They changed address old insurance used to be there. Mom and dad didnt get a notice. Lot of driving that day too find new location

The staff here have been awesome! My sons at that horrible age to insure and they gave him great rates. Hes on his 3rd car this year, and every transition has been smooth with the team here helping as much as possible. The first one was lost to a car accident, and even though he wasnt at fault, they helped. Ive gone with my son as hes still learning the ropes of car ownership and insurance, but they honestly could have walked him through it. The last time, Paul remembered my son and chatted a lot with him. Great service! Only wish that there was after hours availability when were transitioning cars, but that should be rare, so not huge deal.Ive been rear ended by many people in this town, and am happy when they have state farm as I know they will give me great service.

Each person in their office goes above and beyond to make sure you are greeted warmly and that every insurance detail is taken care of.

The office staff is friendly and very easy to work with. I started out with them since my Grandmother has had insurance for many years through this office, and when I began paying my own, I stayed. That was roughly 4 years ago, and Ive never had an issue. Every time I talk to them, in person or on the phone, Ive had a wonderful experience.

Paul Jones is the best insurance agent ever. Paul genuinely cares about his clients. He was our agent in the past. He was promoted and was no longer an agent. We had four other agents and none could hold a candle to Paul. Luckily Paul returned to being an agent and were back with him. I told him that he can never leave again.

The employees there are uneducated. Had to go back to the office 3 different times in one month just to get the policy finalized. Very rude service from Christina a employee there she was argumentative and rude hopefully I can get my insurance transferred to another agency. This office has bad employees take your business to a different statefarm office ones that are smart nice and willing to help.
