Bought a washer, sadly it was bad, called Mr Byrd and he replaced it with a great washer that runs perfectly!! highly recommend!! thank you Mr Byrd..
Our fridge started getting hot last week and I did some research and thought I knew what it was but I didn’t have time to mess with it, my wife called him while I was working he made it out that day and unthawed it and it was working great, however I got home and the freezer wouldn’t open I’m in the service industry myself and have seen plenty bad guys so I thought he had it jammed, I called him after the weekend ended and he told me the track was frozen from our faulty ice machine letting out moisture, I needed to unplug it and thaw it and then it would open and I should grease it, I did what he said and it worked now everythings perfect. Saved us 2 thousand dollars for a new one. He was responsive and even drove by today to make sure we got it opened.
From my point of view it was a zero no return call or no answer
I purchased a stove from Lowe’s and had some problems. I had the extended warranty so I was told to call this company to schedule a repair. Worst suggestion ever! I called and off the top RUDE! Wouldn’t schedule an appointment and then complaining about why didn’t they have someone in my area to do the repair...REALLY!!
Always been a great help either fixing an appliance or having the right information .

Over a month ago my husband called re: washer/dryer stackable and he said he had one and had to check it out. He will call us back. My husband called him and he said had been busy havent checked yet. Two weeks went by called again said same thing. Called back last week got voice mail and left message. Never returned the call. Really disappointed and will not buy from him nor will I recommend his company.
Have a GE dishwasher that is under warranty, so I called GE and they scheduled a repair with these guys, but they never showed. Now Im glad they didnt come out after reading reviews
Charged us $165. Wrongly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. Did not show up until 7:30 on a Friday night, and asked us to be home at 4. Also, the fridge was immediately worse when they left and actually leaks continuously now. I called and pretty much got a tough luck response. Also when I called, they said it would be about 600 to fix next time, plus the great $75 service fee thats ridiculous.

Nothing but problems out of this man.Had a leak in air conditioner when he started, when he finished it was trashed. Been round and round with him, instead of doing something ugly I went and bought another one.Wouldnt recommend him to anyone
