They went far beyond what I expected and could have asked for. I had a contractor in and they split a small amount of paint on the stairs while they were in the house, they cleaned it up without additional cost, and then we had a potential COVID-19 exposure and without asking he offered to disinfect the house, again at no additional cost. There is something seriously wrong with this man Michael. I had an appointment to meet with his scheduler, Yolanda. She was unable to answer some of my simple questions when she called, so she deferred me to Mike. When he called he was completely frazzled, could not make a simple sentence but told me he was unable to do my job, the FOLLOWING DAY! I kept asking for his reason and he got so flustered he hung up on me. I tried calling Yolanda back and she refused to answer. These are the exact type of people who MISunderstand, assume and MIS communicate then blame everyone else. I cant imagine their ability to follow directions to clean a house when they cant even get thru a simple phone inquiry. Michael was RUDE, so immature and totally unprofessional. It also took him days to get back to me because they never answer their phone. I dont know who all these positive reviews are from but out of the dozens of cleaning companies I called in Albuquerque, these people were by FAR THE WORST!!!

The Four Seasons staff did an amazing job on my home. They went above and beyond to bless our family witth service, finished quickly, and I was amazed that they were able to clear the calcium deposits off my glass shower doors that had been there since before we moved in 5 years ago. I have a different experience with this company than the other reviewers. We needed a small carpet area cleaned (upstairs master suite) as part of our move-out process with our landlord. We don’t wear shoes in carpet areas, so the carpet was in good shape and had been vacuumed regularly. The landlord recommended this company as he had used them prior. They were reasonable in cost and referred by landlord, so we used them to hopefully avoid any hassles.The owner of Four Seasons tried to upsell us on his cleaning services for the remainder of the house. We chose not to utilize as when we moved in to the house, there was hair in the drawers, cobwebs, dead insects, etc... Since he had ‘cleaned’ before we moved in, we chose not to use them for anything beyond the cleaning of a ‘clean’ carpet.Four seasons decided to call the landlord and literally made up ‘issues’ in the house. We vehemetely denied the conditions with the owner (we had pictures, the owner did not). Evidently the owner and Four Seasons were friends and they concocted another $130 in cleaning services. Sad that they could not produce any pictures of their services.I find this company to be very dishonest and should have been forthright with my wife up-front. I would never recommend them as their cleaning is sub-standard and their ethics are terrible.

I give the expertise of four seasons staff and carpet cleaning an A+ rating. They are clean and thorough and pay very close attention to details. They protect the furniture and corners of walls by placing pucks and wall gaurds. and the staff is very knowledgable with the chemicals and technics to use these chemicals when using them to clean different stains and the removal of gum. They are not at all like the other carpet cleaning companies in which they just spray and steam. These guys focus on the details and give life back to the carpet. And with all the stains my kids have placed on the carpet the carpet is like it was the first day we moved in with no trace of stains. I recommend four seasons for there pride in there work.
