When I bought my ticket I asked if the bus was wheelchair accessible and they told me yes, that I needed to notify them 48 hours in advance so they can had the bus ready, which I notified them because about 3 weeks ago I had a surgery on my ankle and my right shoulder so Im using a walker to get around because I cant put weight on my foot and I cant use crutches because of the surgery on my shoulder. But when I got to the bus station, I was surprised that the bus was not ready, they told me the ramp to get on the bus supposedly did not work, they said it was broken. And no one offered to help me get on the bus, therefore I had to get on all fours in order to me to get in the bus. Honestly, bad service. Hope that on my way back to Colorado the ramp is working. Other than that bus is very comfortable

Just send a box to El Paso. It was reasonable and they got there the same day she picked it up in the morning overall I was it was good.

Bought tickets for the Raton, CO stop on 2/29/2020 which was supposed to show up around 10:00-10:35pm. It is now 11:00pm and still no sign of a bus. Ive been waiting since 9:30pm just to make sure I wasnt late. I even made sure to call limousine express twice to notify the bus driver I was here. Im pretty sure the bus skipped me at this point and from the other reviews it looks like my money was pretty much stolen. . Would not recommend this company for reliability at all. 1

Excellent service, the only problem is that the buses doesnt have WiFi, they have movies and some series but some of them are a bit Old.

I just dropped off my grandma for a trip October 22 an 11 AM from Albuquerque, NM to El Paso, TX. I’m not sure who the driver is for this particular route I wasn’t able to catch a name he left so fast... but he mistreated my elderly grandmother she wanted to take her carry on size suit case with her medication on board we realize it doesn’t fit but he yelled in front of everyone else boarding instead of explaining things as a civil person. I work in customer service for an airline and I understand that sometimes customers don’t pay attention or understand the policies but there is a a way of communicating with people not by yelling and humiliating. I’m am very upset and disappointed this will be the last time we use your services.

Im pretty disappointed. I took a trip from Denver down to Las Cruces a few days ago and it was good. I slept and had no problem with time. Today is my return trip with my son. I purchased two tickets online. I got to the station and the lady couldnt find my tickets. She told me they were expired. All along she was searching by name and not by purchase number. So she was looking at the wrong ticket. I correct her but she doesnt search for the correct ticket. Then she says she has to write everything down per the ticket. I asked if she had to write both. She said she couldnt. She kept referring to wrong ticket and then until i told her again i purchased one for my son. Okay so that gets handled somewhat. She told me next time get there earlier so my ticket doesnt expire but she was never looked my actual tickets up. Well i was there in time and bus got there hour and a half late. I get on the bus and my seats were taken. Most likely resold because the bus was packed. Me and my son are sitting in the back by the toilet. I. Exhausted. My seat doesnt recline. I am very upset because i paid for seats i felt would be more comfortable. I have to work in the morning. Now im going to be late. Very frustrated.

Better than Greyhound, new buses, clean, smells good smooth ride.

They said the bus will be there at 3:45 am and now its 5:48 am and no sign off the bus. There is no number to call to see whats going on cause all the offices are close. They should have an emergency number to call when things like this happens.

The staff that works in the morning are rude and expect you to know the answers to questions your asking.. Very unpleasant experience if it wasnt for the inexpensive cost to El Paso then I wouldve token another company.

Not here on time, driver is on the phone the whole trip and missed an exit so we had to go back. I usually never complaint but being on the phone is so unprofessional while driving and missing an exit.

The bus never came ... Then we had to wait another 10 hours for the next bus that was also late, i can not recommend this company.

Bus sucks but they got 3 trips to El Paso a day..Grayhound is cheaper but only 2trips a day..But they get the Job Done .A+ for effort..I will take this bus again due to time convenience.

One stars for fair pricing terrible service. They dropped us off in los lunas but wouldn’t give us our luggage, we had to follow them to Albuquerque for our luggage they told us to follow them in our car to the Albuquerque station then yelled at us for parking in the back after they told us to follow them. Blond woman has an attitude and so do the bus drivers.

If I could rate it no stars I would. This was the our first time using these buses we usually use greyhound and they told us to be here at 1:30 am and it’s 3 am and the bus is still not here... we have no updates and all the offices are closed.

I like the driver a real nice lady my ticket was affordable and I like the workers in the building. All in all, this is the best and safest way 2 travel.

Got to where I needed to go on time and bus was not filled to capacity allowing me more seating space and thus making it more comfortable.

Very afordable and convenient transport especially if you want your family get to his place secure. You may send documents for a reazonable fee to Mexico.

As always this is the bus line to travel with out a doubt .A better class of people family people ride this bus., The staff is no nonsence get it done. Very helpfull and profesional. And unlike Grayhound this line is as close to on schedule as they can get

I bought tickets online because I was traveling from Santa Fe NM to Denver with my son they tell you the bus will get there at 12:05 it got there at 1:20 I had asked for two seats together and they didn’t have any everybody was in a single seat asleep and the bus driver did nothing so I had to seat in the next to the smelly toilet so I am very disappointed they have no communication and do not honor our tickets bought online why do they ask to pick your seat if they sell it in El Paso ?🤬 Very disgusted with this service

Take greyhound if possible

Old uncomfortable buses, old business management system. They took half an hour to get me my ticket because the system was slow. My ticket was faxed from Idk where. It looks like they barely support card payments due to its signs on the walls. Old bus terminal as well. They change the same as grayhounds, but they give you a service from 20 yrs ago. WiFi does not work. Only reason I took their bus was because it was the closest time after I landed in Albuquerque to go to El Paso. I used to use limousine when I was in college back in the day... Forgot how bad it was. I extremely dislike and not recommend it. .

The bus and trip were ok what I didnt like was that I arrive to el Paso at 8am going to Albuquerque NM and they didnt have anything till 5pm so I waited for 9hrs in the station 😣😣🙄🙄

Have been traveling with them for years. they could use and update in both facilities and busses but other than that i have no complaints.

Faster than Greyhound, and there are departures from Albuquerque bound for El Paso at more reasonable times of the day, not just at 4 in the morning. Downside, its not in downtown Albuquerque.

Ive traveled with this bus line for almost 15 years but my trip this past week was such a negative experience I will never travel with this bus company again. Its a big lie when they say you can save time buy purchasing tickets online. What they dont tell you is that you still have to wait in line for them to print out your actual ticket and every time either the computer or printer is broken.I called to see if my dog could travel with me. They said yes and didnt say anything about him having to go underneath the bus with the luggage until I boarded, even though I had already checked a bag and the attendant saw the dog and didnt say he had to go under the bus.Plus to make matters worse, they had El Pasos crooked police not only searched my bag (the second time this has happened when riding this bus line) but also patted me down before I boarded, making me feel dehumanized and violated; not to mention a clear violation of my fourth amendment rights. I was profiled and singled out, and the bus line seemed perfectly fine with this unfair treatment.Once I arrived in ABQ they refused to give me my dog back since they never gave me a ticket to validate my ownership of the carrier in El Paso, because they put him under the bus without telling me anything, despite being the only passenger with a dog on the bus.Overall, a horrible experience and I vow to never ride with EPLA again.

I use this bus when traveling is not so expensive and we get there quickly because theres not so many stops.

This company is a mess I had a ticket to leave today 041419 an I was there waiting for 4 hours I wasnt Abel to catch the bus it broke down an now it wouldnt leave till like 8 pm is what I was told so I tried to get my money back an they wouldnt give me my refund I will never use this bus line agien an I hope I can get my money back dont let this happen to u greyhound is a better bus company

Will the station in El Paso ever get remodeled, it is very unclean. I was very surprised to have been greeted by a young man as I boarded the bus. He went as far as helping passengers find their seat and assist with placing our luggage on the overhead, surprised because Ive used this service for MANY years and the staff has never been friendly, I will even say, rude, talking amongst themselves about personal issues while the customer is waiting. The competition is VERY enticing, and fares are lower.

So now with all this Corona stuff, everything is been change I know that, but when I went on the web to get a ticket, there is not any type of warning or clarification about the new time for the (at 2am), so I suppose to get my bus at 11 am but no one was at the main office, so I call to the 1800, the person say that is just one time and that is at 2 am every single day, so this person just changed my time for that hour without even ask me, when I ask him to refund me the money he says that is no way they cant do that and there wasnt Supervisors where he was working l,plus they dont have any control about the website,, bad customer service and bad behavior

The service they give is fantastic, and you bet you will get to youre destination; but, the buses are a problem, some dont even have blinds and most of the feet rest bars dont even function properly.

Mixed review here the bus its self was clean. The wait time was horrible. Had to be at the TA truck stop at 1am the bus did not arrive till 330am.
