I came here with a picture of a nail design I wanted and that is exactly what I got, the time it took to get my nails done was good. Went on a Sunday at noon and it was nice and quiet. Price was a bit high to me but idk how there pricing is determined... I got matte nails with 5 little jewels on each ring finger for $75 plus tip but again I love my set.

HORRIBLE ! I didn’t want my toe nails cuz because I always cut them the day before to the length that is comfortable for me. They cut my toe nails so short I’m surprised I’m not bleeding. There is polish all over my fingers & toes. I asked for squared nails & to keep my length “other then the normal filing & what not”& I got rounded super short nails that hurt because they are so short. They do not listen to what you want and I got all of this done in less then an hour. They don’t care about their job & could care less about being customer satisfaction.

They did an amazing job on my nails and I love them so much. I would recommend this place and I definitely will go back. But when I went my boyfriend paid for my nails and they said they were 55$ but I said no tip on card and gave them a 5$ tip in cash and it charged his card 66$.

Kim is such a wonderful and sweet person and she can do all kinds of designs just bring in a picture and she will do it, she also does amazing 3d nail art as well I love my nail lady and so does my 6 yr old daughter to.

Very professional atmosphere. I was happy with manicure and for the most part pedicure. If any suggestion, would be a little more attention to foot calluses. Otherwise great service! Would recommend!

I went in for a pedicure. My feet were dry and rough. I got the luxury pedicure and came out with my feet nearly as rough as I went in. They switched operators just as the one was going to start painting my toenails. The gal that took over realized my feet weren’t smooth so tried to make them better with a buffer and some cream. I am not very happy for what I got for the price. Probably will not go back again

The best parts about Kim nails & her crew have to be the time and effort she truly puts into giving you exactly what you want & she’s so sweet!! Today I went and got a green/yellow color on my acrylics with diamonds and am such a satisfied customer. (It won’t let me add the photo but here but check out her Facebook!)Honestly I’ve never had better experiences in a nail salon or felt someone cared as much as I do here. The atmosphere is beautiful & relaxing as well. 10/10!!!!Also went back today and Kim did an amazing job on my nails and diamonds too!!

Dont even bother making an appointment here because they tend to overbook. I had my feet soaking for almost 45 minutes before someone came to help me. The girl doing my nails ended up cutting my skin open trying to remove the previous gel! I had to tell her 3 different times that she cut me and didnt seem to care. One week later and my nails look like garbage! Waste of money!

I have been to kim nails many times and they never fail me! I have had multiple sets done here, pedicures, and even my lashes! The staff is so nice to me and I love them here! It is pricey, but I think you get your money’s worth. I got a full acrylic set that lasted me about 5 months with a few fills. Keep up the good work guys! Definitely the best addition to Albert Lea

I had an appointment I was told they were running behind which I understand that’s fine but when I received my manicure with dip powder it was rushed so unfortunately the quality of the job fell short so I waited all that time for a less than satisfactory job I’m disappointed because the time before they were also busy but did a satisfactory job still

Someone erased our appointment for a couple of big parties. I called on a Tuesday or Wednesday to schedule 2 Sunday appointments for our anniversary. When we arrived we were asked: what # did you call? I told him Kims. He asked when I called, I told him he said impossible! You didnt call! and I could come back in an hour. We drive 30 minutes to Kims last summer/fall and were always happy. We go to be pampered together. I was shocked at how he spoke to me so I just left and cried on the ride home.

I have had my nails done here many times, I have been impressed every single time. I get dip nails. I recommend Kim Nails for manicures and pedicures!

Went in for a manicure. One of the workers started on my nails and then left to do a pedicure so I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come finish my nails. I told the first worker that I did not want gel because I wasn’t going to keep it on long and needed it to be easy to get off. She did not relay this message to the second person, who put the bottom coat used for gel manicures on my nails. I reminded her that I did not want gel and she proceeded to paint regular polish over the gel bottom coat. So now I’m stuck here with a bottom coat of paint on my nails that I can’t get off after taking the regular polish off. Will NOT be going back.

I haven’t had my nails done in almost 10 years, so I was a little nervous but they turned out beautiful and I will definitely be going back! The staff was friendly and the prices weren’t too bad, a little higher than what I paid 10 years ago but that’s to be expected. Overall great experience!

Staff was very friendly but my nails were less than satisfactory. I wanted plain acrylics but they talked me into gel nails. I was told theyd be stronger and last longer, but also more expensive. The gel top coat was only applied to part of each nail and the polish peeled off in a sheet before I’d even driven all the way home. Nails were also very bumpy and uneven. None were the same shape. I spent $50 for nails that lasted less than an hour driving a car. Very disappointed, will not be coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are always low on staff and they do not take their time. I had an appointment at 2:00 and they did not sit me down to start doing my nails until 3:15. Not only that, but they also rushed my nails and didn’t even give me the full experience. As I was sitting there waiting for an hour and 15 mins I saw them applying lotion to other people’s hands and massaging their hands and taking their time, but I did not get any of that. Some of my other friends have also had the problem of not getting in when their appointment is supposed to be. To top it all off, they did not offer me any sort of discount after I wasted half of my day at this nail salon.

I totally LOVE this place! Mimi did an amazing job with my dip powder! She helped me choose my color and it was the perfect choice. I am so happy that we finally have a great nail place in Albert lea!

PLEASE ... stay away from this business. After 10 minutes in the chair for a pedicure my toes were bleeding in two separate places and still had old polish left on... Stopped the pedicure before any more damage was done. Was still charged $30.00 for bleeding toes.... If I could I would give it minus stars.

I went there for the first time, since Salinas Nail is no longer. I told him I want French Maniure, full set. And he gave me regular nails ($35) and charged me for French Nails ($45). Plus I told him I needed them shorter but he did not listen. I enjoyed it more with the previous owner, she listened and cared if you were satisfied. Guess I will find a different nail salon . Not happy with Kim Nails☹
