to figure out what the problem was. They were able to get my screen up and running in no time.Turns out what they specialize in is way more complex and large scale services - but that didn’t stop them from helping me out on the spot.They will definilty be the first place I call if I ever find myself needing IT services. Highly recommend.

DONT BOTHER! Please note that Ardham operates on the principle of selling service. That this does not include the foundation of disciplined and rooted IT Technicians with the training and experience to complete assignments is beyond me! What should have been a run-of-the-mill operation installing a router ended up a daylong romp in PeeWees Playhouse! Nuff Said....
