Horrible experience and unprofessional business owner who is cheap and tries to take every dollar out of you for the worst job you can receive, my lawn was uneven and the worst I’ve seen, To my face he had the audacity to tell me how he feels my lawn should be mowed and how there’s nothing wrong when there was dead patches, lumps of mulch, and dead areas of grass, unprofessional and a rip off of money especially since they refused to fix the mistakes they have made. Don’t go to these guys it’ll be the biggest waste of money you had.

I hired this company in early May. I was happy at first with the service and price. I asked for additional landscaping of river rocks and mulch which was agreed upon. At first it was supposed to be at the of the may, then the first week of June and then when I asked in the 2nd week of June when the landscaping would be done, I get a text message from presumably the owner telling me he can no longer mow or do the landscaping that I needed. I also mentioned I was having a big party at my house at the end of June which he promised me he would have everything done. So now I am faced with not having a finished backyard and being its so late in the season its super hard to find another person. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend using this company. Im highly disappointed that I was left with no notice and why it wasnt determined in early May that he couldnt do my lawn or the work I needed.

WARNING!!! I paid Kevin $600 in advance for a season of snow removal. The end result for my good faith is he doesnt show up. I have to continually chase after him. He doesnt respond or correct his ways. Ill left doing the job myself. Im too old. Thats why I hired him. Dont make the same mistake!!!

They are professional. Absolute attention is paid to every detail as well as totally reliable. This guy takes as much pride in beautifying my home as I do. I highly recommend using this company if you live in Albany

I delt with a man who claimed to own this buisnes. he violates health regulations, is extremely rude, selfish, childish, and, to top it all off, he pees on the floor. supporting small business is a great thing to do - but i would find someone more deserving of your time and money.

I have tried many landscapers but nothing compares to Provalue Landscaping and snow removal. Kevin goes beyond expectations to make it right the first time. I was so thrilled with his Landscaping that I used him for snow removal as well. He will never let you down.
