For some reason they arent following Linn County mask requirements. None of them have the empathy required, or all the guys there are too afraid of peer pressure to wear masks to protect their customers. They dont meet the legal allowances for not wearing a mask, unless typing on keyboard to get me my receipt is a valid excuse. It legitimately scares me that they dont care enough to protect customers from covid and makes me concerned over the shape of their equipment due to their lack of understanding of reality. I wont be back and will drive much further for the same machines.I hope youre not Christians, because Jesus would hate you guys and your lack of empathy for the sick.

Got a trailer quickly but the crew was very blunt and rude and were not very helpful. Pretty much they were like this is what you get, deal with it.

These guys are awesome! They were able to hook me up with a car carrier on short notice and their prices are excellent. It did have an issue with the left turn signal and they tried to fix it at the time but werent able to. I appreciated the effort though. I got to my destination and needed help operating it and when i called, I got right through and the guy was able to tell me how to operate it. When I returned it early, they pro-rated it and gave me a credit. They will be my go-to from now on.

A female co-worker of mine went in to get a tool that this business forgot to give her, and was subsequently harassed by other customers and the employees. They went on to try to put the chain back on for her, and when she got back to us she had to re-do it and tighten it due to their incompetence. To top this off, none of the employees were wearing masks, which is unsafe under OHA 2288K guidance, and disrespectful to all of their customers; regardless if we disagree on politics, COVID-19 is no joke, with 238 confirmed cases in Linn County and 10 deaths. We will NOT be using this location again, as their manner is misogynistic, disrespectful, and lacking in overall customer service.

They gave me great instructions on how to work the equipment. I considered their prices fair and the trailer worked very well for my needs. Easy to drive through yard. Prefect! These guys are great. Looking through their stock of equipment is amazing. Everything you need they have it. I rented a dump trailer, jackhammer and a mini trackhoe. Everything worked perfectly. Trackhoe was a little scratched here and there expected from public use but was in mostly top condition. Dump trailer was almost new. Open 7 days a week. Wow, Who does that??... Returned the equipment Sunday morning. Same guys I seen there all week long. Good job guys. Hard working guys there. I will recommend to others and probably be back many times. Thanks again.

Rented a one person fence post auger At Albany rental’s it didn’t work try talking to the people at the counter and in the back nobody seem to be that interested so I drove all the way from Sweet Home to Albany and pay 50 bucks to go home and have it not work and drive all the way back here and drop it off and still have to pay 50 some dollars

A very pleasant experience. I needed a small manlift to change a lightbulb and they had exactly what I needed. The rental process was fast without excessive training, paperwork or hidden fees. The prices on the website were almost exactly what I was charged with the additional 2% rental tax from the state. Overall a rather pleasing experience.

The equipment I have rented has been reasonably priced and functional. Customers should be warned that with a 4 hour rental you will actually only get about 3 hrs. They require you to go into the office and start your rental, then sit in you car in a line for ~30 minutes waiting to receive the piece of equipment. You then have to sit in another line to return the equipment before getting credit for checking it back in.

I checked with the others and Albany Rental was more cost effective. For excavator and hydro tiller. Smooth deals.

I am a business owner and I own just about every tool and machine possible to do my job effectively. Sometimes I need a $35,000.00 boom lift to do my job safely and effectively. Regardless of where the project site is located I rent from Albany Rental. I dont have time for BS, hidden fees or poorly maintained equipment. I know I will get great service from Paul and his staff. That reason right there is worth traveling from Monroe, OR to pick up heavy equipment and transport it to Eugene, OR. I know Albany Rental will take care of me. UPDATE: June 26thAfter three rentals with this company being hit or miss, I decided to rent from them a 4th time in hopes that my opinion would change. Upon informing them of my name and address they had flagged my account for my prior google review of their work and would put me back to rental status if I did something about it. As a wife, mother, property developer and Army veteran I can honestly say I will never rent from here and will refer everyone I know elsewhere.Ive rented from here 3 times. The first time was an excavator and the driver almost hit my dog, the second time was fine and lastly after calling to check on the status of my third rental the customer service over the phone was appauling. Its hit or miss with these guys but expect rude customer service and an unprofessional demeanor.

Best place to RENT any equipment

Used to work for them til they fired me for working on my car (on my break) The customer service up front sucks. Had multiple customers complain about them being rude they are very unproffesional about alot of things and need to have more inspections by OSHA or something. All their drains are illegal because they drain into both neighbor properties around them and alot of their stuff isnt up to par like it should be. Dangerous place to work for with no safety regulations at all except try not to hurt yourself and no actual training videos or anything are shown to assure you how to use equiptment safely or anything like that. And not much comunnication between boss and employees... Over half of the building and the way its ran are illegal!
