This is how the employees of this company will destroy the car you buy at their auction. Damaged front bumper (value of zero usd) that could be attached to the body with for ex. adhesive tape, thrown inside the car, destroying its interior.

Not a place I usually stop at. I happened to need to go and retrieve a license plate from my totalled vehicle this last week. The wait was a little longer than expected but I had never been so I had no idea of what to expect so I wont blame them for that. Once a customer service associate helped me,I was greeted well and given prompt service with a smile. Ill take that. I also was given my license plate in a timely fashion and info on how to retrieve my plate holder later when I had more time as I literally walked in 15 minutes before closing time. My bad also. I have no idea what they really do hear but they are nice!

Their website is programmed poorly and their automated answering service doesnt even include their New Mexico location. U Pull and Pay actually answers their phone.
