I went in for a fill the first time Ive been there in years and the sign says $15 for a fill so I was like in 20 to 25 dollars color and whatnot she tried to charge me $50 for just the fill it didnt even cost me that much to get a whole set done that looked a whole lot better. Theres nail polish all over my nails underneath and everything she filed them so they look long and thin which is not how they were before so why would she do that without asking I will never come back again

FAKE OWNER RESPONSE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH ANYONE THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO TALK TO.First off I dont know why I paid $115 for a full set and a pedicure. On top of it the nails have to many imperfections. I tried to contact them to fix it but did not hear anything backWhen I got through to a technician at the salon they just said were too busy with cant talk. Then I called back later and they just said what do you want me to do, what do you want me to do?. Did not feel comfortable like they wanted to make it right....Scared to go back now. When I called the salon today they were very rude.

I was very happy with my pedicure. She was friendly and did a very complete job of cleaning cuticles, painting nails and a great foot and leg massage.

The Nail Tech did a great job.She is a true artist. My toes look really good, very uniform and I like that!

Horrible customer service. Do Not Recommend. They do not listen to what each customer is saying and or wanting, just rush you threw and slap a charge on it. When I arrived I explained that I had lost 4 nails in 2 days, just popped off completely. Told them 5xI was not going to pay for them to fix their mistake. He said yes and agreed during 2 phone calls before I showed up, 1x when at counter, 1x before I sat down at table end again before she started! Each time they said yes ok. So when she was done and I was getting ready to leave they said I needed to pay! I repeated myself another time that this was their application that was wrong. When my daughter and I were leaving he chased us down and still demanded payment. They said I have nail I pay for nail. After arguing with me and claiming I was lying and he asked (no one in particular in the store) if they’d heard my claims. So he claims I never told them. I even had to ask another customer for confirmation (who was there when I got there and when I was leaving) if I’d communicated I wasn’t going to pay and turns out I wasn’t lying. Infact she heard me say multiple times I wasn’t going to pay for them to fix they’re mistakes and them blindly agreeing without actually listening to their clients. So after they got caught in their lie I front of 5+ customers, they had to let me go. And to think they were charging me more to fix, then I originally paid for them to do.

I wouldn’t get my finger nails done here. They come out too thick. Unfortunately the nail techs charge more than their posted prices. I tried to go back to give this place another try but it has been two horrible experiences. Once your nails are done they try to say that you owe them for a bunch of other things that you didn’t ask for. I asked and paid for a ten minute massage with my pedicure and I timed it and she gave me four minute massage.

I loved how my nails turned out but definitely upset about how I was treated the cost was 130 I gave her 140 in cash counted it out in front of her then she counted it out in front of me she walked back to the register then came back and said I didn’t give her enough and that I owed her 10 I said are you sure I counted it and so did you before you walked back there she said she only got 120 so me being me I gave her another 20 and expected my change back and she said it was 140 instead of 130. Not to mention 3 nails popped off 2 days after. Definitely will not return. But cute designs

Worst nail salon experience of my life. 20 plus minutes late getting started even with an appointment. He was rushing and uninterested in making sure I got what I wanted. Many people came in with appointments they were clearly unaware of and had to wait or come back later. I expressed concern many times during the appointment and it was met without care. He blamed the results of my full set on my nails and not his work which was insulting and unbelievable. The salon is dirty and they use the same non-sanitized equipment, files and even towels over and over again on each person. I have never felt compelled to write a review and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was really bad. I’m upset I paid for these and now I need to figure out how to get them off.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they were in such a rush to get finished for the day. I couldn’t relax. Grant it I. Was there at 6:00 pm and closing time was at 7:00 pm if they are in such a hurry to get out of there they should post a last appointment timeAccepted at5:00 or5:30

My friend and I went into Kay nails to get manicures and pedicures. I had acrylics on from a previous salon in a different town, which i wanted off. They “took off” my old acrylics but they were still on. I still paid for it but they were never taken off. They also kept changing the prices of what we had to pay for. We were told the manicure and pedicure were both 30 dollars. We needed up paying 95 dollars at the end. I had put off writing a review here until i recently got an infection in my toe which started a few days shortly after our experience at the salon. Which has me believe it is from kay nails. I have no proof that any of the tools they used were clean, so i do not recommend going here.

Lynn did a amazing job (might have spelt her name wrong) she was super patient while doing my nails turned out amazing I tipped her 15 how good she did I recommend her if you do go to Kay’s was super reasonable about the price I just got medium length acrylics (white) they are so clean looking!!!

I came here today to get my nails done for my wedding, had a group of us and they were so incredible. Friendly, hilarious and amazing at what they do. I would recommend to anyone!Thank you to everyone who made today very special for us, you guys are amazing.

Friendly staff.it has been a revolving door as far as staff. Nobody knows who is in charge. Everyone seems to be In training now. Nobody is a pro yet.

I came here to get my acrylics off and get a normal manicure. The lady who did my nails made me bleed and was very rough and it was the most painful experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. The nail polish was bumpy and they got wrecked before I even left, and it all chipped off just a few days later. I also asked for the cheapest pedicure and they gave me the most expensive one. One of the workers was taking a nap in the massage chair and when the lady finished my nails, while i was getting my feet done she took her mask off and went on her phone. One of the workers was taking a picture of me getting everything done and didn’t ask my permission. This was the second time i’ve come here and before, I got my acrylics filled but there were a lot of bubbles under the polish and the shape was not what I wanted.

It’s always so fun to come in here. They aren’t just there to do your nails, they let you enjoy it and talk with you too!! They always do what I ask and always make my nails look incredible!! My favorite is the dipping powder and they have a HUGE selection. I’ve tried other nail places and no one compares to them. I’ve had to bring my infant son in with me a few times and they don’t make me feel bad about it at all. They love seeing him!!

Unorganized and unsanitary. The man who did my sisters nails was EATING before he started working and never washed his hands. Some of the ladies were rude and tried to persuade customers to get something else done for a higher price. The nail work itself was okay and prices were sort of affordable. If you can go somewhere else, I would recommend it.

Definitely not worth the money. Very poor salon etiquette. Spent 80.00 for Mani/pedi and I will have to repaint my nails because they were wrecked before I left. Basically they put polish on, not gel either, basic. Wont be visiting again. Not even any lotion with the manicure?? Waste of my time and my money.

I have NEVER had a place that could get rid of the awful calluses I have on my heals!! They are COMPLETELY gone!!! Tommy is amazing🤗🤗! However, I also love Ellie and Tom and the rest of the M.A.T.T.E crew! I cannot recommend this nail salon more👍👍👍

This was one of my favorite experiences having my nails done. All prices were stated up front so I could make informed choices. I will definitely be back!

First of all, I made an account just to post this because I wish someone would of told us. I miss the old workers. Hadn’t gotten my nails done in over a year and was so excited that I made an appointment a month in advance to get them done before my baby is due. Not happy with our experience. The lady was just so rushed it was ridiculous. Was way overpriced, didnt explain pricing before. Thought it would be $35 for our toes not $50! didn’t listen to what you wanted for shape on your fingers. Unsanitary, cross-contamination like crazy. Very rough. She was in such a hurry I have a crooked nail and after I found out how crazy priced it was I asked them to Atleast fix it they filed it for a moment and called that good. At that point we just wanted to get out. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend to go.

Came in today for pedicure, I have points I earned from soooo many visits, they would not redeem my points.i payed full price.what is is the point if they wont let you use them...

I went in to get acrylic full set nails, and they charged me 50 dollars and said because they were gel nails. As far as I know the gel nails are with a gel like product not powder. For making an extra 20 dollars they lost a potential loyal customer. I hate feeling ripped off and not getting my hard earned moneys worth!

I am on my husbands account, I went to this nail shop and received very poor service. The chair was broken and pushed out, so I was not even sitting comfortably and only vibrated didnt fully massage. Also when they went to callous file ended up splitting my toe open and I have a sore on my heel from them filing too hard. I do not recommend this place to anybody if you treasure your feet and nails, dont go here and they charge ridiculous price.

Hey Ive been coming here for a year and im horribly disappointed my nails dont look like the photo and there is a chunk of towel in. Them never even asked me what shape i wanted horrible customer service and if i could give it zero i would so sad that Ive came here for years and never had this happen

Garbage place for nails the owners are just rude to customers. Especially when you are a walk in. Last time I was there the employee said they had time for me to my nails but then the owner turn to him and said look at him and shook his head no. So that employee proceed to ask him what will work then. Owner go and say to me sorry tomorrow and that they had no time. All I needed was a basic manicure and pedicure and there was employee standing around doing nothing so i thought i would bring them some business. But I guess the owners dont want that, well Ill take my business else where. As I walked out I could hear them talking about me and giving me the stink eye. Thank you to the gentlemen for trying to get me in. Hopefully youre boss would be less rude to customers.

Im on my husband account saying what I have to say about what Ive observed about this shop. To me I may not understand their language but it seems to me that the owners at this shop like to give a lot of grief to their employees for example the tone of their voice towards the newer employees that had recently shown up out of nowhere. Since they seem new I notice that they are a lot slower than the other and trying to get the hang of the job, but it seems like they are always rushed to finish customers. To me no one in this business should feel rushed to finish client, in this business it should be quality work so that way you make customers comeback. That same day that I was there I hear on of the girls in the front table instructing one of her technicians on how to do a manicure correctly but the way she approached it was overboard. Yelling and embarrassing the technician is not the way to go about things. Then there is the guy in front I dont know about other females around here, but my experience with him seems a bit off, its creepy, and I feel like the way he talks to is to sexual. All in all this is what I see so far from my multiple observations. I will be going to other nail shops and make comparisons on what they do and how they service their customer, by their manners and actions.

Never going back again! Employees are very rude and poor job. They rush to get things done and bad quality of job.I even told the girl that one of my nails was longer at one end and she just said “that’s okay”....well guess what no tip for you and never coming back!
