Brought our 3 year old here and Shannon was incredible. She spent the time being patient with him, and was able to give him the best haircut hes ever gotten. Will definitely be back. My husband also got his haircut, he also walked out with a great cut.Easy kiosk check in system and digital display to let you know youre on deck and the estimated time till your turn. Outdoor seating was available.

I was recommended by my roommate to checkout sportclips so I decided to go on a Saturday for a buzz haircut. My haircut started off with an ear cut.The clippers got my ear and nicked off at two spots. It wasnt bad but it was bleeding bad. The hair stylist was having a bad day. She was sad about it and she gave me a free MVP haircut. I asked the manager Katelyn to finish my haircut as I felt the my first hair stylist was shaken up. she did it pretty well. Overall I would give 3 stars. -2 for the ear cut and the inconvenience. The manager was professional and I will probably only visit again if she is cutting my hair.

Looked on line and web said no wait. Get to location, sign in window says no wait. Went inside and was told 30 minute wait. Had to leave after 40 mins to get to an appointment. If the web said 40 min wait, or the sign in window said long wait, I would have went to the mall and gotten a haircut. So no haircut and really disappointed with the misleading times

Second bad haircut in a row. First cut was just plain bad, long strands left uncut, top length was not blended to side length properly, hair still over my ear, bangs just brushed forward in an attempt to cover high hair line, training in dealing with a high hair line is needed, give men the option to decide if they want it covered or blended. Second cut was better but same issue with top and bangs . You cant tell while your there,or else i would have said something. I got 2 cuts in 3 weeks because the first was left so uneven i had to go back for another. Wont be back.

My hair was cropped too high and not blended in properly. They even left a patch near my beard line. Good customer service though.

Was an acceptable but pricey haircut. $5 SaveAround coupon was not accepted. Coupon good to 12/31/21 at any Sport Clips of Greater Albany area. Told it was only good for Delmar store. Only store not listed was the one it was good for in Delmar according to Colonie staff.They should honor their coupon from a coupon book I purchased from a charity. Bad business practice.

I typically bring in a picture similar to what I want and describe alterations off the haircut that I want and they always nail it on the head. That along side friendly sociable staff make it an enjoyable experience. They also have TVs playing if youre not looking for conversation.

The staff was nice I called ahead of time and they said that there was no wait I didnt wait in about 10 minutes The girl that cut my hair was very polite and talkative and I thought she didnt okay job but when I saw some of my friends they said that there was many spots in my hair that needed improvement spots that she didnt cut or missed

They always take great care of me when I get my haircut and mvp. All the staff there are very friendly and make sure everything is clean before they cut your hair and they always make sure I am satisfied before I leave. They are the best!!!

Great customer service. It is a process because of COVID so make sure you give yourself some time. If youve had any symptoms or have a temperature you will not be able to get in. Just the way things are now.

4 weeks ago, I first went to the Latham location where Kerrie, the area manager did my hair with the free upgrade for the first time customer. I enjoyed her great cut and all the massages so much that I looked for her when I was ready to get it cut 4 weeks later and was directed to the Colonie location. I asked for the MVP with Triple Play and was given another excellent cut and just as excellent massages. She took the time to listen to what I wanted for adjustments from the last hair cut and did great. Kerrie also did a lot of what I think is called detail work with different types of instruments; it wasnt just 1 blade on the side and 2 on the top kind of thing at all. She took a lot of time and Im really glad.As it just so happened, I was on day two of a migraine and the massage services helped get rid of it.I see people saying its pricey. Its pretty cheap compared to salons and salons absolutely do not give this hot towel and massaging service. I think the price is a pretty good value for the money.Thank you again and I look forward to coming back in 4 weeks!

The manager woman refused to apply my birthday discount of $5 for the reason that the discount only applies to MVP haircut whereas I was getting a regular haircut. However, the fact is the offer term states clearly that regular haircut is valid to use this offer. What a disappointment even considering the stylist has done a decent job. I would never return to this place again, its so expensive for such a simple hair-cutting service and sometimes stylist just keep mumbling instead of listening carefully what you want. The entire business of Sport Clips is a gigantic joke.

Hair dresser gave attitude for no reason when offered to show a picture of mine to give her an idea how the haircut should look like. Even though haircut came out not bad, probably wont return due to the not so friendly experience.

I got a free MVP experience coupon through mail and was genuinely interested in checking it out. But I was very disappointed with the service provided by Gina.. from the moment she saw the coupon she did everything with little interest and rushed through.. and didnt offer anything on the MVP experience. I did not have to pay for the haircut, but I tipped her for her service.

Im giving only two stars because when we walked into the place, it was dead, no one was there. But they still made us sign in via their red tablets. It took 5 times as long for my husband to type in his info. The woman just stood there awkwardly. Customer service goes a long way, but this place has none...definitely will not be back...haircut was awful also btw...

Never ever ever again will I go to a sports clips. I showed the lady a picture on how to cut my hair, and it wasnt even close. I was almost in tears when I saw how my head looked after getting it cut. Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere that offers experienced staff.

They do a decent job but they try to upcharge you whenever they can. I just wanted a haircut....not the haircut/hot towel combo. They said that was fine and would shampoo me regular with no upcharge.....then they charged me for the combo anyway.......what you pay for here are bells and whistles. if that works for you then by all means go for it.

Dont buy any products from them. Their products are overpriced. I bought beard oil for $20 which is available at Walmart for $8 (exact same one). I called them asking if I could return the product and they refused. They said all their sales are final.
