I agreed to a 6 treatment service. It was supposed to be done every 4-6 weeks and the second treatment was 8 weeks later. There was no problem with weather at that time. A tech came out and investigated but I got no response from TRU GREEN. I called and complained and was offered $15 off future treatments with no offer to repair damage. I had a virtual conversation and sent pictures over a month ago and received no response. I’ve had two calls offering more service and complained again to no avail. TRU GREEN will kill your grass for you and never offer to remedy the situation.

I needed to ask the technician one simple question that would have required a less than 30 second phone conversation. After calling the TruGreen phone number multiple times with the phone rep promising me that someone would call me back… no one ever called back. This is not worth the frustration. I will be cancelling my service and going through another company. They couldn’t return my call that would have taken less than a 30 second response. I really wanted to like this company and I set my hopes too high. If you have poor customer service then you have absolutely nothing to offer.Good Luck with that.

Absolute worst company on the planet. Called 5 different times and got 5 different answers. Poorly trained employees who have no concept of their own systems and policies. I cancelled with them years ago and went local for my annual lawn care needs. Needed a core aeration done this year and trugreen were the only ones who could fit me in. After constant wrong information from their employees I just cancelled and am renting the equipment to do it myself. Will NEVER give them a chance again for any type of service.

Consistent with the other recent reviews - my lawn has never looked so bad! I have spoken to four different representatives and have yet to have someone come out to address the invasive weed, crab grass and nut-sedge that is mass multiplying in my yard.Each contact yields a different promise. A service manager will be out to meet with you and discuss the issues in your lawn is what one will promise. Next person - no, they dont get involved; the technician can handle it they have everything they need. If the technician can handle it why do I have the problem?? The technician should have been handling it all along. I had these issues before the last visit and now they are worse.Installed a ring doorbell, will now be able to see if they actually treat the lawn or just place the signs and receipt. I prepaid this year but wont be renewing. Dont waste your money - it will cost more to fix it when it gets out of control.

I enjoy using Tru Green because they text you when they will be there, they come and do their business, and leave you a receipt at the door. You dont have to be home and they dont bother you.

Set up service, credit card was billed. No one showed up, it’s been 2 weeks and they are claiming I didn’t finish setting up an account. No one has gotten back to me, been on hold with 5 different people to figure this out. Definitely will be using a different company for service.*6/2/21* UpdateThey refunded the money to my account but also said I never paid or set up service, not sure how that works but I got my money back. Definitely won’t be making the mistake of contacting them for future work.

The salesperson came to my house told me I would be paying a certain amount, then they came to my house my account was charged more than twice that amount. I called immediately and canceled. That was in June. I got a call from trugreen in July about tree bugs I might have (I don’t have trees in my yard) I told that person I don’t have trees and I canceled my service. I get home one day in august and they did a service and charged my account! I called and they said they would cancel my service. I got home the other day and they came again!!!! They charged my account over $100! I called them and they assured me my account was now definitely canceled and they would issue a refund for the last two services. That was 9/13. My account was charged 9/14 after I spoke to them on the 13th. I called today and no one knows anything about a refund and it takes 48 hours to hear back. I have never in my life dealt with such a mess of a company. It seems no one knows what they are doing.

Our lawn has turned into a nightmare. The technician came and applied fertilizer. The chemical damaged our lawn so badly that you can actually see the path that the technician walk. I contacted TruGreen by phone several times asking for assistance and was told theyd put in a service call for a supervisor to come out. I also reached out to them via Facebook. Today a note was left on our door saying they did an assessment (but didnt knock, citing COVID, also didnt call) and notated things like crabgrass. They also provided tips for the lawn, such as leaving it longer in the heat (which we do), providing ample water (which we do), but ignoring the condition that the lawn was in, as seen in the pictures. This has been extremely disappointing.

My lawn has never looked as bad as it does now. Zero communication with local branch, you just get a central call center that gives you the typical scripted answers. I was no showed for an appointment, I had to call 3 days in a row to get a service date, they said it would have to be 2 weeks out.. I cancelled the service. Three days later after I cancelled I get an email that a service is scheduled for the next day. I called again told them not to come that the service was cancelled. They showed up anyway unauthorized after they were told not to. Their reply, “we are so sorry, not sure how that happened” This might be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If I could give negative stars I would.

Would never recommend this company to anyone! Initially both my husband and I (on different calls) were told the date our first service would be done. No one showed up that day. Waited a week and called the company. Technician showed up a week later on a rainy day. We were originally told that it cant be done on rainy days, but technician said it was ok. We cant see where the application did anything for the lawn. I then received a call 2 weeks later that our next treatment was going to be on 5/27. Guess what? No one showed up. A week later and still no one showed up. I called the person who said she was my account contact and got a voice mail. I left a message to cancel the service. I would not deal with a company that operates in this manner. So thankful I did not pay in advance for the services!

First time they never showed and I didnt get noticed till the day that they didnt show till after 10:45. The second time they showed and after 10 minutes maybe 15 the girl just left no explanation didnt tell she was leaving just left. I would not recommend these people at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I pre-purchased a six treatment Lawn care plan. they did one April 24th, June 18th, then not again until August 25th. I had complained multiple times to no avail. I had burned spots I suspect was from over fertilizing in spots on my lawn and now my lawn is full of weeds. Never a treatment for over 2 months in the growing season!!! Then they were going to come and treat the weeds, and NO, all they did was an lawn insect control (grubs) which were already treated for at an additional cost back on June 18th. I read the ticket. No weed control. Awful company with the worst customer service. Customer service only routes you to a call center. DONT DO IT. If you value your lawn dont use this company!! I had been a multiple year customer...as they bought out Lawn Dawg...and gave them more than enough chances. I feel so gullible. my Lawn has never looked so bad! I will contact the better business bureau. As they do not hold up their end of the contract.

Well since they just burned my lawn with lines going all around I do not recommend using them at all because they are severely incompetent and I watch them on video every time they come and they never cover your whole lawn they do many shortcuts but this last one where they burnt severe lines in my lawn I am done with them. and after calling them to complain about the burns its been over a week and a half and theres no resolution to the issue.

This company is awful. Terrible. My lawn looks the worst I have ever seen it and after 4 calls to customer Service I still can not talk the local branch who is giving me this terrible service. I watched them on my camera literally not treat vast parts of my lawn and just leave. Stay well clear, this is rip off and you will regret service from the Albany branch

I paid for a series of 6 treatments and so far this year, they have only come and done two treatments and it is almost September. Our lawn is full of weeds that we expected would be better controlled with more frequent treatments. I have also noticed that they only come out when I call or contact them.

Well - after using Lawn Dawg for years (which was then bought by Truegreen) I can say with confidence that the quality of the service has gone downhill in the last few years - the nadir of which was yesterday - when the tech put a tag on our door notifying us of the service he had just completed and yet - no service was completed at all! I was at home and witnessed them drive up, place the tag - and drive away. I got in the car - chased them down - asked why they didnt service the property - and was told that they sprayed a few weeds back by the pool. (I doubt this very much). I asked them to come back and they said that the work order didnt permit them to come back - that I would have to call the office. I called and the CSR said that he would have them come back and would have a regional manager call me to resolve the matter. They didnt come back and I got no phone call.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Ive been doing my own lawn for years and decided to free up some of my time and hire what I thought was a professional. Within 3 months time, they destroyed my yard and all of my hard work. I have more weeds, clover, dandelions than i ever had along with brown spots and bare patches. Everytime you call the local number, you get the main office and all is they do is apologize and say someone will call you. Of course the local office never calls so you have to call back several times. Eventually you get a sales person that calls trying to sell you more services to fix the problem that they created! Then I called back again and the main office tries to give me services for 1/2 price instead of resolving the problem they created for free. Do not let tru green touch your lawn because they will destroy it. I dont know how to add pictures here or I would show you. I cancelled my service and now I have years to fix the damage they caused :(

I am very disappointed with the service that I received from TruGreen. I paid in advanced for the whole year lawn care by TruGreen. They supposed to reseed and patch areas of the lawn that was damaged. They did one application but no reseeding or patching. In a week lawn was covered completely by dandelions. Contacted TruGreen, they told they will take care of it the week after. No body showed up on the confirmed appointment day. by then my lawn looked more yellow than green. contacted company again. they apologized and said our general manager in Albany NY will contact you in a day or so and we will reschedule. I waited another 3 days but no call and no response. I finally cancelled my contract with TruGreen today. Maybe in other location they have a better service but surely not in Albany area. You will get polite people on the phone but surely will not get help with your lawn. I never again give my business to TruGreen

I paid for two treatments. They put down one. Had to call them to get my second. Originally called to get crab grass treatment. The people you speak to have no interest in what you are interested in just what they want to sell you. I was looking for help all I received was smoke up my bottom. Really disappointing experience.

Poor customer service. They say they will call you back, never do. Last year fertilized lawn and ended up burning it. Told me I was mowing too short. I mow at 31/2 inches all year. They also tell you they are doing one service and they end up doing anotherI am very dissatisfied with this company, not worth the money.

I keep getting advertising emails in regards to TruGreen. Opted out several times and even called them to them know of my disgust with getting these advertisements. Used TruGreen for lawn care a few years ago and ended up going with Apex lawn care, whose products are safe for animals.

Trugreen may provide the cost savings, but do yourself a favor and spend the extra money with a local company who cares about your lawn. Case-in-point, They just sprayed my lawn with Fertilizer. Problem is the lawn is covered in leaves, so they sprayed my leaves with fertilizer, Gee Thanks! Rather than come to my door and say Hey looks like you havent had a chance to rake, would you like to reschedule? They sprayed the leaves. UNREAL.

Do not use this company. Much like the other reviews- they are great at taking your money- really good at it- and will even give you a lower rate as they did with me to get my money. Their follow through and customer service is the worst around- please save your money- this company is much more interested in taking your money and hoping you stay quiet to get nothing or very little in return. They came to my house once after I paid and only after I had to remind them- then never showed again. When I called they said whoops. I asked for my money back and am still waiting.

Do not use TruGreen. I paid in full for tree and shrub services and lawn application services. I paid for 7 lawn applications and 5 tree and shrub applications. So far I had 3 lawn applications done since June. Each month I was scheduled, the service ended up being rescheduled, and it had nothing to do with the weather. One time it was a mistake in the scheduling, 2nd time the technician could not find the house, and apparently just moved on to the next location, the 3rd time, after viewing my camera’s, areas of my lawn were not done, had to wait 2 weeks for the technician to come back to finish that application.If you want the job done right, I try to be home, but that is next to impossible because they will give you a time frame of 5 hours, example...technician will be arriving between 7 am and noon. Then noontime comes, no technician, then the time frame extends to 12 to 6. It’s ridiculous.The customer service is rude, tries to talk over you, they have no way to see where and when the technician will arrive at your home? Really? Very poorly run company if you do not know exactly where your employees are located.Trying to get a refund on the remaining applications and it has been a nightmare.Extremely dissatisfied.

We used them once before. Our bad. Same bad service. They lie, lie, lie. We had a kid come and never did the back yard, but claimed he did when asked. I watched the one from start to quick finish. As soon as his little ear bud phone went off he crouched in my driveway to talk because apparently his phone call was more important. That was the end of my service for the day. Never even did the side, never finished the front. Half a _ _ ed job. I even took photos. Customer service sucks. Promises, promises, no delivery. Our lawn looks like hell. I swear they water the stuff down. Never again. You have to fight to get your money back. Our advice, find another company.

Worst Customer ServiceAfter 17 years of being a client, I am horrified with True Green. My lawn looks terrible and I can’t get a callback. I have literally tried to call 7 times and have not gotten a return call. Today I tried an 8th time and was put into a voice mail that was FULL when I called to cancel my service. When I did get a live person I was told that a manager will ABSOLUTELY call me because my lawn now has damage.I plan to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! First of all, it is now August and we just recd our second pesticide application. We paid for 6!! I guess their 6th application will be in November???? Ha ha. They are the ones laughing all the way to the bank!!!!Secondly, the enthusiasm while applying fertilizer and pesticide doesnt inspire confidence in their seriousness of their job.Swish swish and they are done.Third, give me a break. They came 3 times & put down chemicals down (seems someone else wasnt getting their service!). 3 weeks after I reported this they came out to evaluate . I told them they chemically burned my lawn, they said it was dried out & I didnt water. Hmm! I have an in ground sprinkler system on a timer. Also said the large weeds I showed them on front lawn they said was just a different kind of grass. I wish I could post pictures because my son pulled the giant weeds out in the gapping holes I now have in my lawn, there are numerous grubs. Funny that I paid for that service also. My neighbors do nothing with their lawns & it seems I have paid numerous dollars to have the worst kawn. Think twice before you sign up for any services

Same exact as everyone else...they schedule appointments don’t show up...they have weed control in pouring rain which doesn’t work and then they tell us to call in a week to reschedule we have done that and promised they would be back within 2 days, No one showed up...you always have to call to get scheduled and then they make excuses as to why you were not scheduled or contacted about why you haven’t been scheduled...google review they always say please contact to discuss issues but have tried that multiple times and just get the same run around about oh it’s scheduled next week, again to not show up.

Do not use this company RIPE OFF! I have to constantly call to get Trugreen to come out and service my lawn. They cancel appointments then push out for another week. Can never talk to anyone at the local office have to deal with Corporate office who always say they put in the request but no one ever gets back. Promised applications every 4-6 weeks currently going on 8 weeks since last application. Had to call 5 times in one week just to get someone out for mosquito defense application.

I’d leave 0 stars if it’d be possible. We hired them two years on the raw. We started with lawn plan for grub prevention/control and ended up buying almost every single plan they were selling, including tree and shrub plan, etc. Both years they fell miserably and their excuse was that they didn’t guess correctly what was needed for that year and promised to fix it next year. Our lawn and trees looked poorly. Multiple times I caught them just placing the yellow prevention flags around the lawn and leaving their visit “summary” on my door, without applying treatment, including the winterizing application. While they were “applying” their treatments (just placing around the flags) I was watching them from my windows.... When I reached their manager to address the issue, he apologized and said that he was unaware that was happening. He came to my house to inspect the lawn himself, but nothing was done. The excuse was that it was “too late for this season, we’ll fix it next year”, thus I needed to BUY their services every year with a promise that the issue will be fixed the following year. Furthermore, my husband started “caring” for the lawn (twice a year grub/fertilizer application, and winterizing) using products from Home Depot/ Lowe’s, while the threes/shrubs were left alone, guess what... the lawn and trees look so much healthier and no more grubs... Many of my neighbors dropped their services too. Think twice before hiring this company.

From my experience they have been for poor at best. Never on time, never on schedule. Have missed appointments with no notification. Have technicians that can’t back up a pick up truck and needed help getting out of a double driveway. Don’t know how they even past their state license for driving or apply chemicals.Scheduling is nonexistent. The only reason I have them is that they took over for lawn dog. This will be my last year with them if it lasts that long. Weeds have been the worst in 10 years, and some of the neighbors lawn’s who didn’t get any service or fertilizer are better than mine. I expected a lot more out of this company and have had to continually call and set up appointments.I have had to ask what type of fertilizer they were even using. Wish there was something I could say that was great and the only thing that comes to mind is over the past two years is that two of the temporary technicians have been wonderful and applied the right amount of fertilizer but unfortunately for the weed killer it was too late in the season. Billing is an issue with double billing, even double applications at the end of the year for other family members because of their scheduling problems.Would not recommend at all. The only reason I continued was because of health issues and could not walk the property pushing the spreader. The price was equivalent to me buying my own product from Home Depot or Lowe’s.I was scheduled for a shrub application for bugs yesterday between eight and one. No one ever showed or called. When asked a question, hes always knowledgeable and able to provide understandable responses, with a smile on his face. I prepaid in 2017 for a year of service. Received no documentation in what I was singing up for. They have an online login to customer portals but no documentation on policies, so I went on the word of the salesperson. I was told all services are guaranteed.I was advised to use the website to keep track of my bills and my remaining services.After 2 services, I called about not seeing much of a change. I was told to give it more time. After 2 more services I was told to wait until after winter. So I did. After the winter, and some more services I called and was told they would send someone by. This is when conveniently, my year was up, I was auto renewed and had to pay again. $387.93 for 2 services. All while my prepay of a certain number of services was never depleted.Why am i prepaying for a set number of services when I dont get them all?How can anything be a guarantee when Im paying for every single service call?I never received any documentation about auto renewals, I never received any policy documentation. I was told to use the website. Website doesnt have any of the documents.Company is not willing to work with me in any way. Will not credit me for any services. Corporate tells me to call the specific branch, the specific branch tells me to call corporate. Thanks for the run-around.

When the gentleman came to weed and feed our yard, we pointed out an area that needed special attention and he agreed to so do. The weather was threatening rain and we asked him if the moisture would be a problem for the planned application to which he responded not unless it really pours. It really poured and we learned from the home office that there would be no problem with the feed portion; however, the weed application would need to be redone. A sweet young thing came over to attend to the requested spraying in our absence several days ago; however, there is zero indication that the weed eradicator he, two weeks ago, or she, several days ago, applied has done anything. Avoid at all costs!! I had a brand new lawn from hydroseeding installed late last Fall and it looked wonderful, and I have a sprinkler system. TruGreen supposedly applied fertilizer, weed control etc throughout the Spring and Summer. It now looks terrible and I cancelled the contract. A complete waste of money.

The worst,waited over a month for a tech to come out and do soil samples and give me a plan to get lawn to grow. They never did.i cancled their services and went to another company. After the new company came and reseeded true green came out of nowere and put chemicals over brand new seed. Beware dont do business with them.

Since filling out an inquiry on-line, they have called non-stop for 2 days, gave it a break for 1 week, and are back at it and left a page long TEXT message. We will never do business with someone who badgers and spams us. Please take us off your call list, we will do business with someone else who respects our time.

Like most say, if I could give 0 stars I would. Harrassing phone calls are still occurring after Ive cancelled their service three years ago. I have the rep say things like, Well, I guess you like weeds in your lawn, and just recently, If you dont want us to keep calling you, just give us your service. These phone calls are threatening and probably illegal. Never experienced anything like it in my life.

Do not use this company they are terrible! The technicians come and don’t do a thing. My entire lawn is weeds and crabgrass! This is my 2nd year with them only because they gave me 50% off 2nd year and promised to be better! And whatever you do if you don’t listen to me about not using them DO NOT PREPAY!! You will never see them they just keep pushing you off and say it’s due to rain on the most beautiful sunny days!

My lawn was burned from applying fertilizer by a TruGreen technician. The spreader was broken and the fertilizer was dropping instead of spreading. The technician was at my house to do a free service to treat bad weeds and wasn’t supposed to fertilize my lawn. I had a visit from trugreen a week later (impossible to talk to a manager only people on the phone to take your message ) and they agreed that my lawn was severely damaged and told me they will aerate the damaged area and over-seed and I would need to be patient until the grass comes back.I think the technicians are poorly trained . And the equipment are not properly maintained.otherwise this would have not happened. I wish I could send pictures of my destroyed front lawn.

Very aggressive and obnoxious. So many different bills, double billing for the same service, calling several times a day, still the lawn looks terrible after adding so many different services. Will not use their service EVER again.

My lawn is not as good as other years. Some of the cause is the Town they had been working on the road and the lawns needed reseeding. The lack of rain also contributed I think TruGreen is trying to get the lawn to look better therefore, I have nothing bad to say. Also the employees that I have had contact with are always friendly and courteous.

Trugreen treated my lawn for almost 3 years. My lawn is worse now than when they started out. They kept promising it takes time and shame on me for believing them. My lawn is completely covered in weeds and spots that are bare. Dont get sucked in to their lies. They do not provide the proper products or lay down the proper amounts. Beware. Pay a little more and hire a local, reputable company. Do not hire this horrible company. Look at the horrible reviews below. We are not kidding people. Im shocked theyre not out of business yet. They bought out Scotts lawn service who was excellent. Trugreen corporation should be ashamed

Pick another company! Im not sure what else I can say without fully going into detail about the horrible experience I have had. To be fair, Im not sure if the blame is on the national TruGreen brand or the local branch - probably a little of both honestly. Basically I was promised lawn tick treatment in 5 days, but it turned out to be a full month after multiple calls each week to follow up. Like other reviews have said, I made the mistake of paying up front for the year - to them that means they dont have to care about you anymore. I also tried to get them back for an early treatment due to us seeing some ticks, and that took 3 weeks. By that time, it was 6 weeks since the first treatment and it was due anyway! Every phone call to the national chain got me no where. They said they would try to transfer me to the local branch but that they never answered. Then I would be promised a call back in 24-48 hours. I never heard anything back on 4 occasions when I was told that. Cancelling has been an ongoing, 4 phone call and still going process. And this hasnt been just a problem with us. Our development has multiple families that use TruGreen and they all have similar stories. I will continue to express my frustration about this company with anyone that asks about any type of lawn care. I have no idea how they are still in business if they treat all their customers like I have been treated! I plan on taking my business to a local company that actually answers the phone and follows through on what they say.

I was wary when they took over Lawn Dawg. Burning of the lawns seems like a theme here with other customers. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them and yet they do not have the decency to stand behind their work. I have called twice and still no return call—each time I get the canned speech about my call will be returned between 24-48 business hours. Meanwhile my lawn is the embarrassment of the neighborhood. Pathetic service.

Very upset. Signed up for TruBasic fertilizer and weed control. Total was agreed at $171 including tax on 6/13/18. Sharon White told me this, then charged my card $223, which I had to get fixed. Then she sent out the contract with this incorrect amount. I specifically asked if this contract needed to be signed for the weed control to be put down, and she told me NO. When I called back Wednesday 6/20 to fix the price, I was told the new contract would be emailed to be signed, and my next service appointment would be Monday 6/25. I arrived home Thursday 6/21 to my entire front AND SIDE lawn to be fertilized. Side lawn was not to be touched, nor was the driveway, since I have a dog. The summary on my door stated only fertilizer was applied, which is worthless since the entire lawn is only weeds. The email I received with the summary, however, stated both weed control and fetilizer were applied! Called back again, no waiting on a new emailed contract to be signed so they can come back to apply the weed control. This has already become a joke.

Horrendous service since taking over Lawn Dawg - BEWARE!!! They NEVER send the same rep - so you start over every time with them. They dont keep important notes such as you have pets - dont leave gate open My worst nightmare happened with them. We were on vacation. They came, despite, not contacting us and entered our back gate and left it open I have a dog door and my dog could have easily escaped onto busy road. Luckily, my neighbor saw it and came running over. When I returned and called them - they said that for whatever reason, the note had dropped off that indicated they are not to enter my backyard, unless Im home AND they missed the huge sign on the gate that indicates not to open it as the dog can escape. Although, we were out of country, they frauduently documented having a conversation with us on their visit.. They are yet to reimburse me after discontinuing services. I have to follow up with Office of Attorney General to get their attention. Call anyone else - theres plenty of local trustworthy services instead of going with a National service thats all about the money.

Since I hired True Green to service my Lawn, I have been having several issues with the quality of my Lawn. Last year they over sprayed the front of my lawn which killed the grass in that same section and when reported to True Green they said they will fix it next year. Obviously, this shows lack of customer service. This year there are several weeds and Crab Grass in several areas on my Lawn which are yet to be addressed by True Green, in spite of my repeated service requests. I would not recommend True Green to anyone in need of Lawn care.

Not happy with mosquito/tick service I prepaid for. When I ordered it I asked when they would be at my home for the first application and was told within 7 to 10 days. I was also told I would be called the day before they arrived. Today is thursday and is the tenth day. Since I did not get a call yesterday and the Trugreen app tells me that it is still being scheduled I know they will not be here until at least next week. I called Trugreen this morning to find when they planned on being here. The person I talked could not tell me when they would be here. He indicated that he would include a note in my file for the local Trugreen to expedite coming to my home. I told him that does not answer my question and asked for the number to the local Trugreen. He said he could give it to me but it woul just ring back to his area. He said he would have a manager call me. I asked when that would happen he said within 24 to 48 hours. I think I will cancel all of my Trugreen service since there are plenty of local businesses that would be happy to get my business and live up to their commitments to me.

Missed appointments, no call-no show on other appointments. Our yard is no better than before we started. Miss LawnDawg, which they acquired. Overall, highly recommend looking for a more experienced company that is appreciative of your business.

I canceled my service over ten weeks ago. Wasn’t thrilled with their service after the Lawn Dawg takeover. I thought I’d wait a cycle and try again. Since my card on file was expired, customer service said I had to wait 6 weeks for them to “try it anyway” before they would issue me a refund check. It’s been over ten. II called to check the status today and the rep told me it was processed successfully with the bank. How when 1) it wasn’t a bank card 2) I don’t have that card anymore.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager, that it was a billing department problem. But, shockingly, there was no number for the billing department and only he could contact them through messages—for a response within two business days.I thought I’d sign back up in the spring. I’ll never use this company again. Subpar lawn service. Worse customer service. Dishonest/inconsistent information.
