I need to get service at the service center there before I can get anywhere.

Downtown has its fair share of Im guessing and although its not a problem for me it may be a bit intimidating for someone who is not used to them. Ive found that if you ignore the bothersome ones they tend to leave you alone. Good for trains interstate buses as well as local.airport and commuter.

Busy place. Convenient as a bus hub. Lots of homeless coming in and out and hanging out. Lots of security. No smoking. No water fountains. No bathrooms. Also serves train station.

Location is great. Transportation connections to train, buses both local and national, coffee shop inside, pizza 9 across the street, groceries close, parks close, convention center close, library close. All bus bays are labeled and bus schedules are posted. Just like most gathering places of this era, keep your bags on you, your bicycles locked and in view

Staff at the ticket booth are very friendly and helpful but kind of a bad area if you are unfamiliar with it.

This place sucks and the staff that works outside I guess there security guards are harassing I dont recommend having to be there for a extended period of time.
