My boys where ruff housing and put huge hole in the wall so I called someone to come fix it, but on the phone they told me that they can’t touch it because I needed to see if it had asbestos in it. So a friend recommended I use asbestos experts and gave me a card so I called it and got ahold of a man name Gerald. He gave me estimations on testing they came out that day to test then the next week came took the wall down. You could not even tell that they tore down the wall! I recently purchased a house to remodel for me and my family, upon started demolition it was discovered that the house had asbestos. I got 2 quotes to get rid of it and Asbestos Experts was awarded the project. Not only was their team friendly and knowledgeable but they also were in and out to cause minimal delay to my project. I truly feel like they cared about my situation and were there to help in any way. I would definitely recommend them to any!

When I needed someone to come in and get rid of asbestos quickly (due to an unexpected discovery of asbestos vinyl underneath carpet during a new flooring install) Asbestos Experts was easy to get ahold of and quick to send someone out (this happened after Memorial Day weekend and most companies had their project managers out of town for the whole week). They were very informative about the process and professional. Since they were aware this had halted a big renovation that needed to get back on track they fit me in within days and I was able to get the abatement done within the time frame they quoted. I was very.satisfied with their pricing after researching national averages for similarly sized projects. I would definitely use them again in the future (though, I hope I don’t ever have to!)

So a water pipe busted and left me with water damage to my ceiling and i needed to get it fixed and the plumbers told me i needed to cut the ceiling out and had to see if it was safe of asbestos i never even heard of it so i found asbestos experts and had high ratings so i called them and they sent a man out that day he was a very polite and informative of what needed to get done it it had asbestos and to my luck it did so they sent man out the same week cut the area of the ceiling finish job that day got the plumbers to fix the water pipe and to my luck had man who could fix my curling making it a easier process to get everything done thank you to the man and the ceiling company now I can take regular showers again lol Gs

I will start off by saying Shannon was amazing and provided exceptional customer service. However, unfortunately the crew that did the actual asbestos removal was a nightmare. We had asbestos popcorn ceiling in our house and needed it professionally removed. This asbestos was present under some of our house’s built-in additions (e.g. built-in bookcase, the wood burning stoves vent pipe, etc.), see pictures. Before the crew ever started construction, we were ensured that they would remove these items safely. We were given a time frame of about 2 weeks. The painting and texturing crew (a different company) was scheduled to come in after them to finish the job.During this removal process, we couldn’t live in our house. Yet, we had plants in the backyard that still needed watering. When we arrived to our house, the crew had already left and our backdoor was left wide open and unlocked. This was very concerning because that left our house vulnerable to being robbed or vandalized. We of course locked the door and were concerned but tried not to focus on it.Anyways, we eventually received a call from the foreman saying that they finished the removal. It was right on scheduled time. We were very happy about this. However, when we arrived to the site to look at the removal, the crew had failed to remove the bookcase, wood stove pipe, and there was still asbestos present under the light fixtures and ceiling beams. When I noted these issues, the foreman seemed reluctant to fix it. He explained that he had a new crew working on our house and that they weren’t use to residential abatement. Yet, the foreman in his bid said that they could remove these items. Also, the ceiling beams and light fixtures still had asbestos texture present.Eventually, the foreman agreed to send another more experienced crew to remove the agreed upon items and contain the exposed asbestos areas. This forced us to live outside our house longer and pushed the painting crew behind. The foreman called us again saying that the crew completed the work. We went to the sight and again those items were still present. We also asked to have our house air quality tested each time to ensure that it was safe because, at this point, we didn’t trust this crew’s expertise. I will say Shannon was very obliging and helped us a lot with this. She was amazing.Overall, we were displaced from our house for almost two weeks longer because this crew had to keep redoing their work. When the job was finally finished we found the bookcase in a pile in our front yard and cigarette buds everywhere. It was a really hard journey made harder by this company’s crew. This company refused to compensate us the extra expense they cost us when they displaced us longer outside our house. They explained that they spent a lot of money having to retest the air quality each time they missed an item. I called a leading asbestos trainer in New Mexico and they said that air quality checks are considered standard to asbestos abatement. This company will debate otherwise but I’m going with the training expert. It’s serious stuff and causes cancer.
