As a business owner, I can say dealing with Dex Media has been one of the worst experiences ever. Not only was their work terrible (we had to design our first yellow pages ad because their model looked like a fourth-grader created it. After contacting them for months to cancel our account, they kept billing our credit card until we withdrew it from their billing system. Their customer service is a joke, at best. Do not buy any online marketing packages with them, either. You are wasting your money. I contacted them last November to cancel services, and here I am in May still dealing with their billing issues and incompetency. My law firm will not use Dex anymore in the future, and I will advise my peers that their money is wasted with Dex.
