Staff carried on a loud personal chit chat on their phones which was distinctly audible. I found this to be quite disturbing in the course of a 9+ hour Medicine board exam. It’s unacceptable given that the tests impact professional careers. Additionally they are Condescending and patronizing addressing exam takers as sweetie etc and ought to be addressing their bosses especially if feeling so frisky. Sadly, Totally and completely cheap & unprofessional.

I wasnt able to take a test here because of a crummy requirement. The staff did their best to try to get me to take a test talking to multiple people at their headquarters. The office door shuts pretty loud for a testing center. Im sure the test takers can here it in the back.
