Tim came out to take a look at a dip I had in my slab foundation. He arrived exactly on time, within the minute, and took his time to understand the concern, looked around and inspected the walls, then told me it wasnt an issue. He didnt try to push a service that I didnt need and taught me the real warning signs to look out for, which is very much appreciated.That level of professionalism and customer respect will definitely have me calling him in the future if I do end up needing foundation work.

I was worried our house had major foundation issues because of some recent cracks. Tim Appel came out to evaluate and assured me we did not have foundation issues. Lee was knowledgable and kind during a scare of possible foundation damage to my newly purchased home. He was informed on what to look for to correctly diagnosis what caused the symptoms and then provide a referral to someone who could help with my situation. Highly recommend him to anyone!
