I got a coating for my house done about 8 months ago and I found some cracks in it that needs repairs. I have been calling for a month and a half now, always with a promise that the schedulers will get back to me. Its gotten to the point that when I call the main office they recognize my number or name right away and are surprised I havent heard back from anyone yet. Once I get this sorted out, I will up the number of stars, but as of now, they only get one.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company, who did my replacement windows and finished yesterday. My salesman, Orlando, was outstanding. He spent half of a Saturday explaining EVERY little thing about how the windows are custom built, how they are installed, and on and on. We got over a financing hurdle together. He explained the installation process to the nth degree. It took quite a while, maybe two full months, to get the windows in, but I didnt care as I wasnt going anywhere, and they told me in advance that it could be as much as 3 months. The installers worked for part of two days and finished yesterday. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and put every window in just right. They are beautiful! Double pane argon filled heavy duty real windows that replaced 40 year old single pane aluminum framed drafty ill fitting old windows. My house is so much warmer already! Yes, their telemarketers called a LOT. They did annoy me at one time. Finally one day I gave in to a particularly perky sweet young girl and made the appointment to at least talk to the salesman and I am so glad I did! I highly recommend our local office of Reliant here in Albuquerque.

The best quality replacement window company locally. Will outlast any other type of replacement window offered through out New Mexico, and they are affordable.

I was would that the work would be completed in 7 to 10 days.It took almost 2 months for them to start work.I will never do business with this company again, after being lied to, too many times.

I put in a request on Home Advisor to get an estimate on windows. Home Advisor sold my number to Reliant Capital. Reliant Capital has been calling, on the point of harassing, every day! Ive asked them several time to stop calling me and they still call me. I try to block their numbers but they keep calling me from different numbers.
