Farmers has been no help to my Wife and I. Last year we had a leak due to our swamp cooler and Farmers did not cover it due to a swamp cooler leak Clause), I asked for proof and I never got any proof. Secondly, my car was totaled in a 4 car collision at no fault of my own. Car #1 hit #2 which was behind me #3 causing me to hit #4 in front of me which hardly had any damage because I had a lot of space in front of me. When I called my agent they did not do anything for me. They should have represented my Wife and I and made phone calls to the at faults insurance company on our behalf. I have spoken to other people who have been in accidents at no fault of their own and was told that their agents took care of it for them.After this is all over Im leaving Famers and this agency. We pay a lot of money and they do not represent.

We recently had to switch our homeowners insurance from another company. We felt like Farmers gave us a very competitive rate and it has be a pleasure doing buisness with Desirae and Aprils office. Thank you!
