I LOVE MY HAIR NOW!!! 😍🎉💗I am sooo happy that on a whim I decided to get my hair cut & styled on Tuesday (2 days before Thanksgiving!). And even though I didnt start calling places to check for availabilities until 6:30pm (every place I found in online search was closing at 7pm!) Rosa said she could still fit me in. I had been turned down by 3 other places.First thing I noticed when I walked into Hair Cuts & Color was how absolutely clean it was!! And it smelled good too. Bonus!My stylist Rosa was AMAZING!!!She listened to me and understood right away what I was needing her to do. AND....she tells you what it is that shes doing...every step of the way. 💯💯*°*°* THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ROSA!! *°*°*The price was excellent too!

DO NOT COME HERE ! I came to get my hair curled for a wedding rose did my hair. Well she was doing my hair she soaked it in hair spray NO HEAT PROTECTANT!! Well she was doing it she asked me multiple times for me to hold the curling rob well she took calls. Each piece of my hair was in the rod for 30 seconds to a minute at high heat. By the time I was done my hair felt so crunchy and it smelled like BURNT RUBBER ! But I still told her she did a good job and tipped her 25 because I’m not one to be confrontational. But once I got home my curls had already fallen out and the smell got worse. I washed my hair out and the smell was so strong that it was bugging my family members. I washed it AGAIN AND IT WAS STILL THERE. I called them today and spoke to Debbie the manager to tell her what is happening and she told me I can come In BUY THEIR PRODUCTS TO FIX IT! I am a regular customer I’ve bought there products before and I always tip. FOR THEM TO TREAT ME LIKE THIS AFTER THEY MESSED UP MY HAIR! I’m so upset they where no help and I am on my own and out of 60 bucks. AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE!

My first time leaving a one star review and it’s purely for constructive criticism. When you’re in the customer service business, especially health and beauty, it’s your job to make people feel welcomed whether it’s in person or over the phone. Called in to schedule an appointment and right off the bat got a dull, unpleasant and miserable sounding voice on the other end. No effort whatsoever to make a good impression for the business … I called another salon right after and got a cheerful hello and a brief introduction to their business and was sold right away by their excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. One call felt like I called the DMV and got a grumpy overworked employee … compared to another salon that is playing the game right by having uplifting and cheerful people greeting their potential customers!

I feel like a million bucks! Excellent service I love my new doo:) my daughter had her hair done also. I will always go here from now on!!!

Quick, easy, and the staff was friendly. They fit me in between appointments and did a fantastic job. I think Ive settled on where Im going to get my hair cut from here on out.

The haircut I received was not blended well I asked her to improve the blending and she did but when I got home I could see it was a poor haircut. She was not particularly friendly she only spoke if I spoke to her.

We took our daughter here for her first haircut and Rosie was amazing. She asked how we would like it cut recommendations and was polite. She even takes the time to have you check if you like it and is willing to make any alterations. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. The lady here was awesome, she got me in last minute & I have literally never been happier with a haircut. She did exactly what I had in mind plus when she washed my hair it came out silky & so soft. I will absolutely be returning, no question about it!

Excellent customer service and very efficient! Ive brought my 4 year old son here twice and Im not sure if well go anywhere else! Hes not fond of hair cuts and he felt very comfortable here. Thank you for being so great with kids, couldnt be easy when they get wiggly. Definitely recommend!

I love having my hair cut here, I usually get an angled bob and it costs 19.99. If I wanted a shampoo it would be an additional $5. The gal has always been pleasant, on the reserved side, but friendly. Ive been pleased with the outcome of my haircut. The stylist has never taken off too much, but does exactly what we discuss ahead of time. I definitely recommend.

I recently started getting my haircut and styled here and I love it. Rosie does an amazing job and knows exactly what I want every time I go in. Ive been to other salons and paid $60 for the same style. From now on, Rosie is my hair stylist.

My regular salon couldnt get me in right away so I visited Hair Cuts and Color as it is within walking distance from my house. Rose cut my hair and gave me a wonderful shampoo/massage that had me purring. My hair cut isnt difficult but Rose wanted to make sure that I was happy. Cost $20! Ive got a new salon.

If I could give this salon a million stars I would! Caty is amazing. I am the manager of a group home of low functioning adults who can be difficult at times. Catys patience is thru the roof. She is very welcoming, accepting and accommodating to my guys. She is very sweet and does a great job with all of them. She has done a few last minute emergency cuts and we always leave looking fresh. There arent enough words in the world to express how much we love her and her salon.Ive even gotten to meet her son a couple of times. Asked Rosie to bleach my hair so I could put metallic blue in it at home. It turned out bone white and perfect for me. She was careful to make sure and ask me if the bleach was hurting me at any time. Also paid attention when I asked for no conditioner in the wash. The quality bleach work was a great base for me to turn my hair into a brilliant metallic blue that I am absolutely in love with. Quality work!

Ive taken my child here twice and have had to have his hair cut fixed after leaving figured 1st time was a fluke everyone has bad days. Nope. Not even with clear instructions. I will never ever ever go back nor would I recommend to anyone. In fact Id most likely suggest dont risk it

Giving it 2 stars because they were able to get me in a chair so quickly, but the resulting situation isnt great. The woman there was nice enough (ehich is appreciated), but the way she cut my cowlick is not. I have a pixie cut. A very simple cut. My cowlick now stands on end and looks like I have a bald spot. My bang area is uneven and I had to even up the front myself when I got home. To get my hair to look decent, I cant part it and have to leave it very messy looking. Thank goodness thats somewhat in style. I wont be returning.

I called and asked how much it was to touch up my roots because I have small white hairs to cover. All I need is BLACK. The most simple color out there. And the lady who answered said it starts at 75$. Theres a fancier place in town that doesnt even start that high. I figured since this place looked cheap, they would at least have a decent price for roots. I laughed and hung up.

I have long hair-2 feet long. I wanted a trim to cut off my split ends.The stylist spent 3 minutes on my hair (Im not exaggerating!). She didnt even make it wet but chopped strait on. I asked for 1/2 inch off and she chopped of 1 and 1/2 inches. I mean seriously! I was in and out in 5 min. Im soo disappointed and upset! she spent five times the amount of time on the guy that was in front of me. I mean common, male and female haircuts take different time but female hair cuts should NEVER take 3 minutes! Dont even bother with this place; you are in for a nasty surprise!

There was an older lady who cut my hair, it was awful, the way she removed my pony tail was very painful. And the ending result was very choppy, my fiancee said the lady cutting my hair was looking at dr phil most of the time during my hair cut, Very unprofessional. Had a younger lady the next day fix it.

Took my daughter in here for a simple a - line bob. The stylist was rude, obnoxious, her son was bouncing off the walls and so desperate for attention he was throwing papers in my face. I turned to speak to him and when I looked back she had taken my daughters hair up to only 2 inches long in the back! her hair was uneven, choppy and just plain awful I paid and ood and awwd because of course the only thing I care about in the moment is keeping her positive.I called to complain and was told the owner was not available to talk to clients. so I took to Facebook and the internet and was contacted by the owners daughter (claiming originally she was the owner). I gave her the story and she gave her dad my phone number. He called and was nice enough but I was pretty clear no one else would touch my daughters hair and that it was the worst timing because she had 2 big performances coming up and having a hard time adjusting in a new school. he kept dancing around an apology and just wanted me to change my Facebook review. When I explained that if the stylist was still an employee my review would stand.The next day he posted a comment about how he sees sickness working in a hospital and how i am overreacting because a haircut is trivial. His daughter also ranted and was so disrespectful to me.I explained that a review is just that, my experience. considering they sell little haircuts maybe they should take them a little more seriously.

They did not get the color right at ALL. Took three times as long as they said it would take and then charged us almost 40% more then what they quoted. Will never go back here again, had a better look with the DIY hair kits.
