Its hard to find someone to help u. We had a cart with 10 bags of pea gravel rocks. Luckily my daughter was with me to help load them on the back of my truck. Its like they run and hide from the customers. My daughter had to help this one man load a toilet on his cart. They need to step it up when customers need help.

Was in and it in no time. I went in close to closing time to grab a few items. Due to using a military discount, I needed a cashiers assistance. As I waited in line at the self check out area, the cashier helped multiple customers at once, including getting additional items for one, and still didnt have us using discounts wait for long. She was very efficient and made my quick trip just that, quick. Also, the item I went to get more of was a great deal and fantastic value and made me even happier.

Lowes Albany, Ga. Called ahead, to see if they had the windows that we saw online. They did have them, gave my name, they put them on a pallet. Walked in, picked some shims and window tape. Paid in and out 6 minutes. One of the best trips to lowes ever. What I noticed was the number of employees to help people, friendly, acted as though they cared. Refreshing!

Use lowes on a daily basis always have the parts i need and a very friendly staff they all learn their isomers and always speak

Went shopping for Shingles and some other stuff, was surprised to find what I was looking for at a lower price than the hardware store next door (By a few dollars). Beware if youre shopping for lumber right now though as prices are through the roof, but its that way anywhere you go. We cant blame the stores for it as that is solely the fault of the Lumber Mills from what Ive read. Employees are nice and helpful also so I have no problem giving Lowes five stars.

When I asked you where something was, you didnt tell me half way up aisle X on the left. You physically led me to what I was looking for (even half way across the store) and made sure I had my hands on it. When I asked How are you?, you didnt just say fine and go about your business. You engaged in a little genuine conversation and cracked a few jokes with me while leading me to my next item. When you were clocking out and I had a question, you didnt say, So-and-so will be back to help you in a moment. You stopped what you were doing to answer my question and help me get what I needed. If you love to just go for a walk, then this is the place for you! None of the employees are ever restocking the shelves. When you ask employees for help, they say that is not my section that you will have to ask someone in the section. There’s never anybody in said section! I highly suggest you use a different retail to find the goods that you are wanting to purchase. Because odds are they have it in stock just won’t help you find it nor or they willing to look for it. They probably don’t have it either way they just don’t check their inventory. 🤬🤬🤬

If you love to wait 3 weeks for an appliance that was promised within one week at time of purchase, this is the retail establishment for you! If you love waiting on hold 6 different times in one day to track down said appliance, this is the retail establishment for you! If you enjoy hanging out at the curb for employees to come out with your items whenever the heck they feel like it, this is the retail establishment for you! All in all, if you love getting the runaround and dealing with kaka in general, your search is over... head to Lowes for a top of the line crummy experience!

My favorite home improvement place. Bought a refrigerator and was promised it was in stock. When I came to pick it up it was gone. They upgraded me to the best samsung 4 door unit for free and included my warranty. Now that will keep me out of the orange store.

This particular location is in need of some new management and leadership, and Ill avoid going back if at all possible. I mean, the assistant I was finally able get after having to go up front to request came to me with no Lowes vest or identification on. Is this even an option? Plain and simple, they need some help, boundaries, and guidance.

Its Lowes but so you go there for supplies or flowers for me I shop the clearance rack and most flowers just need water and they are back but the downside you can never get help and trying to get the military discount is like pulling teeth they need a better system

There inventory is great. But, it is infuriating to have to go in search of a cart to put lumber, plywood, or concrete on every time!! And this is nothing new. I’ve been dealing with this for years. This is my only hang up with this store but, for me, it’s a big one.

This was a good Lowes. They had a decent selection of the things we were looking for! No one was overly friendly, though they werent rude either. Good size parking lot. The road its on seems fairly busy, but it wasnt terrible to get in and out.

Several calls trying to reach appliances. Last call I was on hold for 31 minutes and finally decided to hang up. Typical Albany shi$@y customer service. Ordered something 8/7 that was supposed to be in on 8/15. Today is 8/18 and I cant even find out where my damn purchase is. Tempted to file suit for fraud /breach of contract just to make a point.

I was there today 0406/2021. I was having trouble trying to decide what type of push mower I needed for my yard. I was confused; I did not understand the differences, so an associate named Colt stopped what he was doing and assisted me with the products. He explained to me what I needed and what I had to do to maintain the lawnmower. Also, the customer service agent Lai-Lai was fantastic. Even though phones were ringing off the hook and many people were waiting, she still carried outstanding professionalism. Professionalism, communication, and knowledge of the products are characteristics I admire in a store. Keep up the excellent work. Thank You!

Super nice employees so helpful. I was so surprised that every one knew where to find things. Not once were told Im not sure. Bathroom nice and clean with multiple stoles. An check out was so fast and easy. An nice employees even loaded heavy items in to my truck for me. I will most definitely shop here again!

I AM STILL WAITING. 4/26/2021 updated. Now have been sent wrong cabinets. 5/28/21 still NO countertops. Left with no knowledge of whats going on!

If you are shopping in the store and you actually see the product and can buy it right then, youre good, but if you order online...you will never see the item. My advice, save your money, shop somewhere else.

I go to Lowes quite a bit and I appreciate that Lowes offers all military veterans a 10% discount. I also appreciate the variety of inventory. I bought most everything I needed to get my house live-in ready at Lowes. The employees are always helpful when I have a question or cant find an item. Thank you.

Ive always liked Lowes and Home Depot but Lowes needs to step it up a little bit maybe get some internship going on because Home depots got them way beat on that category needs a little improvement and I wish they carried some Ryobi stuff but they do have a great selection of fixtures for remodels for baths and kitchens stuff to that effect

Lotta empty bins and boxes in the electrical department with full boxes overhead and no one around to help. I scrounged around and found what I needed in mismarked boxes. I would have left if it werent for my veterans discount. Seems to be happening often there.

Ive always liked shopping at Lowes and my most recent experience with them was better than it has been in several years I was looking for something and didnt have any problems with getting help locating b/c there was Lowes employees in every department and all I had to do was ask someone and they immediately went to trying to help me .

We Ordered a refrigerator on 11/20/20 they had 5 in stock but could not deliver until 11/30 I work out of town so I had it set up to deliver on 12/4 between the hours of 12-4. I called at 1245 on 12/4/20 to check on the order status due to not hearing from them. I was told at that time that the product had not been picked up yet. At 245 I received a voice mail stating that the refrigerator was not in stock and would not be back in stock until January I called and spoke with the assistant manager who told me that they had a negative amount of these refrigerators and would not be able to deliver until January. He also said another store had several and he would call them and see if he could get one from them but it would be a couple of weeks until it could be delivered. These people are selling things they dont have this is fraudulent business practices. I will not buy anything else from Lowes especially the poor customer service that exists in Albany Ga. I will continue to try and contact corporate Im sure they are unaware this particular store is driving their name in the mud. Order number 711719415. It has been 45 minutes and we have not heard from the Albany store manager that was going to call us right back

Had to ask 3 different people to find one item. The first told me where it was and wouldnt show me (it wasnt there). The second acted like I was bothering him, the third finally showed me where it was. The second item I needed a man was called over the intercom to help me and he never showed up. The service gets worse everytime I go.

Trying to get someone to help you at this Lowes location is a joke. Customer service is non-existent and the return policy is absolutely absurd. If you try to return something past 30 days prepare to be disappointed even if you have the receipt and the product was never used still in its original packaging.

Will never order anything off the app on line again. If it’s not in store I’ll go elsewhere. Was looking for curbside pickup to be in in 3 days. How about a week and still waiting.... this has held up a job as we wait. Certainly not as advertised.

They had everything I needed except a way to pay quickly and get out. I know that a lot of people hate self-checkout but I prefer to have that option for me to decide. The problem with how all of the Lowes I have been in have is too many people wanting to check out and not enough cashiers running a register. Besides the checkout situation, they usually have what I am looking for and at a affordable price.
